I love going to this place. They have great prices on veggies and frozen food. They are also a great place for snacks and seasoning. They have a large house wares area that has beautiful dishes and products that make life more convenient. Like today I picked up a small shower stool for only $8. They also have great events here like for the lunar new year. I also stop in regularly for their to go sushi.
Stocked up on sweet potato and mung bean noodles, bok choi, Taiwanese goodies like Apple cider, frozen mantou, frozen wrap to make dan bing. The rambutan was on sale and sadly all sold out. One aisle is medical teas, its amazing. Try the local snack bar, the sweets are like traveling through SE Asia street food, pork belly and rice, veg, spring rolls, for savory.
YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND!!!!customer service is REALY REALLY bad. If there is minus stars I could give that.I usually shop here (till now not ever again) and I bought Yacca root almost $7 worth out of my almost $50 bill. Next day I was trying to cook it, it was super bad and I called them to get a refund over the phone if I give the transaction number. But the lady who answered told me to bring the product and I might get a refund. I said I am 25 mins away from your store and I don’t want to come over only for $7 by wasting my time and gas. She said it’s up to me to get the refund or not and without looking the product they can’t help me out. (Now you can see the product in Google reviews) I know POM is not a big marketing chain but you should be kind to your customers when you talk to them no matter what. I just gave up explaining my side to her and hung up. Hope you will have better customer service one day than now.
Literally my favorite store, I go here for fun and always end up spending way more than I should have! So many sweets and drinks and ingredients for all kinds of Asian food, I cook a lot at home, this place supplies me!
Be careful how they advertise their products. It says Know brand quick macaroni on sale but doesn’t mention only one flavor has discount. I took 9 packs and found they all haven’t discount. The manager said the barcode under the price is the only specific flavor has discount. The problem is who will check the barcodes if it listed ‘Know Brand quick macaroni’ on sale. Another group of ppl also tried to get many pack of it when I returned to the shelve taking the photo. I told them only one flavor has discount and they were shocked too cos they didn’t expect that. False advertising and bad service!
Big selection of pretty much everything. Prices are similar to H Mart. If you’re having trouble finding something, asking an associate is the best way to go. Staff is friendly and helpful.
They have a variety of things we love to cook, the people there really dont mess withBlack folks. Very rude,so I havent been back.
I loved this place until this visit. The guys at the meat counter refused to help me or any other shopper. 15 people in two different lines. I just set my cart down and walked off. I dont think Ill be coming back here again. I really liked this store. Im very disappointed
So many ethnic groups represented here. Extensive selection of meats and seafood with live shellfish. Its a giant warehouse of amazing food. Great mushroom selection!
I absolutely hate shopping here. First let me start by saying that everything is over priced compared to the other stores nearby(sauce, noodles,vegetables,.....) also compare to their own store at denver. The way they organized the store is very confusing and you need to know exactly where your recipe is originated from to be able to find what you need. Everything is basically all over the place and even employees have no idea where to find some products. I will never go back here.
Great selection of goods. Found everything I needed to make a few Korean dishes. The checkout area is oddly designed, with not enough space to fit carts. Staff was friendly.
My husband and I used to love this place until today. We waited at “no fish cleaning” lane for 40 minutes before a staff greeted us. They were not even busy. Staff made eye contacts with us but chose to ignore. They used to be very organized, one lane for fish cleaning & fry service another lane for weighting & packing only. I don’t know what’s wrong with the new seafood team.
Inside lots of variety and affordable goodsBut look at the front! They dont even clean the asphalt around the entrance area!!!!! So so so dirty!!!!Management could not care at all!And the girl in the entrance asking me to put aside my bags before shopping!No!....if you like us to leave our purses and bags! Come up with the locker for us!Then we can shop here
Hands down my favorite super market. Cultural differences discourage concersing with most of the staff but the checkers are super helpful and friendly.Have had great experiences with an exception of the one cashier who insisted she was closing when I was simply walking through her station to go grab a buggy. I found her attitude extremely nasty and her comments and tone super unhelpful and unprofessional.Still my favorite place to shop for fresh seafood among other things
They never disappoint with the selection of fresh fish. The checkout lines tend to be long since they usually only have 2-3 cashiers running, but they move quickly.
I love getting lost in the aisles of this place-- one second youre finding Jamaican peanut soda, another youre grabbing fresh noodles from among a dozen varieties, next youre stumbling across amazing Japanese curry flavored cheetos. Great produce, great deli-style buns and sushi. Plus they carry Sweet Action ice cream. A wonderful store!
Great alternative to Saigon District down Denver for your international food needs. They carry a wide assortment of ready to eat foods like spring rolls and sushi to roasted pork and Peking duck. I primarily come here for pork, beef and vegetables. If you’re in Aurora and looking for a market that caters internationally, look no further. I do recommend Pacific Ocean Market. 5/5
Great Fish service with a smile I got some Snapper 🐟 and they fried it for me . Quick dinner idea 💡
I love everything here, but unfortunately they dont have ready-to-eat sushi on this location.
It actually used to be so great of a place to go to whenever I need to get groceries. But now I dont know why the prices are so high (compared to, pretty much, everywhere else)
Lots of food choices, u believe part of national chain. Although the Korean section was a bit empty of options. Was stopped by staff and told I couldnt take my bag inside due to store policy. I politely declined as I had previously just arrived in Denver off a flight and this was everything I had. They were understanding and I continued to shop.
Omg there is every noodle possible to make Pho the best way. And they have so many items it was overwhelming.
Love going here for boba, ramen, and fresh fruit. Always have a massive selection of different things with fun things in each row.
They have great product and I wish employees who open up cases and merchandise the items were more careful because so far 3 out of 4 times that I have bought shredded coconuts and cassava, the plastic bag has been cut so they liked by the time I used them.
Really good customer service. A mistake happened when ringing up one of my items and they fixed it so quick. They offer all kinds of items with pretty reasonable prices. The store is really clean and well lit. The meat section is well kept. Good prices on bones if you like making your own bone broth! If you need help learning how to use chopsticks, they have really cute learning ones!
Amazing selection of snacks you cannot find anywhere else. 😋 if you have an authentic Asian inspired recipe, this is your one stop shop for everything youll need. They also have a very extensive seafood selection.
Its clean and organized. I found everything I needed with the exception of having trouble finding honey. I eventually found one honey option in the back that I settled on. Otherwise its a good store and everything is easy to find
The store is relatively clean with a wide variety of products. My review reduced the stars to just 2 specifically because of the deli counter. We do not live in Denver, so when we go to POM its a special trip for my wife to get the char siu pork from the deli counter. The hours posted at the deli specifically state they are open until 7pm. On our last 2 visits the deli has been cleared out and closed before 6:30pm. Yes, within the final hours of posted operations, but the deli is supposed to be open ...and they are not. My wife was very disappointed. Stick to your hours, or lose customers. You have lost us as customers. We will boycott the POM on Mississippi for a year, because it fails to live up to its posted hours.
I always love coming to POM . The fresh fish, meat and veggies.
The worst place to buy food. Sells rotten things especially vagies and fish. They refuse refund when ask for. Dont buy here and recommend anyone who buy to stop shopping here. It is not clean. I am never coming here.
I gave 4 stars initially but Ill have to remove two stars due to the following event that happened today. My mom purchased some groceries and she realized her bag of rice was overcharged. She went inside the store to get her money back, the cashier knew it was her fault yet she never apologized, and even gave my mom attitude. She gave gave my mom torn/worn out cash that no one would even accept and then has the audacity to slam a bunch of quarters on the counter infront of her. This is the first time we experienced this and I hope it will be the last.Great place to shop, not so great customer service.
Very many food purchase options. Well stocked
If you are looking for more traditional Asian groceries this is the place to go. Huge selection from around the globe, that traditional American supermarkets do not usually carry
Great selection. Decent prices. I enjoy the fresh seafood and produce selection.
This place is amazing. Huge. Selection is immense and there are so so many unexpected things on their shelves.
This place has got it all if youre looking for Asian food stuff. Great selection of ethnic foods, mostly from Asia but includes some from African nations too. Food counter has a good selection of ready to eat like Viet dishes, fresh sushi, sandwiches. Service and checkout have gotten much better. | Its shelves are stuff with so many varieties that you can literally spend half a day here just to peruse. Oh yeah, my favorite part of the store is the International Market section. From fresh served sushi to fresh pre-packed dishes to pots/pans/utensils for home and commercial kitchens, they also sell fluffy Korean style blankets!
If you are looking for a complete asian market, this is the spot. They also have boba outside!!
When I called, they said they didnt hv what I was looking 4. When I went to get smtg else, they had a ton of what they said they had none. The snails r hardly ever fresh, aside from that, its a great store!
Great place, many choices, fair prices and the staff were friendly
My wife and I usually have good experiences here. But the service at the fish counter over 4th of July weekend was terrible. 2 workers behind the counter were very rude with each customer, slow and did not care. It seemed that each customer was bothering them. Also, taking customers out of line was frustrating when people had been waiting 30 to 40 minutes. We will probably just go to H-Mart from now on.
Always good deals an fresh produce.
You can find almost anything here. Its awesome!
So much stuff to choose from even stuff that I dont know what it is and it doesnt have that nasty fish smell that the other store does
Diversity of Asian products, few Latino products. They got plants, massage, hot food, good drinks, seafood is fresh, bakery is always stocked on selections
Fully stocked!!So many Delectables. So many ethnicities!!One of my favorite groceries.
Amazing selection of food and good quality meat, seafood and produce. Allow at least 30 minutes if you need fish prepped.
A ton of Asian item. A lot of option for seafood and meat. Pork and pork bbq is delish.
Wow, they have lots of everything and more..went inFor seseme seeds and also bought almond cookies..fun place.
This giant Asian market is a lot of fun to wander around and learn about food. Not only do they have tremendous Asian selections, they also have a section for food from the Middle East and Russia. A truly mega-store of international food. Just be sure to look at expiration dates.
Store hours listed are 9 am to 9 pm every day. It’s 6:50 pm on a Friday and I just got here. The store is closed shut. Usually this location has the best mushrooms selection so I drove from the other side of town. I’m kinda bummed out.
Loved it - widest variety of pretty much anything you can think of, I can’t imagine any place that would parallel the variety offered here.
I had a wonderful time and I purchased a lot of excellent food.
Amazing selection of fine goods! could not believe my eyes
Really good overall! They have a lot of selection.
Awesome produce department at this store. I was looking for purple sweet potatoes and was not disappointed in the produce area. Its like a vegetarians dream.
The worst place to buy. Selling Rotten things and refuse to give refund. No one should go to the store. I am never coming back.
Always end up buying more than anticipated. Great selection and great prices!
Fun place and great prices. Roast duck is delicious
Good customer service but impossible to get out of once you are inside
Dont buy ready made/to go sushi here. I felt sick after and had food poisoning... so did my husband.
Its great to be able to buy so many products and produce from around the world.
Good variety of foods. Live fish needs more space because there were dead ones in the tank
Where you can find your islands favorite food....hehehehe
If you are new to Denver or just didnt know about this hidden gem, you must visit this place. There is a local seafood and meat market. This store represents the Asian cuisine as well as carrying spices, teas, and sauces from the Caribbean, India, and Mexico. I love shopping here for my important spices and fish. I also purchase my coffee. There are a rainbow of people that shop here.
This is my normal spot to buy Asian and Oriental groceries. Though it can be pricey depending on what you are buying. But it is a one stop shop. They could do better on the price labeling. You may have to decipher a little on somethings.
This is the best place to get any kind of foreign staple. (Chinese, Korean,Indian, Mexican, Japanese..etc) Very friendly people and great prices
This place has all the things you need to make a dope asian meal. That is, if you can cook. Its huge and has a lot of cultural favorites from Chinese to Korean to Indian. If you are vegan or vegetarian, they have tons of meat substitutes to throw in your dish and a large produce section with many veggies that originate in Asian. 👍🏾
I absolutely love this wonderful place, everything under the sun for kitchen and my tummy
Really great place to get a wide variety of ingredients and household goods!
Great global selections. Be prepared for real food.
Great place to shop. Lots of selection here. Always busy also.
A large variety of food.Sushi was very tasty. Will be back.
This is the place for fresh, authentic, exotic produce, meat, spices & many other food items from multiple cultures. When you want to use the exact ingredients to your international recipe, shop here. I always allow extra time when visiting, just to browse the aisles. There are so many products & foods to see & taste. The staff seems overworked, therefore preoccupied and the prices are very reasonable. The store is well stocked & clean. They have breakfast and lunch specials at the deli as well.
Great place!!... good products...
This place has everything!! The fresh seafood section and produce sections are so plentiful. They have sauces and hot sauces and spices from all over including Africa, Jamaica, Thailand, Vietnam, and more. I recommend getting a fresh fried fish, a little natto, some lychees and check out their plates, bowls, utensils, candies, noodles and more!!
Be aware of fake product. Purchased soy sauce and the strong alkali taste after add into the meals.Have no choice but trash them. Purchased another bottle of vinegar several months ago and Im pretty sure the product is fake too. Strong chemistry taste feel like acetic acid with water. Dont bother shopping Pacific ocean
I like the store and large selections. I wish Asian markets would do a better job at cleanliness. Especially during this time. I won’t order the food already made anymore. Every time I order a sandwich the lady never changes her gloves after cleaning dishes, wiping stuff down, touching everything including her mask then touches the meat with those gloves. It’s disgusting and a simple thing to do. I always just leave my sandwich or throw it away. I finally told her that she needs to change her gloves and her response “all the customers never say anything and it’s ok”. Wow! Just wow! Just imagine what we can’t see when it comes to the food being cooked. This is at the Aurora store.
Great variety of foods. Super tasty. Also has a lot of cute Japanese snacks for all your nerdy, anime loving friends
I go here any and every time I am in need of Asian cuisine or ingredients for Korean recipes.
Always good to come here but the service is a bit slow
Its huge! Good lord, way too many choices.
