Horrible experience !!! A few of the ladies there are highly rude and disrespectful. Having their masks down as they greet me. Something needs to be done here in this store. Two Hispanic females to be exact. One had long brown hair and the other one was short by the height. Also a tall heavy set African American girl. They completely ruined my day and I will personally NEVER return back to this store again.

Employees and manager don’t wanna sell me shoes

Rudest experience I have had in a store I’m spending money in. The only reason why I made my purchase still was because they had my husband’s size available. They need to go on Undercover Boss so everyone could get fired at this location . There is no way corporate is aware of this

I was helped by a very nice young lady. She helped me find the perfect shoes for my daughter. She asked all the right questions and found just what my daughter was looking for. Thank you Courtney B for your amazing help!

I bought two pairs of matching shoes. One pair was for my girl friend who wears size 8 in womans. They only had her sneakers in youth size but the man guaranteed me that her size would be now a 7 because of the difference as well as the shoe running a size big. He assured me that if they werent right. Bring them back in and he will take care of it. I surprised her with the shoes but Within five minutes of wearing them. She realized they hurt and didnt fit. I tried to return the shoe only to be told that they are not returnable or swappable. I spent over 200 dollars in that store 95 of it was my girlfriend shoes. They wont even swap sizes. Terrible customer service and false advertising. I will never shop with them again.

Order a new released shoe available only online. Spent a little for 200 dollars for these shoes. They took my money and 3 days later, i check the status on my pair, and the order was cancelled. The product was not in stock, i didnt get a phone call or gmail or anything stating my order was cancelled. They just cancelled it. I had to call Champs directly to figure out what was going on.Now i have to wait for my money to be refunded. BS. Wont order from here again.!

Was looking for a specific shoe in a specific size at Park Meadows Retail Resort. They informed me that this Champs location had it in stock. I called the store and had them hold the shoes for me. Walked in, they had the shoes I called about, I tried them on, paid, and was out the door in like 5 minutes tops. Staff wasnt very friendly or helpful, but they didnt need to be. For me it was a good experience. I would buy from this store again.

Garbage store garbage employees, sit around looking bored with 20 customers, website sucks too. trash music playing, employees rather come off as thugs than employees.
