Wont give change so you can use the carpet shampooer. Even though the coin shortage is over. The people here a rude and I will never by gas at this place or any other pride gas station ever again.

Pretty cheap gas and a nice little place to eat and drink. I think it was recently renovated and it looks good.I saw there were some bad reviews for rude workers, and I cant comment on the gas desk people, but the little restaurant has very friendly staff. My coworkers always say their burgers are the best.

Horrible! Every time I visit this location Edith is yelling at a customer and it’s totally inappropriate. She’s very nasty toward people, and should not be working any customer related position. They have a sign on their door saying that customers must wear masks but yet none of the employees are…?!?! That makes a lot of sense.. you cannot tell a customer that they have to leave if they are not wearing a mask when you’re not wearing one yourself .. The mandate is for all people not just for customers.. I was waiting in line watching her yelling at people so I put my stuff back and left and I will not be returning… What happened to being nice to your customers, without them you wouldn’t have a job! It doesn’t hurt to be nice or at least pretend to be smdh…

This place is basically bad the worker are SCAMMERS we always get regular and we wasted 61$ in regular gas but the dude put 40$ worh of ultimate and at the end he said we couldnt get a refund and we ended up with no gas in the middle of the road 1/10

Terrible customer service always! Workers are always in a very grouchy and unpleasant mood Which can overall just ruin the rest of someone’s day! I live near by and I would highly recommend the Shell accross the street where the workers are much sweater and more efficient!

Disrespectful people working there the pumps dont work and when I have to call to get service I get hung up on and called fat because I just had a baby stay far away from this place

The air pump makes noise but does not have enough pressure to actually inflate tires.

The clerk who comes in at 6 am Friday 1/08 she is very condescending and impolite you need to retrain her on customer service I think she may be manager which makes it even worse as she sets the example for the gentlemen leaving who was very niceShe needs heavy coaching on her people skills or let her goThanks

A very clean place with allot of options inside. Before they built the new Speedway North of here this was the best gas station around. They still have this Chicken wraps that are very fresh and can hold one off for a while if you need something healthy to eat on the run. They also have a great selection of caffeine which we all love lol.

Gas station is good but do not get a car wash here! You can see from the picture where the brushes passed by and left the rest of the car dirty. This was with the $9 car wash

Went to the in-store restaurant called Urban counter. Staff was very personable and friendly and the burger I got was the best damn Burger Ive had in awhile. Started my Monday morning out really well. Most definitely coming back to check out the rest of the menu.

Clean gas station convenience store with well stocked colorful retail displays. More than enough pumps and access from Farnsworth or Butterfield. Ample beverages in the cooler and fountain and a TCBY serving station. An Urban Counter restaurant is also inside the store. A great last stop before getting on the tollway (I-88).

Went in this morning with my boyfriend, got a pack of cigarettes, put my card in, went through the prompts, took my card out, the lady behind the counter said I took my card out too early even though the card reader said to remove my card, so I put my card back in, went through the prompts again and guess what? I was charged twice for 1 pack of cigarettes. Now I have to dispute a charge on my account even though I said to the cashier the reader told me to take it out. Clearly she didnt care!

Selection of food in the store is good. Cashiers are fast and dont give you any nonsense. TVs at the gas pump are annoying though. Great for get in get out gas station experience. However, they have a restaurant inside as well? It is passable. The hours it is open never really lines up with when i go though, so i have only been once.

Clean place, the food service is real tasty, there’s a woman attending whit a very great and wonderful attitude make you be there every day just for say good morning

Beware the automated car wash. When it works its fine. However when it breaks its not shutdown so wash is disappointing. Can go some time without repair.

I too have had issues with Harill.He is very rude and unprofessional.Ive never heard him say thank you and ive visited there often.Im not surprised. Theres a lady and an older man that work there as well and they can be just as rude. The Shell gas station across the street has more polite and professional employees. I no longer visit this BP.

Free air, so so vacuums. Would rate higher but can NEVER get receipt at pump. It always says to see cashier. If I wanted to see the cashier I would have paid inside.

If I am a customer, wanting to spend money somewhere, i dont need smart remarks from a cashier. Customers pay your pay check dummy. 7:20am 3/1/19
