What an amazing place of business! I cant say enough good things about Jesus and how he does business! I recently moved here from Texas and had my Range Rover shipped and almost immediately the altitude affected my engine and the check engine light came on. I literally felt sick to my stomach because, as a woman, I always feel like Im going to walk into a shop and get taken advantage of and end up paying this ridiculous amount for stuff I dont need. Especially because its happened before elsewhere. I researched the area and came across this shop. I was impressed with the reviews so I decided to give them a shot. Im glad I did! He listened and acknowledged all the feedback and instructions my personal mechanic told me to relay and was very professional and obliging which definitely made me feel better about taking my car there. Ultimately, they were only able to address part of my issue and charged me accordingly and reasonably. He was upfront and honest and suggested I take it to an actual Range Rover dealership for further assistance as opposed to keeping my car forever and claiming they did all these things to it and running up labor costs. Thanks Jesus!

Big thanks to everyone at this location for getting my car fixed within a day as I passed through the area on a long road trip. The staff worked hard to ensure my car was fixed as soon as possible, scrambled to find a niche part for my engine, and was incredibly empathetic. This team certainly came through and has unrivalled speed and customer service in the industry.

I needed a fuel pump; brakes; and a tune up; Fernando and the entire staff was courteous and helpful from the first time I called; There is a no credit check Finacial opportunity that I took advantage of. It was a little costly but, for the service that I received I didn’t mind making a $10 initial payment and a payment of $89 per month. While other shops had a turn around time at least a week out, Meineke was able to get me in in a few days. Brakes and oil change were done promptly, only taking about 2 hours to complete. I made four price comparisons, and Meineke beat them all for a total replacement of pads and rotars. Very pleased!

The folks here were tremendously helpful. Before coming to Meineke I went to another auto shop but they couldn’t do the work; then I came to Meineke and they took care of everything. I’ll be going back to them when I’m in need of work like this.

Iv been hear twice once for my wheel bearing and also for power steering pump hose replacement and, super friendly i went here because they quoted me much lower than other places,they do diagnosis and if u get the work done with them they wave the 65 dollar free.all in all good hard working kids their.

I took my car in for service and was drawn in by a promotional flyer that had this location listed on it. When I went to pay, they insisted they dont take that coupon (with their exact name, phone number, and address).Thinking it was an issue with the cashier not understanding, I wrote to the owner. No response.On top of this, they didnt perform the service how I asked and this ended up being a worthless waste of time and money.

The gentleman at the front was awesome! However my oil change was exactly just that oil only. I had to ask to fill my tires up because they told me my check pressure light was on which I explained was because my tires needed air… all of the included items for an oil change were not done it was going to cost extra for rotation which it was suppose to come with. Very upset I spent $60 for literally just oil. Didn’t tell me the condition of my car with an inspection didn’t check brakes nothing besides oil. Now I have to take car back into another shop just to make sure everything is working properly.

Yesterday, when I got there, I had to wait one and half hours. They apologize as they had too many people were waiting. Then, on the next day they fixed my car that was good. Now its very good to drive.

This location fixed my car up with no problem. The prices were normal and my only small complaint is that they tried to sell me on a belt I didnt need (mine looked almost brand new)... but literally everywhere will try to sell you on something. lol All in all, though, the lady (who I believe runs the place; pretty sure shes the owners daughter) was very nice and knowledgeable and Jesus, the gentleman up front, came off as a genuinely good guy. I think, especially for being located on Colfax, I could recommend these guys to people looking for lite repairs.

Ive been coming here for pretty much all of my truck maintenence, repairs, and all other service. Jesus is great and they are always fast and professional. I try to come back to this specific location as often as Im in the area when I need stuff done. Highly recommend.

The owner and workers here are all amazing people and are very welcoming and helpful with every transaction I needed. I went in for an oil change and they were all so kind and really cared about me and my car. Shawn is the owner and came out to talk to me and he really knew what he was doing. They all really care about what you need and go above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed to know before working with them. They were also very time efficient and knowledgeable with everything they did! I would definitely recommend Meineke auto for any and every car service that’s needed!

A little on the expensive side but well worth it due to the fact they have great customer service and they do the job right. In the past I’ve had mechanics that every time I took my car to they fix one thing something else would be wrong with it after I pick my vehicle up. Very professional...I liked how they told me it would take 30 to 40 minutes for a oil change..and 15min later my truck was done and I was on the road.

Went for a oil change, they didn’t put enough oil, moved fuses around so they stuck to my engine and all of a sudden my radiator blew and refused to take responsibility

I called around to many local auto repair shops in order to get some work done on my 1976 Buick Electra 225 Limited and absolutely no one was willing to touch it due to their lack of knowledge and inexperience with working on older vehicles... I literally called over 10 of the highest rated local shops on Google and no one was able to work on my car... It was kind of shocking... I decided to try Meineke because my sister had always told me that she received great service here for many years... I drove up on a Saturday morning and I was immediately met with Excellent Customer Service... The guy behind the front desk was very polite as he helped me to access what was needed in order to repair the AC on my vehicle... Not only that... But they were able to get the job done in record time and the price was incredibly fair... I was so impressed by the quality of the service that I decided to return the following Saturday in order to have the radiator, the fuel pump, the fuel filter, the starter, the alternator, and the fuel sending unit replaced... They did all of that work in less than 5 hours and the price was AGAIN very reasonable... This is by far... The best experience that Ive ever had at any Auto Repair Shop that Ive ever gone to... The Guys behind the counter are Great... The Manager is Awesome and The Mechanics do Very Exceptional Work... Id highly recommend the Meineke at this location to anyone who is looking for a shop that is both knowledgeable and capable of working on older Classic Luxury/Muscle Cars and also Newer Vehicles as well... They did a “Pre Sale Inspection” on two vehicles I was about to purchase. Turns out one was in really bad shape. Would’ve cost another $2500 to fix. The other I was able to negotiate a lower price. The work was done well in my opinion. Time will tell. The labor cost for reasonable. I was disappointed that I saw no employees wearing face masks or coverings. Every customer that came in had on a mask to protect each other but none of the employees that meineke wore mask.If they wore mask they would get four stars.

Jesus took the time to explain everything, I didnt seem rushed or felt like I was getting played, he found I had a cracked radiator and his crew helped to get it fixed by closing day on a Saturday otherwise I would have had to leave my car until Monday it all worked out thanks Jesus I definitely will be back!!

They like to remove parts so you can come back. How do I go for a oil change and suddenly he wants to charge me $600 for breaks. Ive gotten breaks before and wasnt even half that! I get home my car is leaking and now all the sudden I need a new water pump nothing was absolutely wrong with my car I keep up my car. I had another mechanic look at it come to find out they removed two screws from underneath my car. These people got a lawsuit coming!

Paid $65 for a full car diagnostic and was only told about the 2 things that I specifically requested they pay extra attention to/give extra info on. The inattention to detail and lack of communication is astounding to be frank and I will not be returning or recommending.

I had horrible squeaky brakes and needed to get them checked badly. Came here because they do it all. I ended up needing new brake pads, back rotors, an oil change and my tires to be rotated and balanced. Jesus was super friendly and helpful. He showed me exactly what I need to get done and how bad my original pads were. They said it would take a while to get the parts in, but my car was still finished within 2 hours! I will definitely be coming back to this location for any further work needed on my Jeep. Thanks guys!

Had a coupon for $17.95 Including filter, oil, etc. It magically went up to almost $24.00, when said and done. So ask what the exact amount is. Also recommended a repair that was not necessary, a expensive one too. Buyer beware.
