My daughter got the chocolate covered strawberries basket and had to sit outside to eat the whole thing right then and there! The staff was friendly and helpful as they took our order and explained the pricing system. Will definitely stop in again next time we visit the outlet mall.

Wish they used the same caramel on all of their bears. Purchased some yesterday, and found the pecans had a delicious soft caramel, while the cashew (which I bought more of) was old and hard.

If youre a chocolate lover and you happen to be in the outlet mall,I would totally recommend you stop by the Rocky mountain chocolate. Fudge covered pretzels, fudge covered apples, chocolate almond clusters, chocolate covered marshmallow....need I say more? You pay by weight for most treats, so keep that in mind.

Best gourmet candy apples in the chicagoland area no comparison! I drive from the southeast side of chicago to Aurora, Illinois (4 tolls and 51 miles each way) whenever me and my wife get a craving for handmade chocolate and gourmet apples.

My husband had a heart transplant several months ago and can not have fresh fruit or vegetables unless they are washed properly. The caramel apples here are his favorite treat. I asked the woman behind the counter how they were washed and explained why I was asking. She was awesome. Even thou they do wash their apples she washed one extra special for him and made it. He was so thrilled! I went back a few weeks ago and got another one handled with the same care for his birthday. These people have given my husband something to smile about and that is priceless!

The billing person doesn’t follow the line she takes order from person behind you, she said I will take your order later, very rude and un professional behavior.

The Manager of this store seems very direct. Once you walk in, he slams you with deals and promotions before you get another word out edge wise. Nice chocolate and candies.

I came in for the first time to buy a walnut Carmel apple, the lady was helpful and said if I buy 3 the 4th one is free so of course i picks out 4 apples, there was three girls behind me with blonde hair ask the guy that was working there how much for the chocolate covered strawberries, the guy tells her 12.99 as I was paying for my apples $27.00 a young black boy enters the store while his dad stood outside with the other kid and asked how much was it for some chocolate and the guy got loud and said to him can you read the prices are up there 😡 the three girls laughed the boy got upset left the store dad ask what’s wrong he tells his dad, dad comes in and said you didn’t have to talk to him like that I turned around and looked at the guy and said wow umm never mind you can keep your apples and put my money back in my purse 😡😡
