I was in for a LOF and tire rotation. I mentioned one of my tires was low on air. The following day, I noticed my tire pressure light was on again. What was missed was a small screw in the tire. I went back to Ganley, they made the repair to the tire at no cost to me. I did have a couple of stressful days but Ganley made everything right. Thank you Ganley!

Service Department brought back the true meaning of service!I previously took my car to 2 other dealerships who either could not or would not tell me what was wrong with my car. Exhausted I called a third which was Ganley of Aurora. They assured me they would find the cause and find it quickly and they did! Like everyone, I depend on my car. The staff at Ganley were fast, and unlike other dealerships were able to get me back on the road with a loaner car while they worked on my car. I wont go anywhere else. ever.

I was contacted by one of the salesmen early before the end of my lease. He was very accommodating and helped me through much of the process of getting into a new vehicle without my even having to come to the dealership, which was nice because it is an hour away. Life got a little crazy and I couldnt make the move at that time, but he was patient and periodically checked in to see how things were going. I ended up working with another salesman months later when I was ready to trade my lease in (something on my end... not either of the salesmen). He also was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, got me all set up in my new vehicle over the phone, and so all I had to do was show up at my appointment time, go through the paperwork process, and I was out the door in my new Equinox. It is because of the staff at Ganley in Aurora that I have twice made the hour trip from Canton to do business there. I am more than pleased with the service, inventory, and care and will continue to do future business with this staff.

Scheduling service was easy, unfortunately they didn’t put my tire back on correctly when I got a tire rotation, so I had to return to the dealership, which was a little frustrating. That being said, they fixed the issue and replaced the part that broke as a result. I was pleased with the way they handled the mistake, and appreciated their honesty and work to correct the issue.

I met with John Hepke with regard to leasing a Chevy Trailblazer LT. John let us know they had a different model available, the Trailblazer RS, if I wanted to check it out. I ended up liking the RS a lot more. I came in with a budget in mind for an LT, and John was able to stay within that range even though we jumped up a model to an RS. John and his team were very friendly and easy to work with. Overall very satisfied with a stress-free experience.

They are low ballers and dont care about repeat customers obviously.They will send you emails saying they will give you more than blue book value. Then when you get there they offer about a $1000 to $1500 less and if you do sell they will make 6k profit. Ive bought 2 vehicles off this business. Never will I again.

Matt Hart was my sales person and he was excellent! I purchased a Yukon from him back in 2019 and drove 8 hours to purchase it. We spoke on the phone prior, he sent me several photos of the vehicle so I could see it up close, and answered all my questions. I did the same with my trade and it worked out fantastic! Matt is SUCH a pleasure to work with. Extremely personable and genuine. The vehicle was immaculate when I arrived and was everything I expected. I purchased it and drove it home that day. I had a few questions after I got back to Wisconsin and he ALWAYS responded within a very reasonable amount of time. I recently traded in my Yukon (nothing wrong with it) and I needed help getting in touch with someone to cancel the warranty I purchased on it. He once again was quick to respond and happy to help! Matt connected me with the right people and had the forms all ready to go the next day. Hard to find people who are willing to go above and beyond these days. We went to the Ganley Aurora dealership and started looking at the 2021 Chevy Equinox. We are a previous Chevy Equinox owner and wanted to check out the new colors. In our time there, we met with Isidro Cora and he was excellent to deal with and talk to. Isidro was very knowledgeable and very understanding as to our COVID-19 concerns. Isidro answered all of our question and gave a lot of additional information that was wonderful. We also met with the sales manager, who was very honest and forthcoming with any information he had to offer us. We felt that Isidro was very honest as well. After many discussions that day, we ended up purchasing our new 2021 Chevy Equinox and traded in our old Equinox. They made our new car buying experience spectacular. Not happy! Switched from dealership in Macedonia and decided to try Ganley in Aurora. John in service seemed nice so I had a bunch of recall stuff done on my 2016 Chevy Silverado Z71. John mentioned my brakes were low and suggested they get replaced. I was a bout to have surgery so I went against my better judgment and trusted them to do it. $800 and within a couple days it was squeaking so bad when I would stop that I couldn’t drive it with the windows down. Called and told them, John said bring it in we will make it right. Setup date, stopped after work and had my wife drive there to pick me up. Well John didn’t put it on the calendar so they couldn’t get it in. He apologized and asked if I could bring it in a couple days later. I did and then he called me to tell me it was done. He said they couldn’t find anything wrong so they just greased it. Well it didn’t squeak for 2 days but then even worse! John said bring it in. They supposedly changed the pads out and just cleaned the NEW rotors up. Well guess what, about 2 weeks later and it is unbearable!!!!! Called John and left him a message that I was going to go to Charles Chevrolet in Garrettsville. No call back from him no nothing. Now I have to change brakes out myself and all I did was throw $800 out the window and inconvenience myself and my wife for a month! Ganley Chevy in Aurora needs to fix their repair facility (mechanics, parts and service managers) never will I nor anyone I know, if I have anything to do with it, EVER EVER go to them to repair or service a vehicle.

Both my wife and my mother-in-law were looking for a very specific vehicle that was not available on the lot and John has worked tirelessly with the management team to find them the cars they wanted. Let me start by saying the salesman I had was a good dude very professional no problems there at all. My issues with the management and how they handle the deal I was trying to make. First they lied to me about the price of the truck I was trying to purchase said it was higher than I had saw the previous day. Not the end of the world I got them to lower the price.The biggest issue I had was complete lack respect when it came to the trade-in of my truck. Every single thing they used to show my cars value was wrong. I went to each one of those sites put in the VIN number and was 10,000 higher than anything they offered me. When I showed the salesman this and asked to speak to the manager the salesman came back and said he refused to speak to me. That right there shows a total lack of respect and very unprofessional behavior.

Matthew Ingersoll was my salesperson at Ganley. He did a fantastic job throughout the entire experience. Matt was honest, polite and extremely knowledgeable regarding the Chevy Silverado 1500 that I purchased. He worked hard to get the best price on the new vehicle and get the best return on my trade. When the truck I wanted was not on the lot, Matt did an extensive search to find the truck. Unfortunately, the truck could not be found. I ended up ordering the truck and Matt, again was very helpful throughout this process. After the order for the truck was completed, Matts communication was wonderful, keeping me up to date on the completion and arrival of my new vehicle. I bought a used car at Ganley in March 2021. I dealt with salesman Joe Z. Joe had great communication and responded to my texts quickly. I was an out of state buyer and Joe did a FaceTime walk around for me. I ended up really liking the car and the price was fair and I was given a fair price for my trade-in.The reason for 4 stars is due to the shadiness regarding financing. Ganley obtained a “great rate” before my arrival. I had also obtained a loan on my own and when I disclosed my better rate, Ganley’s finance guy called his friend (wink wink)who works at Wells Fargo (on a Saturday)and miraculously was able to beat the rate that I had gotten. I know financing is another avenue for dealers to make $ but this is the stuff that sours the whole experience.

Took a 2003 Chevy impala for a test drive and felt a steering shimmy at speeds over 50mph. Asked both Joe who I dealt with for the test drive and later matt who happens to be one of the sales managers to give a call back when they could get it fixed. I was told I would get a call back 4 days ago about the status of the car. Still have not heard anything. Was trying to buy a car, but now Its left a bad taste in my mouth in my dealings with them

It is typically good this last trip I did need to come back in within minutes of picking up my truck but I am not sure the tech could have helped that. one item that does resonate with me is when the truck had about 50,000 miles on it I asked about my headlights and the amount of moisture in them and wanted it fixed as it looks horrible and I have never seen another truck with them like this (not one). the tech told me this is normal and the only way to fix was if I garaged the truck in a temp controlled building otherwise there was nothing to do. when I cam in for my oil change around 61,000 miles I asked again about the headlights as they were worse and the service rep told me the price to replace them since it was out of warranty. SO when it is in warranty the lights are fine leave it but when it is out they are more then happy to quote new lights. this has not sat well with me at all.

I had just bought a used car as is at another dealership. I was getting a service alarm for the air pressure monitoring system for the tires. Ganley took me right in, found the problem (a sensor) fixed it and got me out in a reasonable time. They also service my summer car every year including detailing and do a wonderful job. Had a great buying experience with this dealer. I am an out of state buyer. The dealer helped me complete 90% of the documentation part before I got there. My salesman Isidro was completely upfront about the car I was buying, willing to go the extra mile to give me confidence regarding the condition of my car. He was very attentive and easy to reach by phone. There were no games or hidden fees. The dealer fees were absolutely reasonable.There were no hidden damages to the car. I drove an hour and 50 minutes to this place from where I live for a 2016 Chevy Cruze. I made sure the car was available for purchase several times before getting in my car to make the drive. When I arrived the sales man told me this car had been sold an hour before I got there. Which he didn’t text or call to let me know while I was on my way. (Says it was sold by his coworker)After telling me it was sold he tried selling me a bunch of junk cars instead. When I wasn’t happy with that, he tried getting us to buy cars that would need bought by their store, fixed, then sell to us. Mind you the selling price was thousands from the price of the car we came up to purchase.This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had in my life.They clearly just wanted a sale so they made me drive up thinking if I came up there I’d would probably settle for whatever used non Chevy was sitting on their lot or they could try and up sell me and make me spend way more than I told them I could spend.There’s no way that you’d let your coworker steal your sale. Not when you’re making money off it. You’d tell all your co workers you have someone coming up to look at a certain car. Just so you can make a sale. This place is absolutely pathetic.I ended up going somewhere else local to me and they were fantastic. I was out the door with my new car in 30 minutes.

Not sure why they wanted me to sign up for onstar seemed a little shady as in a sales benefit for them see no benefit for me. Also I have been getting oil changes there and no one ever mentioned my back breaks were low and they said they were in the red and I would need new rotors. Seems so wrong that either no one mentioned something in the past or they sold me extra parts I really didn’t need. Don’t think I’ll be buying from this dealership when my lease is due in a couple months. I was walking around the sales floor and no one bothered to say hi or asked if I needed help.

The initial call to customer service was outstanding. I have a new vehicle and had cancelled the service appointment at the dealership where I bought it, due to misinformation and poor service. The service representative at Ganley was informative, efficient, and courteous. I was not informed that my first service was free, where I bought the vehicle, or even what service was needed. On arrival to my appointment, I was taken in promptly, and my vehicle was returned serviced and washed (another service the original dealership did not do). The service manager offered me a month of OnStar; Im still not familiar with this service or what it entails. Nothing was explained to me when I purchased the vehicle. Unfortunately, I had the last appointment of the day and still missed out on an explanation of available services and features of my vehicle. The waiting area was clean and comfortable but offered no beverages or snacks. This is the only area of my visit that could be improved, but it is very minor. I would have used a vending machine outside of the area, but none had a credit card option.
