The owners are friendly & professional. They know what they are doing and its an excellent job. My husband send me to get dual exhaust put on his car and I had no clue except for a text message he sent me with. Mrs. Tanda knew exactly what he wanted (thank goodness cause I didnt wanna mess it up). I highly recommend this place they make you feel like family and the prices are good. Just make sure you get there early to make sure you get a spot to get your car worked on they are busy but worth the wait.

Theyre not getting when they say get there early got there at 7: 00am and theres eight people in front of me definitely worth the wait $75 to get exhaust leak fixed versus $600 at the other place

Keeping it short, poor work, horrible welds, dont waste your time. Went to tails and pipes and had them redo what pitts failed to do the first through ninth time.

They installed duals on my Silverado at the last minute on a Saturday. Excellent work, reasonable price and fairly short wait for a walk-in job. Would recommend highly to anyone needing work done. Beats Midas as they didnt have a clue. Pitts fixed me right up.

This is based on customer service not the service they provide. I am a two time cancer patient and I cant be around groups of people in confined spaces. I call at 8:11am and ask about the availability of a service I was told to come in between 12:30 and 1 thinking since Im driving an hour it gives me time to run some errands and make my hour journey. I make it up there about 12:15 or so I dont mind waiting. I see the lady at the front desk and Im told 5 cars are before me, at this time Im upset because I didnt get to say I already called and advised of the time they were available I feel like if they didnt have the time for me they shouldnt have told me to come. Sadly several people told me to come here. I did end up waiting a bit after being told I was next I was not. I got in my car and left. I have been in customer service for quite a while and if I knew this was a busy day or all day wasnt available I would not have said to come in. Its sad I wanted to spend my money at this business and I could not.

Got a new catalytic converter installed on my car and it runs like new now! They got it done fast and the price is great! I will definitely visit again for more work!

Excellent place and excellent friendly people. Two years ago they installed the muffler system on my 1966 Ford pickup and did a fantastic job. Today one of the welds broke from the tailpipe hanger and they welded it back together. No problem. I highly recommend Pitts Muffler Shop.

This place is a bit of a drive for me, but I refuse to take my vehicles anywhere else. Theyre a family shop just trying to make a living, but they wont try to make it all from you. They dont try to upsell, honest and extremely fairly priced. Be warned though, go during the week and go early in the morning. People wait 5 or 6 cars deep all day every day for a reason...

Excellent service always! I have been here 6 x in 2 years. (Due to me buying more trucks) I will always have my trucks dual magnaflow done here. Knowledge and experience shows in the craftsmanship of welding and bending the special turns needed. Waiting for them to open now, fills up fast on Saturdays. A+ place. Rates are reasonable. Staff is super friendly.

Great bunch. I sent my girlfriend over with my silver 2010 Prius. It needed a gasket I stalled between the manifold and header. I bought the wrong one and had to go to the dealer for the right one. They gave great advice which was to get this item from the dealer this time. Then they installed it for a low price. That was months ago and I forgot to leave this review til now. Thanks for a great job guys. We will definately see you again.

I took my vehicle to Pitts this morning thinking I had a exhaust leak in my 1999 Camry. They were extremely helpful and eager to serve - even gave me a ride back to my work location. Well, to make a short story short, after they looked at my exhaust they discovered that I did not have an exhaust leak, but rather I did not put my oil cap on after I added oil to my engine. No Charge! I am so thankful for their honesty and integrity! This is one shop I will be visiting again for my automobile needs!

The service i experienced was second to none.Got in at 1pm on a Saturday and was able to have exhaust fixed even after waiting for 3 cars before me. They are first come first serve and it works great. Ill pulled right up and they helped me. My catalytic converter was bad and the guy said he can tear it off and just put a pipe up there as a quick fix or replace altogether which would be more expensive. I opted to have it replaced and I was out of there in less than thirty minutes no hassle and straight to the point. Not to mention they gave me a quote on the phone!

Wonderful, honest people. Great prices. They also replace catalytic converters--new out of the box--not refurbished. Definitely a place to take care of your car repairs.
