Love this Racetrac again they are the only gas stations that sell Mello Yellow. Love them or my hubby would have fits. The food is great as well. The frozen drinks are great so many to choose from. I will be back.

The self check out makes it slower . Not a store I will visit in future. Took to long to check out. Circle K was a lot faster across the street.

Employees are super nice! Very sanitary place.

Love to look for these stores. Love the space, smells, and ambience. Was disappointed yesterday with all the trash laying around the grounds and building. Someone needs to put fresh eyes on this location. Should be much better.

I usually stop here for fuel. If you are craving hot boiled peanuts, need coffee or a breakfast sandwich then step instead after fueling up.

Joshua was the best Ive dealt with there!! He is so kind & very helpful & knowledgeable about a lot of things. He stopped what he was doing to help me pump my gas while i was having issues. Thank you Josh & i will be coming back because of you!

We were regulars but just take a close look around they have roaches and rats do not eat anything. Youre welcome.

Great store first but will say did not appreciate standing in line behind a single customer and then Skylar grabs her phone and reviews it for about 45secs looks up and says Im closed, I found that quite rude. Store is clean, normally not a problem.

It is a pleasure to visit this gas station. Almost all the time there is paper to print the receipt at the pump. The interior is clean and welcoming with smiling personal. I compare to several other stations and this one stands out. Even the restrooms is good and clean (considering how some guests leave it)Today I had the pleasure to meet with Kayla and she was so nice, service minded and helpful.Kayla must be a great resource for the company. No gas in Auburndale racetrack

I would check the coffee creamer before you pour it in your coffee. There was an employee pouring all the same creamers into one bottle and after she left I went to use one and it wouldn’t come out, when I looked inside it was chunky and smelled bad. I tried another creamer and looked inside first and it was chunky, then I thought I’d try the half and half and it was also chunky. I found a creamer that wasn’t chunky but I checked the expiration date and it was expired, but who really knows cause she was pouring them in the same container. I just hope she didn’t pour the liquid from the chunky ones into the bone chunky ones.

Very clean facility inside and out. Great location! They do need to keep an eye on the TP supply in the ladies room during busy hours, got stranded once, had hubby send his mom in from car to rescue me.

Stopped in to grab a drink and hit the bathroom. Waited 15 minutes to get into the bathroom. Some young lady was cleaning it, which is a good thing. But NOT in the middle of a rush, with a line out the door at 12:15 in the afternoon. People are on their lunch breaks and only have so much time. The young girl got very upset and let everyone know that she was upset. Next time well just go to Burger King, there are many other options near by. A convenience store, should be convenient. Great place, but needs better scheduling.

Im very pleasant how racetrac employees are very kind, this one stand out to me was( Charnelle the kitchen service she was very helpful adorable & full of personality she is a huge asset to your store i would gladly come back for my breakfast & my pizza continue to smile everyday thank you so much for your help today :) p.s her breakfast food is on the money highly recommend go get your breakfast early from ms charnelle everything is fresh hot & ready to eat on the go

The worst customer service at any racetrac I’ve ever been to this is by far the worst! I had a issue with getting money off a pump that I didn’t use, first of all no one was paying attention to the customers in the store waiting in line they had employees on their phones and when I wasn’t getting anywhere with the cashier I asked to speak to the manager and I guess store manager Rebecca was her name she came to “help” me I use that word loosely because she had nothing but attitude was completely rude disregarding my problem like it was nothing just minimizing the issue I tried to explain to her my money didn’t go back on to my card I wanted it back I spoke with the bank, at one point she actually laughed at me and told me I didn’t understand how things worked which when I spoke to my bank I had a pretty good understanding of what was going on! She ended up walking away while I was still trying to talk with her and told her associate to handle me needless to say I left without anything being resolved and I will be calling corporate and will never be back to this store and I will be letting everyone I know to stay away! I can’t wait to take my business to WaWa! Even the circle k across the street is a better option then this place.

My spouse went in to purchase some stuff and a white skinny with a baseball cap female attended two customers and said how may I help you today, when my husband stepped as he was next in line the female cashier stated oh damn how may I help you today, my spouse asked for the items required and went on his way. That was totally unacceptable and inappropriate...

Employees lack common sense. Do not hand your IDs to them, they will scan it with out your permission.

Was terrible. Employees in here ask that you do surveys and when you try to use them for your free items they talk to you like trash!!!

Went to use the bathroom & an associate told me that he cant give me toilet paper (I was a paying customer) clean, yes but bs.... manager has to fix the problem... not pleased with the customer service!

One of the lowest gas prices in the area . Coffee, fountain drinks, ice cream, snacks, free wifi and indoor and outdoor tables and chairs .

Well go to get an ice cream @ 4pm on a Friday and thats when they do clean up and maintenance. I would say terrible time of day and day of the week.
