I took my car in to have water pump and the thermostat replaced and they worked fast and the communication is on point. They kept me updated on every change that was happening on my vehicle the whole time it was in the shop. Car came out looking and working good. I Highly recommend this shop.

When it comes to auto repair shops for me, unless you KNOW someone- it can feel like a gamble when you choose a shop to go to. In this case I needed repairs for my sons car and considering him driving to Pueblo for school, it was imperative to resolve an issue with his car and be confident that the car will be reliable for him while hes away from home. I found several options and read over countless reviews for several shops (even though those are not 100% reliable since Ive recently chose a shop for my personal vehicle based on reviews and I will NEVER go back to them again) I decided on JD Auto Repair and Im so very happy I did. Theyre quick, efficient, affordable, customer friendly and clearly ETHICAL which is REALLY, REALLY important. I was comfortable from start to finish. Thank you guys so much for everything and I will definitely be back for any future repairs that my family and I may need!!!

Ive been here a few times and luckily I dont have to often. Ive had major and minor jobs done here, a rebuilt transmission 4 years ago, still running strong. Brakes done, oil change. I aways feel good when I leave here, like I didnt get ripped off. Definitely recommend.

These people have no integrity what so ever. I find it interesting how they get 4 positive reviews in a matter of 4 hours this morning, after a few real negative reviews yesterday. Considering the fact they haven’t had any positive reviews in weeks! It is so easy to falsify an account now a days. JD Auto you guys should be ashamed of yourselves. You guys are a fraud. They are so quick to put up excuses for their mistakes. To anyone planning on using these guys please look at their negative reviews. I guarantee you will think twice before using these guys!

Im getting ready to move out of state, had a problem with my car so I took it in and met Bert, I also wanted him to check out everything to make sure my car was good to make a long trip, thankfully my car is good to go.. he had to replace a couple of belts that were worn and squealing.. he wa very fair with his price. Bert and his wife Martha were very awesome to meet, very friendly, and honest.. I would very highly recommended taking your vehicles to them !!!!!! THANKS BERT!!!!!

Took my truck in to get intake manifold gasket changed. They told me it didnt need one all it needed was a tune up. I let them do the tune up and of course the truck was still running badly with CEL back on. On top of that they left an old spark plug wire on top of my engine and had my car radio tuned to some Mexican radio station. The owner just gave me back my money for the labor as he wanted to reclaim the parts he did for the tune up. I dont have time for that mess, so I just took the money back for the labor. Waste of time and money.

They dont work w insurance and well their reviews speak for themselves. They only do Insurance fraud as they call it, with people they know. They were reccomended by someone whos worked w them before but that mustve been a while ago. Half a star for these clowns.

TERRIBLE customer service & rude staff! Recently Took my truck in for some rear air suspension service. Was told by the owner himself, after diagnosis, that the air springs on my truck were fine, and that he would make it work. He stated that the ONLY issue with my truck was the compressor itself. Paid him $1,160.00 after the “repairs were done”. I literally drove my truck one block down 6th Ave by where their shop is located, and heard a snap from the rear suspension. I then pulled over and realized that both of my air springs were twisted and not properly installed (Have documentation to prove it) was then told by Beto (the owner) “that the clips on my air springs were broken when I first took it in” & was not told about this issue after diagnosis. I had replaced the air springs less than a month before I took it in to JD Auto & have documentation to prove it. After I told the owner that my springs were not broken when I took it in I was told “he would install the old compressor, and he would refund me my money back” They obviously have something to hide. I will be getting a report from a real professional who knows what they’re doing, and if the damages to my air springs were caused by JD Auto I will be taking legal action in regards to this matter. I honestly hope no one has to go through the experience I went through with these guys!

The owner of this business Mr.Beto has no integrity and BBB posters plastered all over the wall, which he is not even accredited with the BBB.I left my car for a free diagnosis for 3 hours, he told me on the phone and to my face that my car blew the crankshaft after checking engine light sensor. He said he wouldnt invest $5.00 in the car, he then tried to sell me one of his used cars.When I had the car diagnosed at Central Auto repair up the street, the Mechanic Richard told me the truth, I only needed to replace the Harmonic Balancer pulley, 2 belts and a Tune Up and my car is running like new.I dont understand why Mr. Beto lied to me after I spoke to him in his native language Spanish cause he is rude as hell in English.I would never return here or recommend this business to anyone he has zero INTEGRITY with 18 years in business burning people, he needs to take down all the BBB posters he has plastered on the wall, its not Better Business its the Worst Business.

I took my car there with a full tank and a week later when I got it back my tank was below the E. They also stole my spare tire and claimed it was because they were searching for other stuff. I dont recommend this shop. Once I reported this to them they accused me of being a liar and told me to never take my cars there again.

This place is horrible. I brought my eclipse here about 6 months ago to get the clutch replaced. First of all he took an extra 2 days longer to fix my car then what he told me, and about a month later my clutch went out again because they didnt change it right. The owner of this place is an idiot.

They did not call me to ask if i wanted a new or used part..put an out dated power steering pump that does not work for 300.00 bucks...now i have to replace it agian...
