Stopped in to see if they had any bikes I’d be interested in. I was greeted warmly by Chuck. They had only 1 new bike in stock that I could see and not what I was after. Chuck let me know bikes are being bought before they arrive and supply isn’t meeting demand-as has been my experience. He did have the bike I was interested in on order and offered to take a deposit. I decided to keep looking for now. This was the most positive experience I have had at motorcycle dealer so far in my search. I will definitely return for other needs if I do not purchase a bike from here. Nice selection of riding gear in stock!

Love this place! I have three bikes (2 are Kawasaki) and they do all the maintenance that I dont want to tackle. They keep me safe and sound on the road! Couldnt recommend them any higher for sales and service.

Sales was great, but service has been horrible. I bought my bike in 2018 from Fox Valley Cycles, and I have only ever been able to get it serviced at this location 1 time, and I had to have an argument with Jim to even get that done. Theyre not flexible at all when it comes to service appointments. I own a bike I cant get worked on at the place I bought it from. Not a good experience.

Second time buying a motorcycle from them. Have been going her for over 20 years. They make you feel welcomed from the moment you step inside. Chuck the salesman was very nice and not pushy. Everyone working there from the parts department to the service department is always friendly and helpful.

I purchased a brand new Honda ruckus from this dealership and it has less than 5 miles on it and it wont run. They sold me a lemon. I would highly recommend finding a different Honda dealership to purchase from.

Went in today to get an electrical issue on my Magna looked at or at least scheduled. I told Jim the issues I was having and the only time he looked up from the manual he was thumbing thru was to tell me to take it to someone else.Great sales team tho.

My son just bought his first bike a CBR seller gave he what he thought was a new rear tire. Took it to FVC to get mounted on the receipt it noted used tire mounted he asked me to look at it notice the date code was almost 10 years old on the tire. He called next day they were open asking why they mounted the tire if it was not safe said it was his responsibility since he brought it in, they should have been the professionals to tell him that the tire was unsafe and not mounted..this is a very unprofessional place I wouldnt recommend it at all. any trustworthy place would have told him the safety issues and not mounted it ....Not much to see on the Sales side place is pretty empty

When the Goldwing mechanic at the other Honda store I frequented, retired, I knew I needed to come here. The Service Manager got me in and out fast. Super nice guy, very professional. My maintenance and recall were done when promised. The tech didn’t leave any fingerprints anywhere. Fox Valley Cycles is top notch.

I went out here because I wanted to see a honda nc750x but it was not in stock. But I was so pleasantly surprised with how amazing the staff and service here is. Even though they did not have the bike I was looking for, without asking, the employees went on the phone and found someone in the area that has it. Some of the best customer service I have ever seen.

Great customer service. Zach at the parts counter is 2nd to none. He knows his product, and can get you anything that you want if they dont have it in stock. Jim is one of the best mechanics I know, and is very knowledgeable about all of the Japanese brands. They have a ton of great financing options as well. Worth the trip to Aurora... Ride Safe!

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a very good selection of new motorcycles and ATVs. I have bought a motorcycle, gear and parts here. They have a good selection at good prices. I perform my own maintenance, so I have no experience with this, but I see they do a lot of work.

I have visited a few times and purchased merchandise once. Each and every time I have been met with exceptional customer service. The staff here are always willing to go out of their way to help their customers and you dont feel forced to make a purchase. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and does a good job explaining their services and products and assisting you find exactly what you are looking for. You feel the enthusiasm for motorcycles while in the store.

Came in today to purchase a helmet and Sam was very helpful. He took the time with me to make sure I had a perfect fitting helmet that was within my price range and had all the qualities I was looking for. They were also able to price match my helmet that was listed at a lower price online. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and experience!

Needed some pilot jets for my 77 Yamaha XS650. They had them in each of two sizes up, were only about 6 bucks each, and I didnt have to wait weeks for them to come in the mail. 👍

First off Emily I think that is her correct name is one of the nicest person I have talked too on the phone. It all goes down hill from there. I did what I was told to do when I got there to call which I did sat there for almost 10 minutes when they said they would be right out. I walked to the back a real nice tech, said you need this small door that I walked pass, he said he would get my stuff, waited by the door nothing, I opened it and a older man said you cant come in here wait outside very rudely . So I step back and finally got my parts, after he rudely put them on the ground so I had to reach down and pick them up. As I was walking away I said loud enough I will never come back to this dealer ever again, and did i mention they charged me $15.99 for a oil filter can we say the word gouging. I work for a honda car dealership and our honda filters are bigger than the goldwing filter and we are under $10.00. With the oil and filter plus the tax I spent $69.00 for a oil change that i am going to do myself. Hate to see what it would cost if I took it there.

This is a terrific shop, and highly recommend it for sales and service. Ive had my bike serviced there on several occasions, and the team always gets it running in top shape. I purchased a Honda generator there a couple of weeks ago, and the experience was stellar. Generators can be purchased on-line, but Fox Valley makes a very strong case to buy from the dealer: They gave me good advice on the right generator for me, then unpacked it, did all the assembly (battery plus a wheels package), filled it up with gas and oil, and took me through the operating procedures. Not bad! And all for the same price as on-line dealers. Definitely the way to go, strong dealer.

CAME IN LAST YEAR TO GET MY FIRST INITIAL SERVICE DONE. I BOUGHT A YAMAHA BIKE BUT NOT ONE YAMAHA DEALER IN THE AREA HAD TIME FOR AN OIL CHANGE.. LIKE IM SUPPOSED TO WAIT 3 WEEKS IN SUMMER TO GET MY INITIAL SERVICE DONE??? SO SINCE I LIVE CLOSE TO THIS DEALERSHIP, I CALLED AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD LOVE TO DO THE SERVICE EVEN THOUGH IT WASNT A HONDA. THEY HAD ALL THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS TO DO MY BIKE AND I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED. Fantastic! I have a Honda generator that the pull start rope broke on. I originally called DuPage Honda who quoted me $200 labor plus parts to fix it. Fortunately i called Fox Valley cycles for a second opinion who completed the repair for $50.00 and took the time to print out the maintenance schedule for the generator and walked me through basic maintenance on the unit. The repair manager completed the repair the same day and stayed a few minutes past close so i could pick up the same the day. Fantastic customer service and i would definitely buy and service all of our Honda Power Equipment from this shop. Honda commercial equipment is the best and so is this location!

Bought a 2010 Honda Scooter and in the market something bigger. Chuck was very helpful in explaining features and breaking down why certain models were hard to find used. Jim in service was also courteous and explained everything in lamens terms for a bike noob like myself.

Im not one to write reviews, but felt compelled to do so based on our wonderful experiences with this shop. Chris and her crew (both employees and kids) are great people who just seem to enjoy not only what they do, but sharing that enthusiasm with others. We purchased a CRF50 for my son last summer and we just picked up a CRF230 right before Christmas, and both times Fox Valley Cycles went above and beyond. From explaining everything about the product, to even following up a few weeks later to see how we like the bike; its a level of service that sadly has gone by the wayside in todays world. Even her (Chris) kids who work at the shop are polite and just seem to like being there, its fun to see a 3rd generation show interest and help in the family business - that speaks volumes for Chris as a business owner, manager, and parent.Thanks again Fox Valley Cycles, we will be back this summer hopefully for another bike!

Had great member service, bought a bike and jacket here and they were very friendly and informative.

They always get my parts in fast, many times theyre faster than bike bandit. Ive previously purchased things like brake pads and other maintenance items, but today I worked with Christine regarding a warranty.The USB phone charger I bought for the bike didnt work on Monday, and I had used it only a day total. I called up and came in. Christine exchanged my USB charger for a new one to get the warranty replacement, even though fit some reason it worked when I showed her. Very professional and fast, less than 15 minutes.I can see myself spending a lot more time and money here.

Upon purchasing my (now wifes) ACE 750 used on Craigslist all prior receipts show the bike had orig come from Fox Valley Honda, as well as where the prev owner took the bike for all servicing. That bike is a work horse and is probably the most reliable machine I have ever owned in my life.So when my Sabre 1100 started hesitating I took it here for a carb cleaning. The manager, Jim, was polite, knowledgeable, and straight forward. I thought I needed a carb cleaning, they offered to adjust/blow out my A/F screw first in order to try and save me a few hundred bucks. It did not correct the problem but I appreciate that they made an attempt to save me some money. The bike now runs more smoothly then when I purchased it 2 years ago. Would definitely recommend. Will return when necessary.Their selection of bikes is large, especially for how small the building looks from the outside. They have a good selection of helmets/gear, as well as new & used bikes.
