They have been an amazing dealership from the start. We had an amazing salesman (Tom) from the start and also the owner Don took the time to meet us when we took delivery of my new Acadia. Top notch dealership with great customer service. When I needed my first oil change, the told me it would be a couple of hours. They had my vehicle done in an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend this dealership!! Thanks from the Hushkas.

I bought a 2021 Buick Enclave from Shortline Buick GMC. The sales experience was a pleasant experience. But I would recommend not doing business with Shortline. Their finance department is absolutely horrible. I had numerous issues with the finance department after the sale. The lack of attention to detail is totally unacceptable.

The sales process was smooth and efficient. Craig was helpful and knowledgeable. The finance process is still in work. I was overcharged by $5,400 as agreed by Anthony in finance. I was also told that there was no option to re-do the loan as it had already been submitted, resulting in a higher monthly ~$90/ month. I was also told that the only option available was for SHORTLINE to send a check to the finance company, which would lower the principal but maintain a higher payment. As of this writing, I am still awaiting confirmation that a check has been sent. My disappointment in this is that I had to discover this. I paid full MSRP for the truck and if I was not diligent, would have paid $5,400 more than I needed to. I have had three calls with Anthony and he is in agreement with the over payment. This should not be this difficult to close.

June 23; buy a 2016 Mazda CX-3, the dealer seems a bit sleazy but the car seems great (too great to be true as you can tell) so I go through with it. I try to put down $1500 as a down payment but they won’t let me, force me to only put down $1000There’s no documentation of the last oil change, and within the first week of me owning the car both Tow Caps on the front bumper disappear.July 23: accessory belt snaps and radiator dies, -$1000 to fix, burning through my saving all before my first car payment is even due.August 27: alternator dies, current cost of repair unknown but I’m stranded in Kansas because of it. I hate Kansas.

The dealership personnel were all professional and courteous. The sales personnel answered all of our questions and provided insights into all of the vehicle models that would satisfy our requirements. There was no pressure to purchase anything. The Finance office was efficient and helpful. There was no effort to try to lure us into purchasing things we did not require. I recommend their dealership for those wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle. I will purchase from them again if the I am in need of another vehicle.

Terrible customer service from sales staff. Came in for an estimate of a trade in/sale. Was told they could offer more and give me pricing for my trade in if I found a vehicle on the lot I liked. Found a vehicle I was interested in and ran numbers. Told him I wasn’t interested in a $800 payment with an interest rate he “didn’t know” and wanted to go through my own bank to see what they could work out with me. He got a little hostile. The salesman was extremely pushy in getting me to purchase the vehicle even when I said I was no longer interested. Ran my credit at over 7 different banks for loan estimates and was there for over 2 hours while the salesman pushed me to purchase the vehicle after I stated I wasn’t interested. Even went to the extent of saying “you told me you liked the car and would buy it, why aren’t you buying it” took him an hour to bring my keys for my “trade in” back and let me leave after I said I was no longer interested.

Ive been leasing for 25 years and this is the best one yet! Its my 3rd Encore lease so obviously I like the vehicle but Tom Karros went out of his way to make sure I got a great deal and I really appreciate his efforts. Doing this every three years can get old but Tom truly understood the terms I needed in the new lease and hit it out of the park; no nonsense and super easy! And... tremendous turn in service- all I had to do was give Tom the keys. Ill be back to see Tom at Shortline in 36 months, thats for sure.

They are all about playing the games. We are in Texas and Bob was doing a great job putting together a deal for us. The financing team brought back a joke of an offer, and then when we said we will just get financing at our bank, the owner told Bob that they do not deal with banks in Texas. This was a joke and a waste of our time. We were willing to drive 9+ hours to pick up the vehicle and make a deal, but that will not be happening.

Chris was very helpful and patient with me while I stumbled through my first car purchase. He made the process easy and took the extra time to help me get the best deal I could. Awful customer service was told one thing was fine and then booked an appointment within an hour recieved a call saying they couldn’t do it anymore and couldn’t hold the car until my appointment etc i never asked them to hold the car until my appointment in the first place and was considering 2 different cars they are highly unprofessional i spoke with one sales person who was answering emails very fast and then disappeared for hours until i went on the website chat and asked them the same thing made my appointment etc with chev and then finally Marcus emailed me back after i spoke to chev online and then received a call stating they weren’t willing to do business with me anymore even tho they agreed to my terms when i called earlier just rude and incompetent if you are looking to buy a car and then wish to have excellent customer service go elsewhere because you will not receive good customer service at all taking my business elsewhere and will never recommend this place

I like how I can schedule a simple oil change and it is ready in about 30 minutes while I wait. And I ran into my salesman, Tom Karros, who is a great guy and the 30 minutes passed like 5 minutes. You can tell that whoever manages Shortline GMC has done an excellent job hiring people who are competent and friendly and care about their job. It is slightly out of my way to come to Havana and Mississippi, but it is worth it.

I paid to have accessories installed and received a call that the dealership existed to install my dash cam because “the technician doesn’t like the way it is mounted” I am extremely frustrated that they would offer that as an option, take my money for selecting that option, then inform me it wasn’t actually an option. This was my dealership for parts and service but I will NEVER be going back for anything.

From start finish over all service was okay. The service writer really didnt listen to me. They did not honor a coupon from the manufacturer. I had to go check on my vehicle to find out it was done. This location is not some where i would bring my car back to. Oh and apparently the charge al carte for tire rotation. I believe they maybe the one of theonly ones to do that in the city....Ill take my business elsewhere.

Went here no one would help me had to ask for help when the manager did help he ran my credit i thought my credit was better it wasnt but that was ok once he saw my credit he basically dismissed me didnt give me options didnt even look at my bank statements he said I would have to put alot of money down I ask like $6000 he said no like $8000 I had $6000 on me but after he basically judged me and dismissed me I just left and going somewhere else where they want my money this place is very judgemental if you dont look rich or meet their standards they dont want to deal with you which is sad cause i would of got something oh well someone else gets it now dont go here these people dont even want to help or even try

Sam from the lot is the man. He salvaged a possible deal. We went to the lot today and walked around for 20 minutes. Not one person talked to us. We left. Figured we would grab a bite to eat. Came back. Walked around for another 10 minutes. Set off a car alarm, on accident, when we opened the door. The alarm was turned off but again, no one came to see if we wanted any assistance. So we packed up and were leaving when Sam came running up to our car as we were about to leave to see if there was anything he could do to get us to return and check out the vehicle we were looking at. We did. Loved it, may return. Wish we could work with Sam as he would have had a sale tonight.

Had my vehicle serviced for the first time since purchasing it and the service team did an amazing job. I didnt have the best experience when I bought the vehicle, but theres a big difference between the sales department and the service department. They were able to get me in at the last minute. The service team was friendly, quick and the waiting lounge was average but comfortable.

Had a scheduled 2:00 p.m. oil change. Arrived early but was notified that they were busy and that they may not be able to take it back into my appointment time. It took 2 hours for my oil change I had a 4:00 p.m. appointment which I was late for because I didnt get my car to 4:05 for a routine oil change not very satisfied. I come to shortline for my oil changes regularly Ive never had a problem like this before. I was not notified by the staff that there was going to be a long delay and when I went to inquire only then was I told that their compressor was broken and they have fallen behind. Not very satisfied with this visit.

When I arrived to have service done, the service advisor stated they could not top off any fluids without a charge nor rotate and balance the tires on the dually. Although that was part of the dealers offer when I purchased the truck at Shortline GMC. When I picked the truck up after the service, the technician had spilled DEF Fluid all over the side of my new 2021 3500HD Dually Denali and didnt even clean it up. I took pictures and sent them the Service Manager. I purchase this truck and was offered 3 free oil maintenance & tire rotation and balancing, which after purchase was told that they couldnt perform there and was told to go elsewhere, but the service advisor didnt know where to refer to. Very disappointed! I will not be back for any more service. And I will not be recommending Shortline to anyone.

I strongly suggest not to purchase a vehicle from this company. My concern is less with the sales team and more with the service dept. Unfortunately Shortline Auto as a whole is accountable for the entirety of this dissapointment.I bought an Acura (what I thought was a safe mom car) off of their used car lot. This purchase was made less than 90 days ago and its been nothing but a raging headache since..I was assured that an intensive and thorough check was completed on said vehicle by their mechanics prior to my departure off of their lot.Since purchasing (I still have paper on the car) my vehicle has required service maintenance on not one.. not 2, but 3 different occasions.First instance:After a week of ownership I experienced severe shaking when breaking or reaching over 60 mph on the highway. Along with that a loud screech everytime I would brake...  Only to later discover my rotors were completely warped. When asked why this was not caught during thorough inspection mentioned above the lady told me outright that test drives on vehicles are typically only done around the neighborhood and not completed on the highway. Fantastic. I trusted their professionalism and put my family/kids in a car that was not up to basic point inspection... First error..Second error... They used their amazing customer service skills and corrected the issue by machining the warped rotors rather than properly replacing them, which we all know leads to them eventually... severely warping again. My brakes are already making noise AGAIN not even 2 months after the corrective service was completed.Less than 2 weeks after first inital issue my A1 maintenance light came on. Appeard to need a tire rotation or oil change.. my assumption was that sensor was not reset...No big deal.. However when Ive called (on 2 separate occasions) Ive been told all they could do was Google and reset it or I could come in for service but would be charged for the oil change and/or rotation services.In purchasing this car, I was sold a bumper to bumper warrenty, which apparently covers nothing.. In addition to them trying to unrightfully charge me,  I have been told both times Ive contacted the service dept We do not normally service Acuras  Okay friends..  Can I actually rely on your service team to correct issues or fix my vehicle if necessary under this warranty?? And if you do not normally service Acuras then what exactly is this warranty good for? The short answer is apparently, Nothing. Because Im out of pocket and need to take my vehicle elsewhere to be properly maintenanced.. Fantastic..From my understanding, these are not issues I should be paying for out of pocket with a bumper to bumper warranty let alone with in 90 days of ownership..My main issue in getting this resolved in a timely manner is so I can clear emissions to get my registration and plates.Ive lost any faith that I could trust them and Im not confident that this is going to be a reliable vehicle.. I look forward to encountering more suprises because my experience thus far shows me that the lot has not done their due diligence. They sold me a car that was not up to point inspection. That alone is a HUGE problem. Add in the sad service assistance and we have ourselves a debacle. They will not take care of youIf you purchase a used vehicle please plan on having to take it elsewhere to be triple checked and rightfully serviced.

Discovered that my 2014 Buick wouldnt start last Friday at about 1:45 PM. Call Shortline to get the # for your recommended towing service. They jumped the car and I drove immediately to Shortline hoping that I could get my car back by late Saturday morning. The engine check light was on. Shortline took me immediately, found that my battery was dead, and installed a new battery. I was on my way home by 4 PM with a newly washed car!

Judd Maddox and Lisa, sales managers, are also on top of their game. Pricing on new Buick was excellent and Bob explained every detail before and after the sale. We originally came in for a GMC Yukon but found it too big, but rather than give up on us, Bob suggested we look at the new 2021 Buick Enclave, and he was Right. Used care salesman tactics.I worked with Bob Tartler and he sent me a truck that wasnt going to meet my needs. He said that if I came down to test drive that one we could then see what they had on order and put a deposit on one of the trucks Shortline had on order.After we test drove the one in stock he tells me that he found out that the two days prior to my arrival that all of the ones on order were poached by other dealers.He just got me to drive down an hour down to the dealer with the hope of me falling in love with that truck.

I was preapproved through capital one when I had search for a vehicle that I liked I found out that it was wrecked so I sent Steve Cantrell an email stating that I would not be making the purchase due to the Carfax records. His reply was he understood however if I was interested they had new vehicles around the same price range just a few thousand dollars more and he had sent me over the list he said no hurry for me to take my time and see if it was something I was interested in and that he would be available if I made the decision. Everything was done via text and phone call he started working on it in the evening when he was off work he said he would let me know once he got the final approval once it was approved he called me gave me the information and then left it up to me it was so nice not to have somebody push he got his in and out of the dealership very friendly and would highly recommend Steve and your company

We drove 6 hours from New Mexico to look at a 2020 Sierra 1500 SLT with Max Trailer package and 6.2l.No hassles. No issues. No haggling over prices. I did compare their price to dealers across the country because we were willing to travel to get the best deal. Shortline beat them!Tom Karros was our salesman and was friendly and courteous and full of energy! When he brought the truck around (this is late Saturday afternoon) he handed us the keys and told us how to get to the freeway for our test-drive. No paperwork or copying divers license. Just get in a drive. This is the best way to do business! Trust!The finance guy, Anthony McDaniel, was awesome and very professional! I was burned about 30 years ago buying my first new car so I still get paranoid and ask a lot of silly questions. Anthony took it all in stride and was very patient with us (me). Everything was spot on and the paperwork a breeze to get through.Finally, the receptionist Pat Johnson; she was very kind and sweat and such a pleasure to talk to and hang out with while they took care of cleaning the truck and other minor stuff. She was icing on the cake for the whole experience! I think my wife made a new friend. I bought a car from Shorline 7 years ago. It was from a quality standpoint a huge disappointment. That was my fault for picking it. My complaint with Shoreline is I have now moved out of state, so I will not be buying from Shotline again. I have attempted several times to unsubscribe from their email lists. There is a diagnositic error on my vehicle that is still under warranty and they wont even look at it. I scheduled the maintenance when they are booked three weeks out.

First off, the car salesperson (Jovany) was good.The GM (Lisa) has no customer service skills. This Yukon was a special order. When doing the paperwork, there was an additional $499 clear bra charge on it. I told them I was going to pay for something I didn’t order. I was told by Lisa it is a requirement by the dealership because when the car is test driven, sometimes there were chips because of the test drive. I told her no one should be test driving a special order. It is a complete additional profit play.Then I get to the F&I office to complete my purchase. Jonathan started the paperwork. When we get to the truth in lending form, he doesn’t explain it. Didn’t even mention an interest rate (from JPM Chase). I stopped him and asked. He said, 3.99%. I said I don’t want to go through financing as my credit union was offering 1.99%. He sat there staring at his computer for about 5 minutes. Then, he says, okay, we will match that rate and sign the form. You try and double my rate and once I call you out on it, you say you’ll match it?I told him no, I will go with PenFed. I then pull out a check from PenFed and told him I would pay the remainder in a check. He said he didn’t want to take it since Shortline won’t make anything on it. I asked him, “ you won’t take actual check to buy the Yukon?” He finally relented.Then, he tried to sell me an extended warranty for $3,500. I said PenFed would give me the same warranty for $849. He finally gave up. When I was on my final form and was about to write a check for the remainder, he casually forgot I put a deposit down until I called him out on it.It is interesting that when there is a demand for vehicles because of a chip shortage, the dealerships get greedier and their service turns into none.I have bought Lexus vehicles my entire adult life and never had bad service at a dealership. Now I know why a lot of people in my demographic stick to those types of vehicles.

Jason was my service advisor and he did such a great job. He was very professional, very courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately this is the kind of customer service that you dont get too often anymore. Hes truly an asset to this dealership. Thanks for an excellent service experience.

Nicole S did an excellent job, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I found the car on your website via the GMC website. I then called after looking at ALL of the Information found on the two sites. The only souring of the deal is that the charges and credits were not displayed in the same format between Shortline website and the draft buyers agreement. The added charge for the clear protective bra did not appear on the website which seemed unfair that is was not listed in the options area.

I had a visit today at Shortline dealership to get my oil changed. I am immune compromised and when I saw the signs everywhere stating masks were REQUIRED, it made me feel better about making this trip. But boy was I wrong when I was sitting in the waiting room. I saw multiple employees maskless inside the building, walking right by me. I went and talked to the receptionist because this is unacceptable, especially with all the signage the dealership has up. I went back to sit down and yet another worker comes into the waiting room, sits down in the corner with his laptop and takes his mask off. I about had it at this point. I went back to the receptionist and said Id like to speak to the manager. Tom Karros was the man I spoke with. I went outside to talk to him because it is safer. He still walked right up to me and kept no social distance. I expressed my concerns because I am immune compromised and even though Ive had my vaccine, I am still at risk. He blew me off about it and said the signage was coming down soon and Arapahoe county was going to be done with the mask order soon that it really didnt matter. And because Ive had both of my shots and all of the employees have had at least 1 vaccine that they are fine to be without masks. The CDC and Arapahoe county still states that masks need to be worn indoors by unvaccinated AND vaccinated people. I feel like I was blown off about this; my concerns brushed under the rug. It takes a lot for me to be really mad about something. But I am going to go thru every avenue I can because of this. This is so extremely wrong and I was treated like I didnt matter, like my health didnt matter. I will no longer be doing any business with Shortline. We are still in the middle of a world wide pandemic with a virus that is extremely contagious.

I loved the extra here! Got what I wanted and they even showed me more economic options just so that I could keep those in mind. Worked with Orlando. Súper nice guy. Every time they would service my car they went the extra mile. From washing my car to refilling my washer fluid. Definitely worth every time and penny spent here. Went after my Toyota was totaled and got a very nice 2020 Buick Enclave.

Very pleased with Tom (sales) and all the effort he put fourth with the purchase of my car. Bought it sight unseen since I live out of state. Tom tookthe time to make a well detailed video going over every inch of the car for me. I had never purchased a car this way before so it was a little nerve racking for me. After purchasing the car I flew out several days later to pick it up and wow was I overly impressed! The car definitely surpassed my expectations! It’s beautiful and Tom was awesome. Had everything spotless and papers were all ready to sign. Came back to the car and Tom had my luggage loaded in the back and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Shortline had a no haggle price on the car which was honest and fair and it made the process just that much easier. I felt like I got the best deal possible and Tom is a stud.

The service center is amazing. I would highly recommend them. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. JASON has been there since the previous owner and he is the best. He goes above and beyond to make sure your GMC experience is top of the line. I really appreciate how they value and take care of their customers. Always a great experience!!

I opted to get offers for my vehicle via Carfax. Of course dealerships call, text, and email left and right offering to buy my car. That doesn’t really bother me. I finally spoke with someone from Shortline Buick GMC about them buying my car. I asked them if they saw my Carfax report. They immediately said they wouldn’t buy my vehicle because it was in a prior accident. Then why are you contacting me everyday to buy my car if you’ve had access to the Carfax the whole time???? It clearly says this on the report.

We somehow ended up at Shortline after being very loyal to another big name dealer for years (turns out they have taken a turn for the worst) but SO GLAD we did! Steve Cantrell was AWESOME and came in to work at last minutes notice, on his day off, to show us a car we were potentially interested in. Turns out, it was the perfect vehicle at a great price! I was going to sell my car privately but the trade in value they gave me was SO GREAT that I couldnt turn it down! All around 5 stars, I wont go to anyone else in the future. I believe in fair reviews - I complain when service isnt great, and I praise it when its A+ service - Steve and Shortline were A++!Thanks Steve!

We are in the market for a full size suv and stopped by Shortline to look at a Yukon. While we couldn’t quite get the deal we wanted due to current limited inventory, Matt Karros was great to work with. He followed up without ever applying pressure, just simply let us know that us and our potential business mattered to him and we really appreciated that. When production levels get back to normal we’ll definitely be giving Matt a call for our new truck.

Horrible sales experience. Live quite a few hours away. Use to be in sales so I know how it works and was trying to make it easy by filling out everything for them, kbb, application, vin etc. Didnt get a call so called sales rep. Didnt see i emailed, didnt see i turned in app, didnt see i entered vin etc. Explained situation. Ran credit. Knowing the negative in our jeep (which never buy a jeep cherokee depreciated by half in 2 years).I knew I had to find certain car with docounts etc to help. Pointed out some options and discussed it with Bob. He has been with them 12 years and didnt seem interested in helping. He said he would call me on Monday. Its now Thursday. I have emailed and text messaged. Nothing. Flat out ignored me. Dont bother with doing business with them if u want service during and who knows about after. I would not want to find out.
