This place worked directly with my car insurance so I picked them because of that but was so glad I did! I got some hail damage to my vehicle and was able to set up an appointment with Prime Time and they were able to get it fixed that week and in a day. My damage wasnt horrible but I was so appreciative of their quick job and it was of great value! They washed my vehicle and made sure she looked good when I picked her up. The owner and employees are super nice and graciously have given a home to a bunch of super sweet shop kitties. Thank you Prime Time for such a great job on my vehicle!

Processed and insurance claim. Famaged portion of car looked as good as new when they were done. No fuss with the insurance claim. Rental car company met us at the ship, too. Easy peasy. Make sure you pet the ship cat.

O stars if it were possible look they are liesrs saying they replaced parts that they did not even replace which iv got proof they improperly did an alignment that if they even did one at all improperly rotated tires and willingly admitted they watch YouTube videos to figure out how to replace the parts which isnt skill and extremely unprofessional i had to go somewhere else for them to call them out on there mess ups that they are lying and claiming they did when it aparent they did not

Let me start out saying I strongly recommend Prime Time Autobody if you have any damage to your vehicle. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and really cool to work with. I got rear ending January 26th and went through the person that hit me insurance, State Farm, big shout to them as well. Once I did some looking around and felt like Prime Time Autobody was a good fit, I gave them a car and boom! they were on it! I worked with Darren he was cool. once my vehicle was in his possession, he kept me updated through the process. I dropped my vehicle to them on a Monday got it back on that Friday. The work they did it looks like my back bumper never got hit! these guys stand be hide their work. Thank you guys I will be coming back if I have any damage to my ride.

Great place for auto repair! I brought my nephews Rav4 here about 2 years ago after an accident. Paint still matches and cannot tell it was damaged. Didnt even shop around. Just brought another one for them to repair. Great people and business.

I have now taken my vehicle to them on multiple occasions for various autobody repairs and would recommend this shop to others. The body repairs looked great and they warranty all their work. They handled all the details dealing with the insurance adjusters and even detailed my vehicle inside and out before they gave it back to me. Thanks Prime Time!

They did a great job on my car and got done ahead of schedule.

Prime Time got me in in a much shorter timeframe than dealerships and other shops after an accident. They communicated with my insurance company and got everything I needed, beat their estimated repair time by several days and did an absolutely amazing job at some pretty substantial repairs. Their paint matching was perfect too. I genuinely can’t tell where anything was faded.Thus place is outstanding and vastly exceeded my expectations. I whole heartedly recommend them for any body work your car needs.

Had them repair my car after a minor fender bender. I also had them repair some rust on the car while they were at it (same area of car). Im very pleased with the work theyve done to the car. Looks good as new. And they take care of stray cats living in the area, so you know theyre good people.

My mechanic recommended prime time for my car door. I was having a hard time shutting my door. I wanted to get two estimates, so I took it to Gerber Collision first, because my wife got into a car accident a few months ago and they worked on her car and did a good job. The estimator from Gerber looked at my door for 30 seconds and told me that I needed a brand new door and I should file a claim. I visited prime time the next day and they came out and looked at my door. I believe it was the owner and he stated that the door was crooked, but he could probably make some adjustments to fix it. He brought some tools out, made some adjustments, and I was able to close my door. He didnt even charge me. The whole process probably took ten minutes. If I have any other issues with my car, I will definitely bring it back here and recommend prime time to any of my friends.

Friendly service and a fast turn around on my versa. They even took the time to clean the inside of my ride, made me feel great getting out of the super nice rental and back into my regular wheels. Thanks fellas! Will be recommending you from now on.

This body shop does not deserve even 1 star. Super unorganized. Save your time and money. I booked the estimate with them 3 weeks in advance and ordered towing. My car was towed to them at the day of estimate and what do you think? Surprise, they called me and said there’s no space at all to fit in my car. I asked them what was the purpose of waiting for 3 weeks if they don’t have space. No apologies, no exact answer, they just said that they would give me a call whenever there’s space. My car had to be towed back to my place. I received a call from them same afternoon that there’s a space and they are waiting for my car. I scheduled another tow with my insurance and guess what? Next early morning when my insurance called them, turned out there was no space again!!! I called them 5 times and they didn’t pick up the phone. I had to go to another body shop which accepted me same day. This place is a complete joke. Lost time, no apologies, completely unorganized. Stay away from this place!!!

My car was brought to Prime Time through a Progressive claim and they fixed it so it all looks brand new!! When I got my car back there was a couple issues but Mark and the team went above and beyond to fix it right away and even transported me to work because I was without a vehicle. Now everything is working perfectly, thank you so much!

This was a good place to get my mudflaps installed. They are by appointment only. However, once I got there, my mudflaps were installed in less than 30 minutes. Swift, easy anf painless. Also, they do have three cats on the premises. So, if youre allergic to cats, consider yourself warned. 😃

Living in Denver its just a matter of time before you need to find a good body shop. Prime Time is the best I have found and I am very meticulous. I did research for two days before I found this place and once I spoke to Darren on the phone and then in person I rest assured this was the place. Took my f150 fx4 my baby, there and was treated with respect and top-notch service. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family if they ever need auto body work. Its hard to find honest good service good timing and good pricing at an auto body shop these days. Good work Darren.

It seems that this shop is always over worked. Once they have the car, they do great work. It took 4 weeks to get the car in for appraisal and another 3 to get it worked on. Once they got it, it was only a week and 2 days and it came back to us in great shape with the car in better shape than they got it in. Great job guys!

This shop is amazing! I took my 2012 Toyota Yaris to various body shops in the area. Everyone except PrimeTime gave me a week plus of lead time to get a quote. Prime Time (Darren) did it on the spot and had my vehicle fixed at an exceptional rate within the week. These guys were life savers. Highly recommend

Trina is a fantastic helper and got me a great deal on a dryer and was very knowledgeable about various different brands and the technical specifications. She even helped me load it into my truck. I have been there twice now and I like shopping for appliances there. SCORE!

Ive had 5 vehicles repaired at Prime Time over the years and they all look better than brand new when they are done. Their paint dept. does meticulous work. These guys are probably the best in the Denver area.

Had a very good experience with this company. Recently we had damage to our car (oh, the fun ice of Colorado!), and so we were led to Prime Time by our insurance company. These guys took great care of our car and did the job well. The tow-truck driver had left our seats very dirty, and so Prime Time cleaned our upholstery as a parting gift. Well done. Id like to start off by saying this a great body shop all around. My first experience was nothing but stellar. They fixed my exhaust, my rear and front bumper, and made my car look brand new. My second experience, however, wasnt as great. I went in for some body work on my door and they fixed it up nicely. There was still some rust damage but I wasnt too worried about that since that seemed to be a specialty repair of sorts. My biggest concern was when I retrieved my car I had noticed multiple things. My exhaust on this car had extreme amounts of drone within the cabin of the vehicle which wasnt present before I took it in. I had taken my car un with a half tank of gas and when I got the car back, I had next to no gas in my car (my system diagnostic was reading 0 miles left in my gas tank). My GPS module for my indash receiver was ripped from the dashboard and wasnt secured back on. The screws for my side skirts were placed back in their respective holes and then painted over (now I cant take them out because Ill chip the paint) and adhesive residue from an old flare fender wasnt taken off and was painted over. Finally my grill was cracked possibly. Im not 100% on that last one just because I dont remember if it was cracked after me getting the car from the shop or before I got it, so Im not too upset at that. Its an easy fix so not a problem.I dont know what happened but based off that experience, Id recommend taking in generic consumer cars and not performance cars. I dont trust my performance car there any longer but my other car I will take there any day of the week.Take what you must from this review.

I must share a positive experience I recently had at Prime Time Autobody. My daughter was involved in an accident a couple years ago. I took the vehicle to Prime Time Autobody, as a State Farm preferred service provider and they replaced both front and rear bumpers. Last weekend, I decided to change the transmission fluid in my daughters vehicle. When I removed the plastic cover beneath the vehicle, I was surprised to see a loose plastic piece by the radiator. When I wiggled the piece out, it was clear it was broken in two places where it bolted to the front of the vehicle. Since the vehicle had not been in an accident since it was repaired, I was sure this was missed when it was repaired. I discovered this on a weekend day and called and left a heated message with the business voice mail. Long story short, the business did the right thing and fixed my vehicle. They ordered the new part and told me to come by anytime for installation. I was prepared for a fight, as Ive had to with other businesses, but there was no accusations, excuses, or blame. Listen, no one is perfect, but when a business owner (Darren) does the right thing. They are to be commended! Thank you for being an honorable business.

Prime Time Autobody handled my claim in a very professional and timely manner. Darren and the other staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. They eliminated the stress that comes with having to take care of a claim and even found other damage the people from the estimate company missed, they handled everything. The work they did looked spectacular and they even cleaned my car inside and out, even the rims and tires. They gurantee their work. A no hassel stress free experience. I would recommend Prime Time Autobody to anyone and will go back if I need future work done on my car.

Fixed the surface damage.Cats in the reception area and in told they are feral but they are unwilling to move them. Im highly allergic. Will not go there unless my insurance is paying
