This company sets a new industry standard for integrity & customer service! I live in Colorado Springs and bring my skis up to Aurora for the best service in the State. I brought a challenging ski to this team this year for repairs & they didnt give up until it was dialed in. The experience that this team has is unparalleled. Another customer brought in a new ski with a similar problem & they were able to pin point it immediately. Thank you for the great service & a team that stands behind their work! Cheers!
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend. Worth the drive.
If you are looking for a place that is going to offer service paired with dedication, youve found what you are looking for. Our family LOVES our jetski season & looks forward to it all year long. This season, we started having some issues with our RXT. Uh oh !! Shops are hard to come by that work on jetskis in Colorado. We live in the springs & after having our ski at a place that held it for 2 weeks with no word, or diagnostics ran.. we knew it was time to move on!! Thankfully Peak got us in asap and we were called within a week. Long story short - we had to have more than one serious issue fixed & they fixed it in time for our Annual Lake Mac vacation! These are our go-to guys from here on out!! Check them out!!
It’s taken me awhile to write this but meant to from day one. Peak Powersports is all around a great place. Rick and team is super knowledgeable and detailed. I have taken both of my dirt bikes to them and they have dialed both of them in perfectly. The most recent time I brought in my gf’s Yamaha 250f to have them go through the entire bike to make sure it was ready for this upcoming season. They replaced the clutch, top end and fixed the frozen chain adjuster bolts. One shop alone wanted after $500-600 just for the frozen bolts. They didn’t rip me off for everything they could. I don’t know a ton but I know enough to know these guys are good at what they do and they care. Highly recommend them!
The entrance is in front of the building. Great great business great great owner they work on all years of personal watercraft the only one I could find and glad I did
Had an old Yamaha atv motor bored for an oversized piston. The guys did a great job and charged a fair price. Other places were quoting ridiculous prices. Keep up the great work guys!
Excellent service, trustworthy and very reliable shop. Only place I will take my sleds to in Denver.
These guys got our jet ski that sat for 3 years, outside in tip top condition!!! We were so pleased with everything they did! If you want good, honest work done on your toys, these are the guys to go to!! My boyfriend and I thank them so much for making our summer!! 😁🌞🚤
Thought I might have found a reputable watercraft service company. No chance. After waiting a month to get a scheduled appointment, the company keeps my jet ski and never starts on it for another three weeks. After telling the owner exactly what the problem was, he diagnosed the problem with a quote for $994.00. I agreed. Two weeks later they said it was done. They claimed they had to put the jet ski in their tank to make sure it worked. I took the jet ski out the next day and the exact same problem existed. I called them on Monday and they said it was under warranty so I could bring it back. Nearly four weeks pass and finally their mechanic now claimed it was the carburetor. I told him while I hope that’s what it is, it seems like you should have caught that when I first brought it in. And that it never worked after I paid you $994.00. He said it was going to be another $500.00 but agreed if he would take care of it before his boss gets back in town. He actually told me his boss would never take care of it even though he misdiagnosed the first time. I told him thanks for being honest and standing behind your work.Fast forward to today. I come to pick up my jet skis when the owner comes out yelling and screaming at me not to touch my jet skis until I paid him. I told him you need to talk to his tech. He proceeded to tell me he didn’t care what his tech said and that he’s the owner. He proceeded to get in my face to try to prevent me from loading up my property. The owner literally was calling me out to fight after I had paid him over $1000.00. Clearly this guy has zero customer service skills. It is apparent his model is “Keep changing parts until he gets it right”!! I paid him his parts change fee. Clearly the money was the only thing his customers are worth.Edit to the owners response:I brought the jet skis in for his expert abilities to repair. I told the owner the problem I was having was loss of power.. His diagnosis was the Impeller, not mine. I agreed to pay him as he said this was the problem.. His expert skills misdiagnosed the problem. And the fact is whatever the techs name is, the tech told me he would take care of it. Thats the reality.. The owner is a bad business man as he doesnt stand behind his own mistakes. and now to state he refuses to let me to come back. And I never said he didnt change parts and charge me... he did.. as he clearly is a great Parts Changer. Unfortunately the only one that helps is the owners bottom line and not the customer which is why I though he was is in business.. My error.
Ive always had great service with work done on my snowmobiles and dirt bikes at Peak Powersports. They stand by their work. The thing that stood out for me early on was when I thought I heard a noise in my engine and was concerned that something major was wrong. But Rick listened to it and told me it was normal. I would have handed the bike over to potentially pay thousands to get it fixed. But Rick was honest and didnt take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Ill be a customer for life because of that day.
Recently bought a used sled that Rick and team had built a few years back. I had them do the 1000 mile maintenance and go through the sled. Both Rick and John were very helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. I now feel confidence going into 2020 season. Thanks
Ive never owned a jet ski before was given one as a gift these guys literally walked me through everything on it fixed it for me for easily $1,000 less than the other guys would have very happy
Brought a shaft to them so they can swap the old impeller with the new. They did for free which was nice. I took it to the lake and 20 ft past the buoys while first time on the water testing it, the impeller flew back to the end of the housing and locked it up. Took it to a shop and so far I have to replace the following, all caused by this: impeller, wear ring, starter motor, starter clutch, exhaust gaskets, stater cover gasket
Great customer service got it done and explained everything well
This is an excellent company. They are only company that would work on my 98 polaris jet skis. After they fixed everything I brought it back because I had a small hiccup and they fixed it no charge. This company is highly recommended.
Was told 1 price 4 different times, once finished it was now somehow 50% more than was told on 4 occasions, picked up quad got down the road and get pulled over because theres a freakin needle hanging outta the back of my quad, they charged me almost 200 for an oil change, paid for full service,, chain isnt even lubed...if I could take stars away I would
Brought a snowmobile here for some brake work and they were really helpful. They didnt try and sell me parts I didnt need or do work that wasnt necessary. I felt like I could trust what they told me. The owner and his staff were all great to work with. Also they open before all the other shops which is great.
Found this place by mistake. Talked to Rick, I think, about a sled I recently purchased, brought him the sled back for an inspection. Guys were knowledgeable and didnt mind sharing stories and knowledge. Honest mechanics and Ill definitely be going back to do the recommended repairs. My friend also brought his snowmobile in and was also blow away by the customer service. Thanks guys!
Rick and John were awesome! They took good care of my quad and provided great customer service. I would highly recommend them. Thanks guys!
This shop was very fast in getting my jet ski back up and running. They went out of there way to take care of my ski. They are very fair in there service. Thank you.
Rick and John are 100% straight shooters, They saved me and my SeaDoo Jet boat from a bad engine installation experience. They are very knowledgeable, whether your machine is stock and/or at the cutting edge of performance... they are experts at installing performance modifications, when they were done with my craft I experienced a 12 to 14 mile per hour speed increase with my new engine with the modifications they performed. I highly recommend Peak PowerSports, this is where I will take all my power toys from this point on...
Honest and awesome!
Peak power sports is a great place. Honest and knowledgeable guys with more then fair pricing
I got a recommendation to use PEAK about 5 years ago from a co-worker. I have several snowmobiles, love to ride. Snowmobiles need service, and I have used other shops and had bad luck. 2012 I had my 800 Dragon Engine Rebuilt, UPPER. Still running on the same engine about 5 seasons now. I have my sleds worked on and they do a great job. They have proven to solve the difficult problems, much better results than using some other dealerships. I wouldn’t take my sleds any other place now. I trust them and they have always take great care of me. A++
Rick and team are honest and know their stuff. Cost is reasonable and I would recommend to anyone for snowmobile work and maintenance.
Just drop off my ATV & UTV for service, so far good👍
Outstanding customer service. Kind, friendly & helpful staff. Very glad to have finally located a Seadoo PWC repair facility eager and willing to earn your business while performing great work. Drove from Colorado Springs to have work on my PWC. Definitely worth the drive! Calling ahead was helpful.
Unfortunately i will have to edit my rating from a 5 star to a 1 star. I dropped off my Jet ski to them for a pre purchase inspection in the morning at 8am, the Jetski was checked in under my name, but for some reason, they released the jet ski to the potential buyer (buyer did not pay me yet). Im not sure how in the world they can release my jet ski that was checked in under my name to some one else completely different without my consent. I emailed them asking what happened, but no one got back to me. Last time ill visit this store, such a shame because i had my ski serviced here for a long time
We got a nice Jet Ski, friendly staff.
Honestly I dont even want to give this place one star... I called them for a little information on a water craft I was looking at purchasing and his only concern was if I was bringing it in to him for maintenance. I would probably have done so at least for an inspection if he wasnt a complete A** on the phone, but now I would never ever bring anything to them nor recommend them. They are not friendly. You cant even ask a simple question. Sounds like the type of place that would love to overcharge you and rip you off as much as possible.
Excellent, good knowledgeable staff, well worth it
Best JetSki shop in CO. hands down!
Extremely knowledgeable! Great shop
Rick and Gordon have been extremely helpful in getting my sled up and running. Rebuilding my 860R from the bottom up and pressure testing my carbs and fuel delivery. My sled is now running better than ever. Even living by the mountains, they are worth the driving past the two Ski Doo dealerships out East to get serviced. Thanks Guys!
This place is poorly managed. I took my boat in for a 100hr service. They kept it in the shop much longer then they initially told me so I called to ask for the status. I was told they were just pulling it into the shop to get the oil changed and serviced. Later that day I went to pick it up and they did an inspection instead of the work I had requested. They did not service the boat or even change the oil. They wasted my time and money. I called the owner later to discuss this situation...lets put it this way, he is the type of person that shouldnt be in charge of company. If youre considering using this company I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Have taken both my Yamaha skis here for service. When my 09 FX SHO needed a supercharger clutch the Yamaha dealership told me they would need to pull the motor to do it and that it would cost twice as much as Peak was charging. I decided to spend the saved money to get them to put on a blow off valve so that the new clutch would last longer. Winterizing also costs much less than the dealership. Very happy with there work and prices.
Have been taking our boat, sleds and jet skis to Peak for the past couple years, always recieved great service, Rick and all the staff are great people and they do great service....
This place does absolutely nothing with motorcycles. Not sure if they ever did at one point and time, but I feel as though they should be renamed. Peak watersports, atv, snow mobile! Would be way more fitting.
I have my snowmobile there few years ago to fix. It was bad decision to go there. It takes over a month to fix. They told me 2-3 weeks. Month later I have same problem. Brought there again for warranty. It takes almost 2 months. And nobody explained how warranty works. Warranty for parts only not labor. Part should ship back to that place for warranty repair. And my snowmobiling season was very short that year. One my other friend was snowmobile for repair fuel pump. After 3 weeks nothing. Took back and replaced it buy himself in one week.
Great customer service! Very Knowledgeable Staff!!
Rick and his crew are experts and also champion jetski racers with years of experience and knowledge.
Had a phone call with a gentleman seeing what I could do about my power loss due to altitude. He seemed knowledgable about prop pitch and intake/exhaust upgrades, flash, etc. until we got to talking about whether or not I had a supercharger on my jet ski. I have an 08 fx ho cruiser and have been riding it for 3 years. He told me any h.o. motor is supercharged, which it most definitely isnt. To confirm, I told him there are no charge hoses to the intake or throttle body. He proceded to tell me a supercharger has nothing to do with the intake. Im assuming this is why the guy answers phone calls instead of turning wrenches. Sorry to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. Im sure the techs are knowledgable, but this guy left a sour taste in the mouth.
Probably the only powersports location that will work on all models and years, prices are fair and work is done right.
