Ive been coming here 7 years now. There is no other beauty supply that compares. The customer service is beyond belief. A staff member walked me through the whole store and helped me find everything I needed. We even compared prices. I was hooked. After a few years they added another bonus. Award points. Yes you get a percentage of what you spend. There have been times I didnt have enough and remembered I have a few points. Its funny how quickly they add up. Management AND staff Best in the business.

Nice store but the cashier was very rude. The one cashier did not acknowledge me and gave me an attitude. She had her hair in golden color 2 platt style and her name is Tae. I wanted to tell her so badly there are other people who want your job. So sad!

Im giving it four stars bc of the customer service. They were very helpful. The store is Asian owned but 95% of the staff is black. To give u the illusion its minority owned by a Black owner. They have some of everything to do with hair, nails, makeup & some clothing items. There inventory is extensive.

Nice selection of products at a low price. I buy their dollar lipsticks to try out different shades, they have lots of nail polish. Theyre roll on body oil fragrances are pretty long lasting and aromatic. My absolute favorite thing about this place is their selection of contacts right at the front counter! Right now they have party contacts for Halloween, sometimes they do run out of them though. Theyre very reasonably priced at $20. They also have colored contacts that look natural for $17. They had this really great system that offered you a percentage of cashback but its been down for the past couple of weeks and Im not sure when or if it will return. Only disappointing part is that I have points on there that Id really like to redeem and Im not able to.

The store is not very clean and the merchandise always seems to be low and old(indicated by the layer of dust on the shelves). There is only one young lady that is professional. Everyone else seems to fit a stereotype.

Im very unpleased I went for a ponytail and They need better hair. Even for pony tails. None in colors. So I bought some curly braiding hair witch I thought then get home and the next day I try to get my hair done and open the hair it was cut so I took it back and the lady told me it wasnt there hair even though I had the receipt. So I just want my $5.00 back. There workers are very disrespectful. I will never go back there again.

I usually wouldn’t have a problem with living color. I called to reschedule an appointment because I had emergency this morning. Guess you shouldn’t have emergencies when applying with them. I was told very rudely that I couldn’t reschedule or apply again. I’m a licensed stylist and I know the importance of being on time but no one can predict life. Guess I’ll spend my money and send my clients somewhere else. Thanks for turning all my good experiences bad.

They pretty much have everything you need. No real name brands for hair products or makeup, but all kinds of human and synthetic hair and wigs for cheap. Its definitely my go to place if I need something quick and I always leave with something else I forgot I needed or wanted.

Always find great selection of hair, wigs & beauty supplies. Their staff is always friendly & helpful. But if you find hair/wigs you love, you better buy now as they’re often out of stock of my favorites & rarely reorder my favorites. Mgr blames hair manufacturers discontinuing products but I think they don’t track what sells quickly and try to re-order it.

They have a rewards program now so I just save up to get the makeup I want. There is such a variety of hair to fit EVERY price range. So whether I have a little or a lot to spend, the trip is always worth it.

Great place to go for your hair care needs. Staff is friendly and helpful! This place has just about everything you need when looking for DIY beauty supplies. They do not carry professional products, you will have to go to Sallies for that.

Wonderful makeup section! This store recently has done some renovations and they have upped their supply on make up. They have so many different eyeshadow pallets to choose from-the same goes with lipsticks, highlighters, concealers foundations and eyelashes. Dope and yet affordable brands like Kiss and Moira. Then highly popular brands you see on instagram like Rude or Beauty Creations. Aside from that. Go to for ponytails, wigs, sew-ins. With a broad selection of both synthetic and human hair, most people go for the wet n wavy styles that look more natural. There is a plethora of braiding and crochet hair here. With ombré styles and color layers.I’ve gone full circle in my journey with LCBS. From short to long and back short. Now I have locks, and find all the tools and beads there I need to keep those up 🥳. Way cleaner than other beauty supply stores out here by far.
