Came in last night with my friend who’s been active duty military for 20 years. I was absolutely impressed with the respect and appreciation the gentleman working there showed for his military service. The cigars we got were perfect! Great options on cigars and a warm, welcoming atmosphere! Definitely going to be a life long patron of this establishment now!!

Great place! Large selection of cigars and accessories. Super friendly staff! Very knowledgeable and not in a rush. Willing to take the time to make sure you find what you are looking for. They offer suggestions without being pushy. It’s a fairly large place. Plenty of parking. Nice lounge. Memberships are available. Wide variety of products in every price range. I recommend this place.

This place is great. Tons of seating BUT heres the best part it actually has a ventilation system so you arent just basking in everyone elses smoke. This is one thing a couple other cigar lounges lack. Not here tho its great

I have been going to Burning Leaf for quite some time. One of the best place in the Naperville area where everyone from the store owner to the patron treat you with respect, dignity, and friendship. Once you walk in the lounge everyone greet you whether they know you are not . They all speak. Genuine people

I am not very knowledgeable about cigars and I needed one for a social distance guys night. When I arrived, Fred had brought 4 cigars to the door and went over all the details and recommended the perfect one. By far, the best one Ive had. Great service and selection. Cant wait to have one in the lounge and on their patio.

Great place, great atmosphere. Humidor has a huge selection of great cigars. The only reason this is not getting a 5 star review is their wifi policy. They have NONE. I am sure there is for its members, but I was told there is none. I dont live in the Chicago area so I do not want to become a member. This is the only cigar lounge I have ever been to that does not offer wireless internet to their patrons.

Nice joint. Im a novice and the guys are helpful. The seating area is well ventilated. BYOB and. BYOF. They let you use the kitchen, fridge, ice, glasses, etc. Cool place.

Undoubtedly, the greatest establishment I have ever visited and purchased pipe items. The person working that day was extremely helpful, and the selections, atmosphere, and overall layout of the business is exceptional. Definitely my favorite place to visit while in the area. Ive been to literally dozens upon dozens of cigar and pipe shops over the years. There is no comparison! This establishment is the best of the best!

Good selection of cigars. Reasonable prices. And knowledgeable staff. However there is a ‘smoke room’ with flat screen TVs and leather seating. Good concept but the crowd isn’t the best. Lots of people get their Popeyes chicken from next door so be prepared for hot sauce aroma. Kinda loud as well for my taste. All in all good place to buy cigars if you live nearby

The comments are True! Burning lead is best for its selection of all Cigar types, pipes, and tobacco ect. Theyve got everything you need to start or continue your hobby. The lounge is always being supervised by the person on duty and has the proper entertainment to keep you and your guests comfortable. If youre thinking of stopping by, dont just look at the pictures or read the comments..go there. If it wasnt good enough it wouldnt be in business! Especially in that location.

Great store and great selection. $100 bucks in cigars a month and your a lounge member. Ventilation is fantastic and it make a great place to work and smoke. The staff is second to none when it comes to knowing the product. If your a new smoker or seasoned they can always pick a cigar that you will like.

Just a quick note. I stopped in here before Christmas to pick up some cigars for my boss. I dont know a lick about cigars. The staff was very helpful and I left with what I think were some great cigars for my boss.

Been hear probably 20 times, great staff, friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The people smoking there are also super welcoming and come from all walks of life, really my kind of place.

Great selection of sticks! The staff is friendly and prices are fair. The reason for the 3 star review is the smoking lounge. A cast of seedy folks eating chicken from next door. Low class and does NOT do justice to the rest of the store. If they would stop carry in food the issue would be half solved.

Purchased a rather beautiful humidor from here (and of course a few cigars) and I am very much impressed with the level of expertise and knowledge of the staff here. The smoking lounge is elegant and tastefully arranged and has an inviting atmosphere.

ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS!!!!!!Ive traveled from coast to coast and Ive made it point to visit cigar lounges in my travels and Ive never seen a more complete setup! The service is exceptional, the prices are respectable, the selection of cigars is impressive and the environment is extremely welcoming! The only thing thats disappointing is the fact that its not located in Los Angeles. 😥

Just visiting relatives in the area stopped in for a quick look, enjoyed ever minute there. Helpful staff, other customers were welcoming and polite. We will be returning on our next visit.

Great prices on cigars, knowledgeable people to help select your favorite cigars. Great selection of accessories for pipe, hooka and cigars. Lounge has seen better days, ventilation system needs a good hows your father. No WiFi even though they say theyve got it. Makes working remotely from there a waste. You can bring your own booze and food to enjoy. I give it 5 stars because their cigar prices are about the best youll find anywhere! So that makes up for the rat hole of a lounge they refuse to put any money into or even maintain.

I have purchased three different pipe tobaccos that were totally dried out. Their lounge was full of guys eating fast food, they were loud and acted like they own the place. Its kind of sad, could be a nice shop if they chased the riff raff out.

1 star for blatant discrimination, condition/quality of the atmosphere, and overpriced everything (besides the cigars). Been coming here for over a year now because I live half a mile away, and traffic on 59 is ridiculous after 5. Easy for me to come and go and call an uber if I drink too much. Staff is very friendly, customers are very questionable, and the couches are comfy. No WI-FI. Lighting looks like its from the set of the Hostel movies. Bathroom smells like Chicago water and Old Spice.Im a pipe smoker, so I usually buy a cigar to meet the $10 cutting fee and smoke my pipe in the lounge. This place sells pipes/pipe tobacco as well. Today I was ready to spend a few hundred as my settlement check just came in: I was going to buy an unnecessarily stupid big lighter, a humidor, and cigars to fill it up with. I bought a nice new pipe Ive been dying to break in online, and the wait killed me, so I just decided I wanted everything NOW! Off to my local Burning Leaf I went.I was waiting on a price for said lighter from the owner, and was then told I wasnt allowed to smoke PIPE TOBACCO, IN A TOBACCO LOUNGE. Kinda like some bars let you drink any liquor EXCEPT bourbon..... that makes sense, right?Headed over to Wolfhound Lounge down the ways on 59 and 38 afterwards and Im very pleased here. Id suggest going to Wolfhound and deciding for yourself instead of an angry mans review. Wish I hadnt settled for Burning Leaf and came here sooner, but at least I was unfortunately fortunate in the end!

Im not sure why anyone would be okay with being charged a membership fee to use a cigar shops lounge area. For someone from out of town who is just looking for a place to smoke and work it seems like a party foul.

Overpriced cigars. Went for a event and was charged 240.00 for a box. Called the next day same thing 220.00. Same cigars out in New Lenox cigar shop 160.00.Bought them at Joes cigar and They are 175.00. Matteson cigar shop 180.00.They wont get anymore if my money👎👎!!

Ive only been to buy cigars so all I can rate is their selection of cigars. They have a very wide variety, but the last time I was in, they were lacking some drew estate cigars and Camacho cigars.
