I was apprehensive to go in to have my iPhone repaired because of my past experiences with other privately owned stores. But all that went out the window as soon as I went in the store. I was treated with respect told upfront of the costs and the work was done in 15min. I will be doing all my tech shopping n cell phone repairs here. This is the worst place to ever! We put a candy box for charity in here and they ate all of it, SAID THEYD send money in the mail. NOTHING! Total Rip off!

Okay so I’m no stranger to cracked screens, I’ve had my phone screen replaced all around the Denver/ Aurora area and I must say Connect 7 has earn a customer for life. Definitely worth the drive. I had the opportunity in meeting the owner and he was big getting back on the go. And he did in no time at all. They carried plenty of parts in stock, store was super welcoming and customer service was grade A. Along with prices being the best I’ve ever experienced with out losing quality work . Knock your socks off customer service, dropped off my iPhone to fix a glitch and my cracked screen. The young gentleman was able to get it fixed the same day so I didn’t have to be without my phone too long as I use it for business purposes. Very pleased & highly recommended

Terrible, terrible service and workmanship!!! Do not let this place touch your device!!!! They use very cheap parts and their technician have NO idea what the’re doing! I brought my phone there with a cracked screen ( iPhone 7- 128gb) only 1- year old, they returned the phone to me with a malfunctioning camera, home button that doesn’t work, home button finger sensor that now does not work, and the phone overheats and will not stay on. The phone worked functionally perfect before this nightmare situation occurred. I had to go buy a new phone as 3 technicians including the owner had no clue how to fix it! The owner offered me 100$ for the depreciated value of my phone and demanded I let them have/ keep my phone as he somehow figured the 100$ would be trade-in value for the phone. I paid over 700$ for the phone 1 year ago, and although it had 2 small cracks on the screen, it worked great! This owner needs to be put out of business!!! He has NO understanding of accountability for his technicians mistake in breaking the phone and has NO idea how far great customer service gets a business. This business is comprised of young owners and they have NO idea how to treat customers!!! We’re headed to small claims now! The owners and their family /friends have left all of the reviews!!! Do not believe all the 5 stars!!!
