How about I thought they closed at 7. I called at 6:05, a guy answered the phone, I asked to speak to him about my loan, he asked me to hold, I waited on hold, my roommate told me they close at 6. I get in my car while still holding, drove by there and its closed no one is in the store out of the store nothing and I was still on the phone holding. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I WILL DEFINITELY FIND OUT WHO THAT A*****E IS!! I am LIVID

Called them about a speaker that was stolen from me and I asked them not to sell it because I’m getting a police report they sold my speaker anyway after I was advised that it wouldn’t be sold and she didn’t care horrible business smh

These guys always help me out, even when Ive had to be late a few days on payment. Just make sure you talk to someone in person before the last minute, and theyll find a way to help work with you. Ive come here for years and theyve never done me wrong.

Rude Employees. I was there at 4:59 and they locked the doors. They stood right at the counter, looked at me and then looked away and wouldnt look back. If their closing time was 5:00, they should look the doors at 5:00. Everytime I have been here they act like they are better than everyone and dont care about the customers putting money in their pockets. I wont ever return here and wont recommend anyone to go. The Winter Haven store has great employees, but I will no longer even go there because its still the same business putting money into the Auburndale employees pockets. Very unprofessional. Im calling corporate tomorrow.

Cash America website says theyre supposed to be open until 6 p.m. and I arrived at 10 minutes to 5 p.m. and it was locked up tighter than a drum

Parking lot is too small! Workers arent very friendly.

They do not thoroughly check the item they are selling before hand, thus letting us think we dont need a warranty, but finding out once we get home all of the faults in the product, and not being able to have any way to return the BROKEN item back, unsatisfactory.

People greet u when u walk in but all just sit behind there little window talking, so rude one guy finally helped me and he was friendly, bad location and they electronic I wanted to buy wouldnt turn on even when it was put on the charger
