I’ve never left a review on Google before, but felt compelled to do so after having such a positive experience. Struck out trying to get my swollen iPhone X battery fixed from Apple (quoted $600), Batteries Plus (don’t service this model), and Best Buy/Verizon (shrugged shoulders). Came here and had my phone fixed with great customer service, in under half an hour, at a very good price.

Went in after I dropped my phone not knowing much about iPhones I thought I would give one a try I was charged 200 for the iPhone 6 Plus that won’t hold a charge for any length of time I don’t have service in local areas allot but of times I HATE IT I HATE THIS PHONE CANT EVEN GET MY MONEYS WORTH TRYING TO SELL IT MOST I HAVE FOUND IN SELLING OR EXCHANGE IS $95. To $100 as far as fixing your broken phone they seem to be reasonably priced. I also noticed while I was there a few ppl who had bought a phone from them who came back with issues that the sales person wouldn’t accommodate them without charging more money. I thought I got a good deal tell I started doing research on the iPhone and seeing what they are really going for a $100 is allot to get ripped off for. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

These guys helped me out in a pinch when my phone died. They had a great selection of new and used models to choose from. I was in and out in 10 minutes with a slightly used phone, working with my SIM card. I got a screen protector and case too. Done. It came with a cable and a charger.

I called about a quote on replacing my cracked screen. They gave me a very reasonable price as well as made sure I had the correct model of phone prior to quoting me a price. When I came in they asked me what I was quoted and they stayed true to their word. They were a lot cheaper than most quotes I got from other places. They were very fast and my phone looks like new! They gave me a great deal on a new phone cover and screen protector... After all was said and done I still payed less for all of the items and the repair than what I was quoted at other stores for just the screen repair! Very professional! I would highly recommend them!

This is a hidden gem, and truly unlike other phone stores. Throughout my experience, they were dedicated to making sure I was taken care of. Gregory assisted me in finding the right iPhone, even at one point telling me another place had a better deal. I decided to go get that deal, but unfortunately it was already bought. I came back to this shop out of every other shop in the area, because it seemed they take pride in helping their customers. I was promptly guided to his best option for me, and not what is just most expensive. To further go above and beyond, they threw in a free tempered glass/case.Overall, they give you better service, have very generous prices, and are 10x more reliable than Craigslist.

Friendly and excellent service. Needed a new LCD screen for my Galaxy 4s. It was after 6pm when I stopped in. They were backed up with repairs and asked me if I would mind leaving my phone over night. Was reluctant, til offered a loaner phone. Phone was ready the next day and I didnt miss any calls while my phone was in the shop. Also, the price for repair was competitively lower.

The only place I would trust with a repair. they also sell quality parts. the owners have a depth of knowledge and top notch service. more than any other repair shop Ive walked in. wouldnt take it anywhere else.

Had a very good experience with Gregory when I went to sell some of our old phones today. He bought them at fair market value and I was in and out in a few minutes. Great place!

Guy was really nice and answered all my questions.

I called ahead for a price quote on the repair of a power button for my iPhone. I was quoted $45. When I showed up, I was told $75 and that the last person was misinformed. They did give me a discount to $60 and told me they would call me in about an hour. I came back after 2.5 hours - no calls and they were closing in 10 minutes. The lights were off and doors were locked - they closed early! Fortunately, I saw someone inside and insisted they open the door so I could get my phone back. I was then told they had to order a part and it would be ready on Monday. When I asked for my phone back, another person piped up and said he would just handle it on the spot if I could wait another 20 minutes. Nothing in this store was priced, and the sales process was more than misleading. If I never have to go back to this store, that will be too soon.

They’ve fixed my screen like 5 or 6 times, and each time it’s been a good experience. One time, my Touch ID stopped working after they replaced my screen, but I called them back and they fixed it very quickly, free of charge of course. I’ll probably be back. Thanks!

Didn’t have good experience with this place. Took my samsung s7 edge for screen repair last year and they were able to change it to new screen in couple days which cost me around ~$320 but started having problem with screen after 2 months or so. I started seeing that vertical red line on the right side of the screen. I didn’t drop my phone and was really careful after that repair so I took it in to this store again in hope of getting it fix for free but instead they started telling me and blaming me if I somehow dropped it and damage the internal part. I showed my phone to them and told them I didn’t drop anywhere and everything function perfectly and there’s no damage anywhere except that annoying vertical red line. After back and forth discussion in the end they said they can’t do nothing about it and basically asked me to spend another $300 for new screen which I didn’t do it. My guess is they used bad cheap part from China and they lied to me telling me they used original part from Samsung, that is 100% not true because on other days I stopped by and happen to ask the owner in the middle of the conversation where they got the part from and he basically said from some company in China. I will never go to this store again. Nothing to do China like every country they sell good as well as cheap products. To this store I say Use good part for your customer because they are paying for it and you will have more good loyal customers referral and not nasty comments like this. Long term survival is better then quick cheap short term profit or rip off.
