Amazing customer service from start to finish! We were greeted by Tim as soon as we pulled up. He spent time educating us on their products and gave us time to make our decision. He was extremely knowledgable and through throughout the process. He was able to get our cart delivered the next day. When the driver left the store with our cart, we we got a text giving us the ability to track his process in arriving which we thought was a lot of fun! This company is awesome! We bought this refurbished 2018 Club Car Precedent last year for Christmas and it has been phenomenal. The website was easy to navigate through, and the sales rep Jeremy was friendly and very assistive through our questions. The delivery driver was super friendly as well. While being a novice to golf carts, Tim was very helpful explaining things I questioned about when buying a cart. He showed me 3 used carts and described what each had and what each would have to do to pass their 5 point inspection.I was really surprised that I received my golf cart just 2 days after I purchased it. Jessica made that possible and I could not be happier.John, who delivered the car reiterated everything Tim explained to me about start up, care of batteries and how to charge the cart. Really nice guy and easy to talk with.The day after I purchased the cart a neighbor of mine came by and I told her I bought a cart. Shout out to Tim for getting us up and running with our EZ Go cart that had 6 dead batteries. We will definitely have Performance Golf service our cart if we ever had the need in the future.

Since they are the only place in town that repairs carts, that I knew of. I called them. They have now had our cart for repairs for over3 weeks. I am updating this review. We got our cart back seems to run fine. The labor costs are Outrageous. Over $700 in labor fees. Just crazy. Jessica is nice enough and continued to keep in contact with us because of this review. I found out from other neighbors to use Arts carts on 27. They will also pick up your cart and I have been told that there labor fees are nothing like I got charged. Live and learn.

We went to Performance Carts based on recommendations of friends. We were greeted promptly and Tim explained the differences with the brands he had available. We opted for a new Icon cart because of the price and features it provided. We chose a color that was on back order. Tim said they would call every two weeks with an update to the status of our cart which they did. Unfortunately, through no fault of Performance Carts, Icon was having a problem meeting the demand for back orders. We did receive our cart and have been extremely pleased with it. The standard features it comes with are great. Love the push button forward/reverse switch along with the USB ports. The professional folks at Performance Carts will be a factor in my return.

Thanks to Jessica for reaching out and addressing the issues.Original post: Great sales service...no pressure, educated us on selection to make the right choice. Very glad we stopped in initially. Because we wanted two tone seats we were told it would be a couple days to get it and then one day for install with detail before delivery. No worries because the seats come from Tampa and they run there every day. Now we are 10 days later and being told it will be Friday...4 more days. I would be understanding if it were communicated but I have had to call to get updates. Giving a 2 star...will update with a higher rating if I get impressed with any communication or quality of the cart. Very disappointing.

Performance Plus picked up my Icon golf cart on July 22 and said it would be back in a few days. We wanted two new tires, alignment, and service. The driver (John) showed up early in the day around 11:00 complaining how exhausted he was. I told him the keys are in the ignition and the charger is in the cubby inside the golf cart. He said, OK. He then proceeded to take pictures of the cart. My cart was finally ready two weeks later (today, August 3) the driver dropped off the cart and had me pay (they will only take cash or credit cards) then once again he took pictures of the golf cart. He started to leave and I asked, where are my keys. The driver said there were no keys. I said, Oh yes there were, they were in the ignition and my mailbox key was on the chain. The driver then called his boss and the driver that picked up my cart. They both insisted that no keys were in it. After a lot of denying, they looked at the pick-up pictures and realized that the keys were in the ignition when they took it. Long story short, after talking to many different people, they cannot find my keys. This could have been a good review. I do not expect a lot, but I expect to be given back what was taken from me. I will not use this company again. The driver that dropped my cart off today, told me that they bought another golf cart company and are having a hard time keeping up with the new load of business.

Performance Golf Carts is tops when it comes to getting what you want/need at a fair price from great people. John is always there with a smile on his to say hi to me and my family and it makes all difference to know youre looked at as a person and not just a customer.

***Adding to previous review and responding to company since their customer service skills AND reading skills seems to be lacking... yes we understood it was customized. The only customization was a lift kit and larger tires all installed by company previous to ownership. Performance is in their name you would think they would know what they are doing. Also yes shocks were pointed out by us, and ordered to be installed. It took three times for their company to get the right ones over a course of a month, so of course probably intentionally going past the warranty time. Also, their idea of modifications done by us is a sound system and underglow lights. ONLY other thing done was fixing the lift kit that, also stated in review, was installed incorrectly and not meant for said golf cart. This still doesnt explain the batteries falling out, severely corroded cables, shocks disconnected and bent, missing cotter pins, and heim joint/tie rod end completely breaking. This is AFTER it just came back from the shop for suspension work/alignment!!! Under warranty work, or not this is simply unacceptable, and we paid for the second alignment to have the steering wheel crooked upon pickup. Then this happens which could have ended in severe injury.PS... did I mention this was the same joint THEY worked on UNDER WARRANTY when they had our cart for almost two weeks? When it came loose and didnt have cotter pins on it originally ***They dont stand behind their products. Purchased a golf cart that was to recieve PDI and detailing prior to delivery. Recieved cart with rear shocks disconnected and damaged (was pointed out at purchase). Company said rear shocks were not needed with leaf spring lift... so why not remove them?! Also, batteries were hanging out from under the cart due to missing tie downs, and all cables were severely corroded and damaged. Detail was far from acceptable. Cart was sold with lift that was not meant for cart, AND installed incorrectly. Went to shop multiple times where it was kept for weeks at a time. Service department is horrible, and cart always returned with a problem if not same problem. Cart was also sold and delivered without ANY cotter pins which is a massive safety issue. The nail in the coffin was the heim joint completely breaking/ falling out causing the entire tire to come off which could have ended very badly😡. This is after it just came back from the shop for steering/suspension repairs including an alignment. They try to use the excuse that the cart has been modified since purchase, however, only modified to fix their lift job and put it together appropriately. Their warranty is a joke!

I called to get some accessories installed on my golf cart and the lady that answered the phone said to installed turn signals on my golf cart just labore was going to be $275.00 ridiculous went to another shop and for $75.00 it was done I guess they dont need small business.

Jeremy in sales went above and beyond during the purchase. Allowing to take delivery of the golf cart. With the promise to change seat to two tone and a cover. Great company to deal with. I filled out the on line paperwork and within 4 days our beautiful new Icon golf cart was delivered right to our driveway. On 7/14 ordered a steering wheel column through eBay platform gave me a tracking number next day 7/15 on 7/17 checked to see if any updates Fed Ex said Performance Plus still hasn’t sent them the material just created shipping label. Contacted Performance Plus they verified tracking on 7/22 said they would call Fed Ex possibly another couple days wasted bad customer Service. They should of Just sent the Customer (me) another item with new Tracking and expedited to regain customer confidence! They clearly don’t value Integrity steer clear!
