Older white female employee accused me (latino man) of stealing. All I did was try on a jacket that turned out to be too small for me, I then put it back on the rack I got it from. I looked around for a few more minutes then as I was leaving the store she accused me of putting jacket in one of my bags. When I proved her wrong she didnt even apologize. I was so taken back by what had just happened I just left the store. In hind sight I wish I had asked to speak to a manager and demanded an apology. Will never return to that store again.

I had an excellent experience at this store. Mike (one of the managers) was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to provide fantastic customer service. Definitely a great place to shop, quality items, and good prices.

This is one shop I have to hit if we go to the outlet. I can spend the whole trip here while the rest of the family does their shopping and Id be happy. Got a great deal on a 3 in 1 jacket last time in the off season.

Wish the selection for winter clothes was a big bigger and maybe more colors than green and black/grey.They did have great discounts on shoes and sweaters and coats. Went to Alaska and didnt get cold.

Absolutely worst experience ever!! This store does not value integrity. An employee told me that clearance with the green tag was 60% off and they only gave me 20% off. Shortly after paying I realized the issue and I went back to ask. The employees were extremely rude, unhelpful, and impatient when I told them my items were rung up wrong. I spoke to the manager and he had a bad attitude. He stated that he could not change it. I spent over $200 and I got treated like I was in the wrong even though they didn’t honor the deal/discount. I will never come back to this store. They have extremely bad customer service!!!!

Its a nice selection of the Columbia gear thats been destined for outlet stores. However sizes can be hit or miss. Some clothes are all XS and others only XXL. The other sizes go quick when they hit the shelves. Knocked 1 star for staff unfortunately. In more than one visit been met with less than helpful or nice staff. But still a good store to check out.

It seemed like there were a few Associates that wanted to be helpful. They definitely need to get some type of training so they are familiar with the products in the store. I was hoping to spend a few hundred dollars gearing up for a Europe trip. Im going to a different Columbia store!

#ColumbiaOutlet Manager Very Bad Attitude. I wanted to return too small snow pants. To my surprise they were further discounted. I mentioned this to the manager and he ignored me and issued an even exchange. In walked around the store and went back to him and said that is not right. I want to return them and buy them back at the discount. He was very annoyed at this. At my repeated request he finally processed the savings for me but was visibly and verbally annoyed. I love Columbia clothing but I suggest you better train your managers on customer service. #Columbiaclothing. #Columbia
