Love the girls there! Very helpful and always pleasant!

The majority of the time the staff is ridiculously rude and very unhelpful. I prefer to go to Salon Centric where the employees actually enjoy there job and make your shopping experience pleasant. Would give no stars if possible👎.

It looks like a makeshift warehouse, but if you get passed that, Their products are amazing!!

Very easy to find what you need here and a lot of stock.

They do not keep their stock up-to-date so they are always sold out of things that they are claiming they have stock online to. Have wasted my time so many times

The larger regional store. Pretty much have to go to this one at least every once in a while. They normally have the most inventory

Rarely have what I need. More often than not I have to go to a different location or look online to get what I need because they dont have it in Stock.

I drove clear across town with a fussy toddler to come here and the door was locked I looked inside and there was a girl at the register so I knocked on the door and she walked over to the door looked me straight in my face and put a sign in the door that she would return in 30 minutes.. I get staffing issues and people need to take lunches but if a customer is standing outside and you look them dead in their eyes and put a sign up you really have no means of customer service. I will be going to State Beauty from now on for my salon supplies for my shop.

8/23. Tried to give this place a 2nd chance. No answers on the phone and as I got to the location and customers were walking out. I tried to walk in and they locked the doors behind them. WTH? Guess driving to the Parker location is the only option since they only sell disrespect at this location.What a terrible experience. You walk into a huge warehouse space that has 3 extremely bare shelves. 1 cash register and 5 employees standing around doing nothing. There are no signs or explanation of the few things they have. Apparently you must know the very specific thing your looking for and hope they have it. Prices were not reasonable or lower prices for licensed techs. The nail section was a complete joke at 17.99 a bottle and maybe 15 colors. Some random polish and acetone. I left just as quickly as I walked in. Plus no one said a single thing to me so why would I bother giving them my money. Just go to Sally’s.

They have everything you need to color, style and cut your hair. They even have pet shampoos!!! Love the face scrub I got here as well.

This was the best Cosmoprof I’ve ever been to! HUGE selection. They had everything I needed. So glad I found it. The employees were not overly friendly, but they definitely weren’t rude! Definitely will be shopping at this location from now on.

Good range of brands and selection of products, but not great. They have much more to choose from on their website, but shipping prices are high. The woman working on our last visit was very friendly and knowledgeable about their product offerings.

This store manager and employees are amazing, i live in evergreen and 1st went to the Lakewood store to change my account over to tax free, i was just told to call customer service. I called this aurora store they had all the documents for me to fill out & were on their A game!! Best store in the metro area!!

I can always find what I need, if they dont have it available they will order it for you and call when the product gets there. Normally within a day or two. Over the years of shopping here the prices do continue to rise. However, they normally have good weekly sales.

Bought a dryer and it went out. Was told by the rude person the phone. My hands are tied we don’t keep them on hand. I paid $100 for a dryer to go out in months and now my business will suffer some until I get a new dryer... Thanks Cosmoprof I appreciate the professionalism

Excellent customer service

Very rude and nasty manager. Katie should not be allowed to work in customer service. To top it off, I was charged full price on K-Pak that was on sale for half off.I wont even go back to the Aurora location, it was such a bad experience.The store looks like a previous warehouse. The floor was stained all over. It at least should be painted all one color. It was gross.

I absolutely love the staff. Very helpful. They know their stuff. Im a student and continue to have questions about, well EVERYTHING, and theyve all know how to point me in the right direction.

Staff always seems slightly annoyed to actually talk with customers, but I have to shop here as it is my nearest location. I have started to shop online when I can so I can avoid the attitudes. Plus why only staff 1 person so then customers can’t use the restroom? Thank God there was another store to take my daughter to nearby.

This location has all the same products and great space for class, but its always difficult to pay if you forget your license or cosmoprof card. What a pain. Looking up your license with an id and then the if you cant remember your zip, its frustrating.

Im from California. The staff at 5 different Cosmoprofs are so good and helpful. This is my fourth time here. The staff is the rudest I have ever come across. Today 2/18/19 at 11:40 I didnt see anyone upfront. So I look for two brunette workers who were gossiping and told them politely that I was ready to be. Checked out. The shorter older one got rude and told me she would meet me at the register and she was always watching to see if someone needed ringing up. Then headed to front register and told me what ever register I want. At that point I got rude back and raised my voice and told her I didnt know. Personally, I have been in the business 32 years. I would have fired the whole staff here not one girl that works here have any kind of customer service.

Many selections and staff is helpful. Only frustrated with account stuff bc they are sister stores with Sallys your account gets lost sometimes but other than that its a nice selection

Great huge warehouse style store for professionals!!

This location is scamming people, they sold me old used equipment and wont exchange It, spent $200 on trimmers and opened it up at home to see hair all over these old trimmers, theyre not checking their returns and just restocking their items, its foul and how dare you guys!

The Manager Tina is very rude and unprofessional, more when she goes to work intoxicated. That I know because you can always smell it on her. The girls that work there are very unprofessional, always standing at the register on their ipad so when you need help with something you have to holler for one of them to come help you. Hate to give them a star but, looks like I have too. I Will never shop here anymore.

The staff that works here is extremely rude and unprofessional. The store does not have a good selection of hair dye or hair care products. Aesthetician supplies are overpriced. Dont bother asking for any help or advice. The girls at the front will be too busy texting. Save your time and money and visit Salon Centric off peoria street instead.

My girlfriend goes here for all of her hair needs, you do need a cosmology license to purchase anything from here. There is a lot of product in the warehouse type store.
