I have broken my ipad screen several times in the past few years, and always go to this place. They are reasonably priced, and will get your ipad done quickly, and are always extremely nice.The lady who works at Always Cellular is always very helpful and generous. I have referred many family and friends here, whom all have had a wonderful experience with her.

A few weeks ago I found this location while walking through fox valley mall, and I figured I try to see how they were. I looked up reviews and they seemed to be legit and had good reviews by numerous people. So I decided to go in there to get my phone fixed, which was cracked on the bottom back as well as the back camera lense only, my phone was working properly without no issues as well as taking pictures priors to trying to get it fixed (which I’ve taken many since the phone cracked and they were all great quality and focuses without any issues) and I have proof of that on my camera. I spoke to Ray, he stated he would charge me X amount and I trusted that he and anyone working with my phone would know what they were doing. I went back after a little over an hour to pick up my phone and the guy at the counter said he was almost done and needed 5 more minutes to come back, so I did. After returning he showed me a back sticky behind my phone with rubber bands (covered the entire screen including the camera) and stated to not take it off until after 30 mins. So I paid, took my phone and again trusted everything was done correctly. That evening I started to take pictures and noticed the pictures were coming out somewhat with a white cloud around it, not focused correctly and not able to take clear pictures. I went back Friday and I spoke to Ray about it and he said it was my camera and tried to blame my phone for it not working properly, which prior to them touching it all was working without any issues. We went back and forth, to the point that I had to speak to management (who then said he would call back and never did) I stayed at the store trying to see what my options were and o get this corrected and looked into, finally Ray saw me and called me over and said he “felt bad” and would work around it with me and fix it if I covered the shipment cost of the camera. He said 20-30 bucks, so I figured why not, even thought it’s not my fault. Ray called me back once the camera pieces arrived and I took it to him to get the new camera in the phone. He fixed it and I started to take pictures and all seemed well, no issues with the camera, it was taking clear pictures. So I paid, thanked him and went home. That same evening I tried to open my phone with the Face ID and it was not active, so I figured I had to just restart it all over again. I tried numerous times and was not successful (prior to this, my Face ID was working fine and not once had I had any issues with it) I went to fix and more again the next day, Ray was there and I told him the issue and all he said was it’s an Apple issues, thought prior to this I had never once had any issues whatsoever. I took it to an Apple store and they told me something is wrong with the censor and that can’t be fixed all they can’t do is replace the entire phone which will cost $399, they said it was nothing that was done on their end. The only people who touched it was fix and more and due to the whatever they did, causes my phone to not work properly! They didn’t even have to do anything with my front camera yet they messed it up, when prior to me taking it to them, all was functioning even with the cracked screen!!! I’m not placing a complaint with the fox valley mall management because I find this to be poor customer service as well as poor quality on their end and not doing the business correctly! I’m beyond upset that fix and more has people working in their business and they obviously don’t know what they are doing. I personally wouldn’t trust this company with any technology whatsoever. They might be able to fix a crack phone, but when it comes to anything else, I wouldn’t go there for anything else! They screwed up a phone that was working without any issues and now I have a phone that is not even a year old and not working properly thanks to their incompetent employees!! STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE IVE BEEN DEALING WITH FOR NOW A FEW WEEKS. I’ve spend time driving back and forth to places to get this corrected and now I have to wait and hope something can be done!!!

I had a great experience with the girl (I believe she said her name was Sania) at Always Cellular today. There was something wrong with my iphone screen apart from it being cracked after I dropped it. The display on my phone wasnt visible on top of it. I dropped my phone off and within 30 mins (as promised), I picked it up looking and working as good as new. Quick and efficient service. Well worth the fee. Please ask for the girl there. Highly recommend!!

STOP!!!!!!!!PLEASE do not give him your money or time!!!We made the mistake of giving them our phone! We went in for them to install a charging port replacement. He did nothing! He simply dusted it off.Apple confirmed that the phone was never opened/tempered. No parts were replaced.He is the worst Buisness person ever. Cursed, yelled, and was so unprofessional!Im pretty sure all the positive reviews are fake! Don’t give him your service! Go anywhere else!

Took 2 months to repair my iphone 7

They changed my iphone7 broken screen and what happens now after they changed it: when I touch the screen, it doesnt do anything sometimes, it looks frozen, I have to lock and unlock it, when I say sometimes,, I mean 30%-40% of the time so it happens everyday, the home button also looks loose now, it feels like, its out of its place, I took it back there, I told them what was happening, and they said yeah, it happens.. Im very displeased, dont take your devices there

Just to share my experience, had my son ipad fixed here ... the gentleman Ray is super proffesional my son threw his Ipad from the stairs screen got broken ...couple days after that I dropped my coffee by mistake on it long story short .My thoughts about thag Ipad were .... wasnt not gonna be fixable anymore, went 2 different stores they told me pretty much I was better off buying a new a one ... my 3rd stop was this store and HE WAS ABLE TO FIX IT !!! MY SON IS SO HAPPY WITH HIS YOUTUBE AGAIN !!! Price was affordable, reasonable for all the stuff that he replace on the ipad including now it actually charges without the trick on the charger . I got a nice cover for the ipad, a case for my dad and myself from there too have so many nice selections and is worth it for the price and quality. Im going back next week get my iphone screen replace as well... places like this that are fast, professional, and honest is worth to leave a good review and personal experience.
