Waited in line for icecream for 15 minutes and asked if I was in the right line was told yes waited other 10 and nobody helped me then waited in other line 15 minutes for a stale doughnut

For some reason they advertise mango smoothie but they never have the mixture for it or if they do it frozen. For some reason the employees dont do their job they blame the morning shift and the morning shift blame the night shift for not taking it out the management is not doing their job either no wonder they have 3 stars I gave them one there was no stars.

Wont answer the phone and i know for a fact the place doesnt get any business so there shouldnt be a reason for the inconvenience.

Slow service and never has ice cream!

This place is honestly trash. I drove 45 minutes to be told they shut down baskin Robbins 3 hours earlier then closing time. It’s a complete waste of an establishment. I highly doubt this is a corporate owned establishment and if not don’t disappoint customers with a closing time and then close earlier. Not a good look for baskin Robbins at all.

Man in the drive-thru was super RUDE!! He said they are out of chocolate so I said what other flavors do you have, he said 24 other flavors. Ok... Im not an ice creamologists! I can only think of 3 ice cream flavors. So I said like what? He said you can come in and look! What a joke!! You cant just name a few?!?!

Every single time we come here they’re always out of whatever we first order. One week it’s sherbet the next chocolate. One week they say they don’t carry chocolate sprinkles another week they’re out of rainbow and carry chocolate. And the guy at the drive-thru always sounds like we’re bothering him just by showing up. We’re going to start going to the one that’s an extra 5 miles away.

Stopped in to buy a a couple of coffees, no one in line and the only employee was in the drive thru window. We waited for about ten minutes, no one even said hello or acknowledged we were there. We left and went elsewhere.

Sometimes its slow but its because the staff is always skeleton. But the people that work there are AMAZING. Multi-taskers all the way. The kind of people Id have work for me.

Tried to order a birthday cake over the phone. Was told someone would call me back that night or next day. I waited 2 days and called again. Decorator was apparenatly off sick, didnt know when the manager was going to be in, and/or if they would be able to do it. Didnt bother calling me to explain what was going on. Very disappointed.

I buy ice cream by the quart ALL the time...especially chocolate chip & pistachio! For the last month Ive been told that they are out of prepacked quarts but they can pack quarts for me...which of course cost more...when is the truck coming??? I was told the owners do the ordering...then order it...what is the problem here?? Doesnt anyone else ask to buy the prepacked ice cream?? #feelingannoyed

The place was clean but they didnt have any waffle cones. The girl working said the person who makes them quit. Really one 1 person can make them? Give me a break, its just being lazy?!

This place was so gross will not return first they told us they were out of mint ice cream and there is a barrel below second there were bugs all over their ice cream absolutely disgusting
