I went in for two pairs of shoes. There is just no ethical negotiations on Johnson & Murphy shoes. Youre getting the best and highest quality shoe that a working man can wear. I went to the Aurora Outlet Mall to purchase. I got exactly what I need and at the best price ever. I felt soo ecstatic about my purchase that I also bought two matching belts!

I purchased a pair of shoes from this store in November, 2018. After a month or so passed, the bottom rubber sole started detaching. When I brought the shoes in to have a look, not only did they help me find replacement shoes at no additional cost, but explained in detail how shoe size is not the only factor, and how that may have affected the original pair I was wearing. On top of all that, every one of their associates is very clearly interested in getting you the right pair of shoes; I can happily say that since the exchange my new pair have given me zero problems.
