Have bought 4 mattresses from them and still doing great almost 4yrs later! Other family members have also bought mattresses from them and still great. Very friendly, great customer service and honest folks. Just bought a dryer as well and they installed/hauled away the old one all at great price! Highly recommend their shop

Was able to buy a good fridge, have it delivered, and have my old one hauled away, all for a very fair price. Israel and his team were a delight to work with. Very impressed by the movers and their attention to detail and customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer and suggest it to other Aurora area locals!!

The place is a hidden gem. If you need washers and dryers at a great price with wonderful customer service this is where you should go!

It saddens me to write this but I want others to avoid the poor customer service I experienced. I gave ISRAS every opportunity to avoid this. I told them if they made things right all was good but if not they left me with no option but to inform everyone who checks reviews.What happened? I purchased a used washer and gas dryer and 2 weeks later I found that I did not have a gas connection at my new home (no excuse as I should have checked!). So i contacted ISRAS multiple times - 1st asking that they replace the gas with an electric dryer then asking they take a return on the gas dryer. They would not help at all. No responses!!! Pathetic customer service. I would give ZERO stars if I had the option. Buy elsewhere!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, let alone is it deserving of any stars.The service provided was terrible.The owner is inconsiderate, rude and impossible to reach. Low quality products. This establishment needs to be shut down.

ZERO STARS!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!Purchased a refrigerator from this seller. The shelves wouldnt stay on in the freezer. He said there was a 30 day warranty and they they would bring in new brackets. We asked them to call us before they came because this was for a rental unit. They never called so our tenant didnt know and wouldnt let them in. Now the refrigerator part broke within 30 days, only the freezer works. He said he would pick it up and refund us part of our money ($300 of the $450 we paid) and now he is no longer taking our phone calls and never did anything about the refrigerator. People like this should not be allowed to deceive and rip people off.
