The store is neat and well-kept. The employees are kind and helpful. The cafe is well-run. Two thumbs up!

The staff are very friendly and professional. Always go out of their way to make sure my order is right. I usually get the same drink. Iced coffee and it is perfect every time. I occasionally order a food item and the taste is OK for a quick bite. Even though seating is spread out due to COVID, its still a nice place to sit, read, relax or meet a friend. Love having a bookstore nearby and am pleased to see so many people still buying books at this establishment.

Not a huge selection, but good staff and good coffee

I found 5 books I wanted to buy .my wife found 6 she wanted but we each got 1 and said make another trip to get the rest of them. We used the bathroom and it was nice and clean. Love this place.

I usually dont go to Starbucks but this visit to the Starbucks inside of Barns & Noble, was a pleasant experience!! The barista was professional and took my order fast & with a smile. It seemed like I had just place my order when I received it. The dining area was clean an orderly. Definitely a good place to go.

Its over priced and not very good coffee and snacks, what the hell else can I say? It is a wonderful bookstore. In the age of bookstores becoming extinct its nice to have one nearby and with a good selection. The staff is also very knowledgable and super helpful. Thank You Barnes and noble for sticking it out.

Pretty good. I was surprised; so often, Starbucks baristas are so snobby and virtue signaling. These two did their job, suggested a change that I might enjoy, and gave great coffee.I didnt even mind that they up sold me

I just want to state that this IS NOT A STARBUCKS. It is a Barnes and Noble cafe that is licensed to sell Starbucks brand coffee and menu.

Employees were rude. I asked a simple question and he gave me an attitude and acted like I was bothering him even tho it was about coffee!!! Never again..hate starbucks

They used to have these reading nooks, where you can peruse the book you may want...gone is the comfort of book buying😔 my legs get tired easily and thus, leave stores sooner, even before I find what I am looking for.

I was treated extremely condescendingly by a barista because I refuse to learn the cup sizes that no one in the world uses except for Starbucks.
