I always love harbor freight. Employees are usually very helpful but this visit was different. I interacted with 3 employees, 1 was perfect, 1 couldnt answer my question and didnt ask anyone else for help, and the 3rd person couldnt figure out the register for a return which was caused by an incorrect label. Not necessarily their fault, but they couldnt refund me the correct amount, only $3 difference and also charged me twice for the same item. Im still going to shop here every opportunity I get, but maybe some more training. Things arent perfect and I dont expect them to be, but what separates stores is the customer service recovery. Always been pretty great here! Great deal on Flag, especially Made In USA 🇺🇸

I love going to Harbor Freight, but the staff was a bit weird. I didnt feel welcome for lack of a better word. And the place needs girl colors, we love tools too!

Did you know you can buy huge engine hoist and bracket for 800 bucks? Cause you can. I like yo check here 1st for things because they tend to have much better prices. The store is clean, well stocked and the employees are very nice. Will return soon.

Ive never had anything I bought there that wasnt worth what I paid. Theyve always done the job exactly like I needed them to, with the one exception being a hydraulic press. In fairness however, I bought it knowing I needed to modify it to do exactly what I needed.

Drove here to get a product the website said was in stock that wasnt. When I asked the store manager for help he was very rude. Told me I should have called ahead. Great dude.

Lots of items for sure! Great prices. Need more than 1 cashier. Also they were asking everyone for phone number. I asked why and I was told they needed to send info. In case of returns. Then why have a register receipt I thought. I said I wasnt giving them my number and because I did not want to get overload of texts from them. Got a bit of an attitude for not going along with them and just handing them my info. Not cool. I dont believe they need my phone number for anything. Bad move Harbor Freight. Personal info. should not be needed.

Not a bad place to get cheap tools when ya need them. The employees are not always willing to help, but you have to be patient and just keep asking or go up to the front. Other than that good luck on whatever project ya have to build or make!!

Dont waste your money on their Inside Track club membership. They advertise great sales, but anything you might want to buy other than trinket type/cheap items are always excluded.

It’s a harbor freight. You know it, I know it. If you want tools that you’re okay with breaking buy them here. Buy it here first then if you use it enough to break buy a nicer one somewhere.

Some of the staff that work there is one woman whos not very friendly she didnt know where anything was she sent me down the wrong aisle and to find out they didnt even have it the store needs to be stalked a little bit better but Im glad its here

I visited there last week to buy some potting soil and they were so very helpful!! They even loaded the bag in the car for me. Have not shopped for anything else yet, but Ill be back since I have lots of landscaping projects in the future!! I recommend them Highly!! And they are in the middle of all stores, fast food places, near Walmart etc. Visit them for your needs.

The store was terrible! It took 5 minutes to fine what I needed, and 15 minutes to check out. Very poor place to visit.

Nice neat open clean store. Employee told me where everything I asked for was on the shelves...no hunting. Cashier gave 2O% off and I only had my phone coupon. Will go there again.

Harbor Freight Tools has great tools and supplies for a low price, unless its something physically large, which is fair. The store is well organized and is careful with what is there. Tools such as machetes are in thick holders. Sorry if there is something that isnt true I said. But, thats to what I saw. Thank you, have a great day.

Its Harbour Freight... Its a great source for cheap tools.They catch a lot of flak for selling cheap Chinese tools, but sometimes all you need is a cheap Chinese tool. Just know what your getting. If you need a tool to last forever, buy Craftsman instead. But, if you only need a tool for a couple of jobs, why buy an expensive one?Let the tool snobs shop somewhere else. I shop here!!

Went in the Harbor Freight in Auburndale this morning to get a box of gloves for work. Normally there 7.99 a box.... they rang them up and they told me 14.99 and I said since when do you charge double for a box of gloves? They told me it was because of the supply and demand right now and I said no its because youre price gouging so I reported them to the district attorney lets see what happens

Heres your story today I went to Harbor Freight for the first time I swore I would never go in a Harbor Freight but it was a pleasant experience the tools look very I dont want to say cheap so Ill say inexpensive and look like they would break easily in fact I have heard they do but my friends also tell me that if you use them normally they will last a year or two if you get the extended warranty for very cheap they will replace any tools for free Ashley I believe this place is a very good deal with several levels AB tools to choose from. The painting tools spray equipment or plenty good enough for a homeowner I give it a thumbs up

I was recommended to go to this store to purchase an item I had priced at another store. Found what I was looking for and paid $4 less even after tax. Next time I need I need tools, they will be my first stop.The staff were very nice and helpful as well.

A guys toy store. This place did it provides tools at prices that are affordable and are constantly having sales. The locations are always busy and have staff that will assist you with finding the items you need.Great store.

What more to say, I spent 2 hours just looking around. Granted it is not Snap On or those other top name brands, They are unique in having the own top name brand which they stand behind at a fraction of what the big boys charge. Give then a try, you wont be disappointed, plus they have a awesome guarantee policy.

Spent about $200 on a dust collector that took hours to assemble. 90 days later as soon as I passed my return period, it started making a horrendous rattling and grinding sound. Called and all the managers were pretty nice, said it shouldnt be a problem switching it but I just need to talk to the store manager, store manager basically said to go f*** myself and I shouldve bought an extended warranty. Yeah well you wont be capitalizing on the fact that you sell terrible products by selling me a warranty on top of it ever again.

I love this place .they usually have what I need and for about 1/2 the price of the other big box stores. the staff is always friendly and helpful. Ive had to return a couple of items for various reasons but no problem easy in and out.

Huge selection, great service and for the money a really great product. I haven’t had any of the woodworking tools I’ve bought here break on me yet. However, I’ve had plenty of Lowe’s tools break on me repeatedly.

You can tell whats gonna work and whats gonna break. Ratchets and wrenches and pliers are really good. Good place to get cheap little shop supplies.
