Not sure what they guys name was, but he helped me with a pair of boots that were only a week or so old. They had started falling apart already. He helped me return them and find a new pair that were just as comfortable and on sale. He didnt push me to spend more money, just wanted to make sure I was happy with what I had and that they were dependable. Thanks!

Emily is helpful and very nice. She exchanged a pair of shoes for me and showed me a few more that were on sale. Shes very courteous and not pushy at all. Id go back to this store for sure.

Staff will give you two different pairs of shoes and continue to sell the rest of the mix match to customers... makes is difficult to get correct sizing.... go to park meadows only

If I could leave zero stars i would. I was a loyal customer to this store but not anymore . If Alejandro tries to help you go to someone else. I bought a pair of shoes and asked not to give me the display shoe and he went in back, thought he was slick and pretended to get me a new pair and switched out the new right shoe for the display. That might have worked if he wasnt stoned out of his mind and fumbled it and dropped it in front of me. There was a long line so i didnt make a scene. But i will tell everyone i know to go to another store. Also my kids were grossed out by how much he was scratching his private parts in front of customers . This guy needs retrained!!!!!
