We love the chocolate at Rocky Mountain! We always get our regular favorites and branch out with one or two new pieces each time!

I wasnt in the store very long I couldnt stay as long as I wanted to I was very impressed by their display and their chocolate caramel and pretzel stick was excellent.

Large variety of great chocolates. I was a little surprised that they didnt know if the gift cards ever expired.

Great place, they have a very large variety of options. I highly recommend, especially if you want to try something done right.

The owners and staff are the best, always a kind word, love the creations, many they create in house. Large selection and everything is great. I highly recommend RMCF, you will not be disappointed. I usually go at least twice a month.

Great place to get gourmet chocolates that are real treat to have

I AM VERY Disappointed in this company. I have been to different locations for find their dark chocolate/sugar free. The staff in the Aurora Southlands store was rude, couldnt care less about the customers or even in really helping customers. Very small selections of their goods. I wont be going back to that store. The company needs to do more to get their food goods in to their stores and stop giving excuses!

It was okay but the service was horrible our order was wrong and when we went back in they just gave us somtuing we didnt even ask for. Also the hot chocolate is pretty gruesome.

Best chocolate in Colorado. If you like chocolate you’ll love it. Make sure to get some nonpareils they are great for the road!

Great caramel apples and bears (turtles)

Nice little chocolate shop. I’ve been a few times and the lady there is always very polite. I enjoy the Carmel apples and they even have treats for the puppies.

Stopped in to get some caramel apples, and Phyllis showed me TIGER BUTTER a creamy peanut butter/ chocolate goodness in a bark form! Awesome experience! Now to join a gym 🤣

The chocolates are fine and it is a nice establishment. Most of the employees that were working when my friends and I came in were also quite nice. Although, they nearly lost our business when one women repetitively tried to rush us along (although there was nobody waiting behind us) and got snarky when I asked exactly what the difference between regular chocolate and white chocolate is. Maybe it was a bad day, but my friends and I did about $50 worth of business and well be sure to just walk out next time.

I would just like everyone to know that my husband and I just purchased this location from previous owner and have been running it for about a week now. I apologize for the things I have read even though I was not the owner at the time. And I do hope that you will come in so we can give you the expierence that you deserve!

I really hope others dont experience this as Rocky Mountain is normally one of my favorite stops for dessert!I just came into this location, and there was no employee to be found. After a couple of minutes waiting for an employee to appear, I went to the counter and said hello a few times, but there was no reponse. The phone then rang, and no one answered it. Just as I was about to walk out, I heard a door close in the back. The employee came to the front, and just said hello as if I had just walked in. There was no apology for the wait or reason as to why she wasnt available when I walked in. Then to top it off they didnt have the product I wanted. She had no suggestions for other substitutes or popular products etc. I certainly wouldnt want someone to be selling my products who would just let a customer walk out the door without an apology or a suggestion for a substitute.
