I recently switched prescriptions from CVS to Walmart pharmacy in Auburndale and Katherine was such a wonderful help with the transition 😍 she worked to make sure my insurance would pay and was such a pleasure to work with after what I went through with CVS. Thank you 😊

Ive never had any issues here. I put in my refill through the app and its always been ready when I get the text. All the ladies working there have always been helpful and friendly.

The only good thing about the store is lady that’s a cashier she’s very friendly and helpful that’s the only reason I give it even one star. I had to wait over a week for a prescription that was medically needy called every day to make sure they were in the process of contacting to let her know the my insurance does not cover it to change it to another. . When I called they assured me that theyContacted my doctor and we’re just waiting the day before I picked up my other prescriptions they assured me that I my one script that was medically need it was ready. When I got home I realize that that prescription was not in the bag. So I called and the girl that answered the phone annoyed already and she said They faxed the doctor about it and of course I got aggravated and said I’ve been waiting a week calling every day to make sure that they have contacted the doctor why did they let me know that it was ready and they said I will take two more days I really need this medicine and they’re gonna drag it off for two more days which that’ll be Friday and it could be Monday so I’ll be waiting almost 2 weeks

The pharmacy is ridiculous. They had one cashier and only a few people in line, but yet it still took way too long. Maybe you should consider staffing your store more to customer demands.

Always a problem with getting refills!!! Same thing every single month.... Get texts stating my meds are all filled and ready to pick up, but when I go none of them are ready?? Walmart pharmacy is horrible dont go there to get meds... Customer service sucks to, so rude and disrespectful!! Horrible

Takes wayyyy too long to fill a script even if you tell them youll wait there.
