I usually have a decent experience here. The mechanics are friendly and I’m never there long. I found out the bathroom light doesn’t work today. It was just me and another guy in the waiting room and he decided to use the restroom with the door open. I told the guy who checked me out to fix the light because old guy behind me decided to use the bathroom with the door open and the mechanic just laughed it off acknowledging that the light does need to be fixed, not offering any kind of apology. Will try to avoid this location from now on.

Super friendly, they made everything very easy and they always go above my expectations. Ryan A. helped answer all my questions and had really good suggestions. I went about 9am and there was no line so it was quick and simple. Definitely recommend.

Everyone at Grease Monkey is super nice and they don’t try to push you to buy something, they’re always cracking jokes and making you feel welcomed while also being professional. They vacuum, clean your windows, fill your tires, top off any fluids, and come show you your air filter if they recommend getting a new one! Sometimes it’s hard to go car places as a teenage girl because they try to sell so many unnecessary things to me at outrageous costs but I never feel that is the case at Grease Monkey!

Completely unprofessional and dismissive. Kevin did not take accountability or even apologize for his mistake. And when i addressed him on the issue he was dismissive and rude. All would have been fine with a simple apology and by taking accountability

This is a very convenient place to go in SE Aurora with top notch technicians. On time and easy.

Didn’t have an appointment but they checked both cars in and out very quickly. Everyone was kind and very courteous. We have used them for quite a few years snd will continue to do so!

Sent me next door bc they don’t door tire rotations and said they’d take care of me. Had to come back for an oil change then go next door for tires. Marked vacuum complete on the receipt but my car is obviously not vacuumed.Wonder what else they skipped. Don’t feel confident with these guys at all. Seemed like they didn’t wanna work. Got an oil change. That’s it. None of the other parts of the 16 point I paid for. Hundred bucks for premium synthetic.

Rob and his team have made me a customer for life. They do quality work for a reasonable price, they don’t push anything (additional services) on you, they are courteous and respectful, and they are willing to go out of their way to help you with any car issue that they can! They are honest folks and you will be pleased with their service!

They quoted me about an hour upon arriving because a few cars were ahead of me. In actuality it only took 40 minutes before they came back and said they had finished! They didn’t try to sell me on a million different things like pushy salesmen, but rather placed their recommendations down on the summary report for me to decide. Overall great experience and great staff, this will be my spot until my experience is otherwise.

I have always loved going to Grease Monkey for the awesome customer service. I love that they vacuum my car and wash the windows in addition to the oil change. I also loved the carnation that they would leave on my dashboard. Well the last couple of times I havent gotten any of those amazing touches. I live 30 mins away and came out because of the customer service. Today I went for an oil change and it took 25 mins and didnt get any of the extra touches. I might as well go to get an oil change somewhere closer to home.

Outstanding. Took my work vehicle in right away. Changed the oil, did an inspection, and had the work approved by our fleet vehicle company. Out the door in 30 minutes. I’ll be back for the next scheduled maintenance in a few months!

Great turn around, it doesn’t take long at all and no wait in line if you show up first thing in the morning. They explain everything well and are very courteous. They see to have their staff well trained in how to address a customer...at least this location does. Good job to the owner for that.

These guys are so nice, they try to get my oil change done even though I walked in just 10 mins before their close.

They were not able to service my vehicle as it still has temporary plates. They were nice and apologetic but said their system needs valid license plates. Just moved here, bought car for daughter heading out of state for college. Oh well.

Service was good. And the service technicians were polite. I did not have any of the horror story issues of unscrew drain plugs and what not. I would go back and I would use them again.

As a loyal customer Grease Monkey off of Gartrell Ave In Aurora CO has been taking care of the routine maintenance of all my cars for over 15 years along with their sister company Family Tire Pros. A huge plus is they will rotate your car’s tires as part of the oil change service at no additional cost. A definite Plus. Fast and efficient at a fair price.

The young man that helped me, was very nice and helpful. I would have preferred if he was wearing a mask while speaking with me, but again, he was very nice.

The entire experience was very good from start to finish. Pulled in a your attendant was out and getting me started then slight wait for another car to get finished and I was in !! Great store and work force !!

The staff was kind, polite and very professional. No waiting hardly at all. The place was clean and when I left my car smelled so good. Took my car in on a Saturday for an oil change. Fully expected to wait at least an hour. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they pulled the car in almost immediately. Everyone was super friendly. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They said to come back anytime if I needed to top off my fluids even washer fluid. Had a great experience!

On August 4, 2020 at approximately 1700 hours, while in the city of Aurora, at a stop light my new to me, but pre-owned vehicle I had just purchased a week prior started shaking. I called Grease Monkey and told them what was happening and that I needed oil. Upon arrival at 1711 hours, I was greeted very professionally by a younger gentleman, possibly known as greeter HJP. He took all my information and then he drove my car into the bay. I spoke with another gentleman, possibly known as cashier CCJ. Throughout all interactions with staff, they were each courteous and helpful. CCJ, informed me that my vehicle had an engine leak, no vacuume, and no front differential oil. CCJ informed me that motors life was in jeopardy. They were able to fill up my motor with oil and I successfully made it to the dealership I purchased it from. That dealership is now providing me a new motor for my vehicle at no cost. Im so thankful for the knowledge and service CCJ and HJP provided me. Thank you!

Very nice quick and efficient

This was the absolute best customer service I’ve ever had when dealing with my vehicle, and in general. The mechanics walked me through everything that they were doing with my vehicle so that I completely understood what needed to be done, and how the expenses were divided. I let them know I was in a rush, and they had my car done an entire day early. The honesty from this team was incredibly refreshing, and I will continue to use them for all of my vehicle needs in the future.

The team was great! Had me in and out in less than 30 mins. Customer service was amazing! They didn’t try to scam me and have me buy things for my truck that wasn’t needed. They were up front and honest. Definitely will be coming back!

I would have given 4 stars but the maintenance warning light wasn’t shut off and now I don’t know how to turn it off. We don’t have a grease monkey here in Cedar City Utah, so I guess I’m stuck with that little warning light taunting me the whole time.Other than that the guys were quick and efficient.
