When my parked car lost its bumper in a parking lot mishap these good people restored it to like-new condition for less than the initial insurance estimate. They matched the color of the new bumper to the silver color of my 21-year-year-old car absolutely perfectly. I recommend them without reservation.

WOW! I was totally blown away by the quality of work Larry and the team at Arapahoe Collision did on my Daughters Scion. The car was in very bad shape when we brought it in. I thought we may have to sell it as salvage. Larry took the time to work with us and our budget to make sure we had a quality repair experience without breaking the bank. Very thorough with their work, and they took good care of my car. They had it for a long time which was lame, but the reason I took a star off was because I got the car back with a nearly empty tank of gas. It would of been nice if they at least put gas back in to where it was when it was dropped off.

This place proves that customer service isnt dead everywhere. The entire process of getting my car fixed was easy and fast. They worked through the insurance company making sure everything was covered, and kept me out of it (who wants to deal with discussions with insurance companies!). When my car was ready they stayed after closing time on a Friday to get my car back to me and let me leave the rental car there, and they dealt with getting it returned so I didnt have to make a stop on the way there. And the icing on the cake was that they washed and detailed MY ENTIRE CAR! Inside and out! And to a mom of 2 small children who simply doesnt have time to do such things on my own, that was HUGE! I highly recommend this place!

Have had to take both our Mini Countryman and Range Rover to Arapahoe Collision for body work and paint in 2020. The results were excellent. We got estimate, explanation and paperwork everything. We were told to come back a week later.But on the day that we are supposed to pick up the car, we were told the car needs more work to be done than they thought. So 3 more days. They shop manager keeps good contact with us, and they keep the price the same as estimated.3 days later, when we pick up the car, were totally satisfied with the outcome! the car is like new again, from inside and out! We would recommend this shop to every friends for the quality and honest works theyve done!Thanks for the previous reviews which bring us to them. and hope this posting have some value to whomever comes later.

Love this shop. I only trust them to work on my vehicles and fix the cars when they have been wrecked or break down. They do an amazing job making them look brand new again. If you ever have to wait it is well worth the time it takes to get it fixed. They have great costumer service skills and they have a family atmosphere. I had a brand new 2018 Hemi Sport fully loaded, got hit by a deer. Got the truck fixed at Arapahoe Collision & Mechanical and traded that truck in for a 2019 Ram 2500. Fast fwd two months and I get run off the road by another truck illegally passing an 18 wheeler narrowly avoiding a head on collision resulting in $6k in damage. I cant say enough about the great communication, quality of work and being taken care not once but twice by the staff at Arapahoe Collision and Mechanical. Terrific auto maintenance place. I have, unfortunately, needed their services a little more often that I would have liked with hail damage, flood debris, correcting poorly done maintenance at other shops, getting rear-ended twice, and having a work truck clip my front bumper and rip it off. That said, Ive been a regular patron of this family-run business, and have always been happy with their service, helpfulness, willingness to answer questions, working with my insurance, and keeping my cars in top form.

I brought my Jeep Wrangler in here about a month ago due to some hail damage and I was blown away by this place. I was able to bring my car in immediately and got back what felt like a brand new car a week later. All insurance negotiation was done almost entirely without me -- they got 3x the initial estimate from my insurance company and all I had to do was answer a 30 second phone call from my insurance company and tell them it was okay. When I came to pick up the car I had to check the license plate to make sure it was my car before I got too excited. Outstanding work!

Outstanding service!My Lexus IS350 was severely scratched by flying debris during the wind storm a few weeks ago. I called Arapahoe and they let me come in immediately for a quote, and I dropped my car off the next morning to be fixed, and had it back the next day!I was very surprised when my car was returned to me looking like new, you couldnt even tell there used to be a massive scratch in the side! I even had them detail the inside to remove the dog hair, and my black car truly looked like new. I will be back every year to get my detail services done here!

I have gone to Arapahoe Collision for several major repairs. Their customer service is flawless. The owner Larry, gives you his personal cell phone and doesnt mind if you call him to discuss the most minor issue. Larry worked with my insurance company to make sure I was treated fairly. He guides you through the repair process like he would his own son--he will suggest or not suggest certain options regardless of which scenario would benefit him and his business financially. You can trust him completely. I was refereed to him by word of mouth and I 100% percent recommend him as well.

I was in a minor fender bender and took my car here for repairs. Although it took a little longer than expected to complete the repairs, the work done was fantastic. They were able to get OEM rather than aftermarket parts for my vehicle, and they cleaned and detailed my car - looks newer now than when I bought it.

This place is awesome I needed some paint done on my Lexus suv. They knew I was passing instead of insurance, they gave me an amazing deal it was about 60% of the other 4 estimates I received. They got the work done fast and had it done when they said they would. I also like the fact that it was family run the owner gave me the estimate and his daughter help me check out and finish all the paperwork. Overall great experience super nice people the only body shop I will go to.

I read the reviews and came here due to a stellar reputation. What Ive experienced does not line up with what I read. I had to push to get my quote fixed to cover visible damage to start. I was told it would take a month to take my car. I showed up and the owner turned me away, said about $1,500 to $2,000 of damage was not quoted. I was promised an updated quote the next day that I never received and to wait 6 weeks more for them to take my car.Maybe it was all honest mistakes but added up I feel like Arapahoe Collision attempted to rip me off. Their inability to even send me a quote at this point has taken my business elsewhere.

We were hit with about $5500 worth of hail damage this summer on our less than a year old brand new Buick Enclave. Heart Broken!!! I have known about Arapahoe Collision & Mechanical for a few years, so I decided to look at some reviews and all were GREAT! We decided to give them a try without looking around. From the minute I called for an appointment to the minute I walked in I sensed true professionals. My father owned a body shop so you can tell from being around it. Lisa made the process seem so easy and assured me that my brand new car would come back looking like it did before the storm. Lisa and the office staff called me on a regular basis to keep me informed of where things were, and dealt with my insurance. I have to admit I worried from time to time and asked alot of questions. But I have to say Lisa never seemed to get frustrated with my questions and assured me each time that everything was going great and I would be happy with the outcome. Well today when I picked up my car I was absolutely stunned by the way it came out considering every inch of the car had damage. Not only did it look brand new again it felt like I just drove it off the car lot! It was detailed from front to back, inside and out. I was given the opportunity to look it over and I am very anal, so it took me 20 minutes to look it over. Larry walked with me and answered any questions I had with total honesty also mentioning that I had a lifetime warranty on all the work they did!!! I was extremely pleased with the way my car looked and the whole process from start to finish. I hope I will never need body work again, but if do I will forvever be a loyal customer to this Awesome Company and True Professionals they are!!! I had a bad scratch on the hood of my black F-150 that was rather large, could be felt by nail, and visible from inside the cab, which drives me crazy. I took it to ACM for a detail and they did an amazing job on it. I didnt have it repainted as that would have cost a fortune, they used a technique that blended it and filled the scratch. They also buffed out some scratches made by a furry friend hanging their paws outside the truck. The scratch on the hood is now only visible when you get within inches of it in the right light, given how bad it was, I couldnt be happier. With that they sealed and waxed the truck and gave me tips on how to keep that black shining so that I wouldnt have to come back to them. A1 rating in my book, Ill be back with my fiancés car.

These folks are awesome!Dave at Speedy-Roo in Aurora recommended AC&M when, in 2010, some woman from Wyoming with her thumb up her bum, brain in neutral and ear in cell phone T-boned my 2009 WRX from a side-street, The repair job was perfect, Theyve since fixed a tree falling on my sons 2005 WRX and in the last week (3/9/2015) repaired our 2013 Impreza sport after some idiot bent the front in a parking lot while car was unattended, In all three cases, allowing for age, the car was returned in showroom Condition.Basically I have no reason to go anywhere else for repairs, in just over 5 years these folks have given us consistent, very high quality service on 3 separate occasions.
