Came here for a oil change. A month later engine start shaking, and thick smokes comes from the exhaust. I took it to the dealership mechanic turns out they added the wrong oil in it and now I need to rebuild the engine. When I called Elite they said theyre not responsible for it.

I asked to get an oil changed and paid for it. Next day my oil light is on. Only to take it to the Honda dealership after for them to tell me the oil hasnt been changed at all. I paid for synthetic oil and for the rest of the car liquids to be topped off. I dont think they did any of that. Waste of my money and time!!!! Cant even be trusted with an oil change how can they be trusted with anything else!!!!!! Never again!!!!

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! My mom has gotten an oil change from them and all off a sudden her motor locks and she has a 2016!! She recommended me to go to them and I HAD NO OIL AT ALL IN MY CAR AFTER 2 WEEKS, they keep saying maybe I have leaks but I don’t! I got my car looked at in there is nothing wrong and guess what I got an oil change by them and now my motor is locked up!! I called and they offered $50 refund because they know there are at fault. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL

DO NOT GO HERE. On my only visit for an oil change, they did not close my hood properly and when I hit the highway for Thanksgiving, my hood FLEW open and bent in half. I was thankfully unharmed but insurance, tow, and auto shop all confirm the hood was improperly closed. I called Elite that day and they did not apologize or offer a tow but instead were very defensive and rude. I have called repeatedly for a manager since and the manager is never in and will not respond to my calls to make this right. Maybe this review will get their attention.

Honest and very reasonable prices. Best part is they never try to up-sale any parts or services and they explain your options on the repairs your vehicle may need. In short, you feel satisfied your getting taking care of.

Mechanics are awesome and we’re fairly priced when I was last there, however whatever Money you save in service there. You get ripped off for if you purchase one of the cars they have listed for sale on the lot. The owner and father of the joint will get you if your not careful😉

My cousin recommended this place for their very well priced oil changes & decided to stop by since its around the corner from my job. Ok so Im the 1st to admit I judged this place kinda fast & almost walked out. I get there, I tell the girl at the desk I want an oil change she says ok & to take a seat. No information was asked for, no name, no car info, nothing. So I sit down & after seeing how busy they were I assumed that no one would even notice that I was there & asked what time they were going to be open tomorrow (Saturday) & using that as an excuse to leave & honestly I wasnt sure if I was actually going to attempt going back the next day. Anyway, I get up, make it to my car, get inside and start my car getting ready to leave when this slightly older gentlemen dressed in a mechanics uniform runs up and asks me if I was just there for an oil change & I tell him yes. He says not to leave & that hell take my car next since the van thats before me is there for more/longer work. I agree to stay & give him the keys & go back inside. 20 minutes later my car is done. Oil is changed, new filter installed, all fluids have been topped off & air was put in my tires (light was on that they were low). All that for under $25. I was beyond impressed at the how fast they did all that and the price is out of this world amazing. I can honestly say they have gained a new loyal customer & Ill keep going there for all of my future oil changes.

Ive been coming here for 10 years. They have competitive pricing and are always helpful. They sale tires but only thing they do not do is wheel alignments.

Good place, fast, cheap, and honest but just not careful of your car. I got a nail or screw on a wheel, then had a flat when I got home. Also the same wheel, the rim lug nut cover was not tighten and was flapping in the air. It was almost going to fall off, I had to adjust it myself when I got home. But good place to go thought just pay attention to after they are done. UPDATE: THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO CHANGE BREAKS!

Rude, unprofessional, greedy, dishonest, unskilled and will rip you off. They asked for $250 to change spark plugs and one oxygen sensor, I agreed but they broke the first spark plug while trying to take it out; they said I needed to come back next day; when I came back the following day I found that they replaced one spark plug (out of 6) and then they decided to abandon the rest of the job; they told me it costed them $550 in labor to remove the part that THEY broke; I challenged them that I saw on YouTube mechanics removing a broken spark plug in less than 10 minutes with the right tools (a drill and a special bit... !!); the guy running the place immediately changed his story and rudely argued that he already did that and spent $390 on buying that tool and expected me to pay for that. I dont know which story to believe and I dont know what kind of auto shop place is that? not having the right tools to fix their OWN mistakes resulted from their lack of skill and experience and expecting customers to pay for stupid labor hours -which is NOT agreed upon up front- or pay for them buying their own basic tools!!!! this is just beyond me. I was overwhelmed as I am not used to this kind of business conduct and to this level of dishonesty so eventually and after a lot of arguing, finger pointing and voice-raising from their side, they forced me to pay $290 for one Oxygen sensor and the one spark plug they changed. They were rude, unprofessional, dishonest and unreasonable; you cannot communicate with them, they would not acknowledge that the time they spent to take the broken part out was due to their fault and not mine and that their shop should be equipped with the right tools they need to perform their job and not charge that to the customer. I told them it is not nice and unprofessional to abandon the job before they finish it (especially after waiting 2 full days) but they didnt care and told me not to come back again.On a previous visit they charged me like $250 to change the coil; that did not solve the problem and I went back next day and they said the coil was bad (they blamed it on the manufacturer) and they replaced it again. 2 days later the check engine light came back on and when I looked under the hood I found that the problem was a bad spark plug cable; I changed it myself and the problem went away. Apparently, their diagnosis was wrong and that did cost me $250, 2 visits to their shop and a few hours of my time.Also, I visited their shop around 5 times and I got a nail/screw in my tire twice- one of the 2 times I ended up replacing the tire.They have no clue what they are doing; they depend on guessing and they are not skilled at all, very bad customer service, rip off, dishonest and not trust worthy. I am done with them and I will never go there again.They lure you with a cheaper price, but wait for it and see how they end up ripping you off most of the times and giving you the worst service ever based on depiction, lying and trial and error. Do not trust whatever comes out of their mouths!!!! they are just a bunch of lairs, scammers and dishonest people.How they got this high Google review is beyond me; probably they are paying to get good reviews and we know this exists (I hope Google fixes this ASAP, otherwise Google will lose their credibility); or maybe people giving them good reviews are either their friends or a few lucky people who did not run into any issues with them yet or people who have not challenged the reasoning for what they are doing and the money they charge, their trial and error approach, business conduct, or their ability to find the problem and fix it efficiently.Bottom line; this is literally a very bad place with mechanics that have no clue what so ever lead by a person acting like a mop boss; they will not fix your car but still want all your money. In this place, I encountered the absolute worst and most dishonest service through my 50 years age. You should stay away. I do not recommend them for the very basic and simplest Auto jobs, leave alone complex issues.

I had a nice experience with them and they were truthful when they couldnt fix my exhaust pipe. And they directed me to a place where I could repair it well at a cheaper price too.

Great service I at 1st wrote a bad review a couple months ago and when the part broke they replaced and fixed the issue because it was still warrantied glad to work it out with the owner and ill continue to take my vehicles there... Great guy!

I used to get my car done here they did a great job but today I am leaving and I am not coming back because the owner he was insulting me in Spanish he didn’t think that I understood Spanish because I’m black but I knew exactly what he was saying so that is bad business you don’t talk about customers in your language because you don’t know who understands what

If i could give 0 i would, i get there and i get treated with disrespect. I ask the wanna be mechanic that i want a muffler delete on my vehicle and he has no clue what im talking about. Wouldn’t be surprised if he didnt know what was a tune up on a vehicle. Dont go there youll waste your time.

I went to get my car fixed they told me what the problem was the first time I told them to make sure that was the problem I made a deposit to have them order parts to fix my car. Next day I called them I was informed I needed a whole new motor. I was charged even though there wasnt even a part fixed in my car. I spoke with a guy and a girl receptionist who wouldnt return my call and couldnt confirm what I was being charged with. I never recieved a receipt of anything even with my deposit I made because I made it over the phone. Im pissed because they took my money because they say it took them 4hrs to check my car. There is no policy of being charge to look at my car. I was not informed I was going to get charged to look at my car. I would not come to this place ever again damn rip off.

I have been going to elite for all my familys automotive repairs since I moved to Batavia 6 years ago. All three of our cars are running great and I atribute the fact we have been able to keep them so long to the great job they do. It is a family operated business that. Takes pride in their work.

Never taking my truck here again really bad customer service they were really rude towards me and they also charge me for something they did not do if I could give this -5 Stars I would. Dont let them touch your O2 sensors.
