I have had this pharmacy for many years. I have had nothing but good experience. The personal is very nice and helpful. Personally I am very surprised that there is negative comments, I have not the same experience
Absolute worst pharmacy. Been trying for 2 days to contact the pharmacy, and been stuck on hold for hours. Very poor customer service.

Bad experience I was there before 6 and they already had registers closed and was closing the blind down before 6 and wouldnt give me my medicine i absolutely need other customers were getting serviced mine was ready to go all they had to do was check my id and send me on no they waited til 6 seeing me sit there and then said we closed I told her I need my medicine its important I can end up in the hospital this woman decides tell me find a 24 hour pharmacy and have them transfer and fill so i did what she told me too and it messed my stuff up because she already has my prescription filled there and the other pharmacy said because they closed there drawer at the other location they couldnt help me what am I supposed to do I been taking that medicine for 6 yrs now I cant miss a day just because someone didnt want to complete their job
I no longer use CVS for prescriptions due to their terrible policies and business practices, but the retail side at this location has been really great for some time.I recently had a complicated transaction that involved a return, coupons, and Extra Bucks, and Ladacia went the extra mile to make everything go smoothly. Even the manager, Jasmin, helped as well. They were both extremely patient and courteous, and that is so refreshing to experience nowadays. I will go out of my way to try and use this particular location when I can.

I hate this pharmacy. Every month it’s something else. This month it’s, my RX was supposed to be ready yesterday! I’m here, still waiting! Ridiculous! Always something! Oh and lord forbid you don’t pick up your scheduled RX’s the same day! Text after text and email after e mail!! Ugh

This is the best CVS on the nation. They are very busy and I understand. I work with them, but the pharmacist and techs are great and go over and beyond. They are also really good at giving shots. God bless this pharmacy
The rudeness that I have experienced at this store from the pharmacy staff is unbelievable. They are not helpful, extremely rude & sarcastic, & could care less about the customers. And slow!! Prescriptions are never ready on time. And the staff does not care, they just give you an attitude. Its difficult to plan a pickup time... SMH! Im switching all of my prescriptions to publix.
Worst pharmacy i have ever been to. Very rude and they dont care that you know it. Was told prescription would be ready at 10, get here at 10 was told 15 more minutes. It has been 35 mins and im still here waiting. I left work for this so the longer i wait the more money i loose. Will never return here and will do my best to let people know how bad this store is
I called to get the status on my prescription. I was driving past so I decided to go through the drive through just in case the phone wait was long. I waited on the phone 15 minutes and by the time I pulled up to the window, I told them about it. The woman said “well there’s only 4 of us and 11 lines so you do the math.” I understand being understaffed but there’s no reason to be rude.They always treat me this was so I will not be back.
It had what I wanted and check out wasfairly quick.
We use CVS most of the time. They are helpful to our family. The store is always clean and organized. We are always greated walking through the door. Parking lot is free of debri and easily accessible from multiple directors, and has plenty of parking. Landscaping is manicured efficiently. We love it here at CVS.
The best drug store for me its usually fast and convenient the staff is very experienced

Very bad customer service! Very bad policy! They wont sell me my dog’s seizure meds bec I do t get my refills here! GREEDY store policy! For safety????? I have a vets prescription for goodness sakes! Especially since no other pharmacy has it. CVS you are greedy and mean! Hope nobody goea to your store ever!
My provider’s office says they faxed a script for a glucometer and strips. CVS says they never got faxes. Pharmacist staff is unwilling to contact provider. I’ve been waiting 3 days for my glucometer. Very poor customer service.

This location does not even deserve 1 star!!! Every month I’m in tears trying to get my sons necessary prescriptions filled! It is always a problem and they never keep the meds in stock. My sons prescription are sent in for 3 months at a time always same meds and they never order enough. I’m so over all of this and will be switching all of my family’s prescriptions to another pharmacy.

The slowest pharmacy ever! Im forced due to my insurance to come here. Most refills that my family gets will say processing for days when after calling and showing up several times.

One star because i can do no less, this store has fallen terribly in customer service, call in the morning to get a scrip filled and told be done by 3 that day and not ready for 2 days, go to store to be told they are several days to a week behind, sorry but people need their meds as of now i still am on hold and have been for almost 53 minutes ... sad indeed.... Ok heres a update called in scrip on 10/2/19 was told it would be done at 530 that day, called 10/3/19 at 110 pm and was told it wouldnt be ready for another 30 minutes . what happened to ready at 530 the day before? Lady on phone told me they were as much as 8 days behind on scrips . what about those of us that need our meds and need them on time . since its cvs policy not to fill them until your are almost totally out then you wait 2-3 days past being out of meds until they manage to get them done .. As many people as are working back there and can get nothing done
One star is to much, this pharmacy is a joke. Understaffed slow and rude Ill go elsewhere for now on.

2 bad experiences 2 days in a row,yesterday went to pick up my prescription @4:30pm, that was dropped of before noon . I was told they have nothing for me .so I got out of line called my Gf to make sure I was in the right place I was, I got back in line a second time to be told the same thing and after a few minutes it was mysteriously found it was misplaced . So they say give them a fee minutes. So they fill it and then make me wait in line a third time to get it . Today my girlfriend dropped hers of this morning was told to pick it up at 2pm we show up at 4 wasnt ready told to come back in 10 minutes we went ate came back in an hour still wasnt ready . Although on this incident the lady was very apologetic and filled it while we waited in the drive through .
This has to be said: this CVS is horrible. Well, at least the pharmacy itself is horrible. Terribly inconsistent, the pharmacists never check before accepting a prescription, more often then not, they are out of medication or waiting for a delivery for nearly 3 weeks, and the pharmacy hours seem to change every 6 months or so.
My favorite cvs they are always willing to help you plus fantastic attitudes just great and makes my shopping easier.
This locations pharmacy is the worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. The staff is more interested in talking to each other about their personal matters; when a customers walks up they ignore them for several minutes and then treats the customer as if they are interrupting their conversation. The staff is rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate.This location also does not keep prescription pain mediation in stock. I go in every month for the past year to try and get my prescription filled, but they never have the mediation.Do not waste your time or effort on this location. I know I will not be going back CVS at all. I have informed CVS Corporate of the issues at this store and nothing has changed. So that tells me that corporate doesnt care either.

The pharmacy has a few good worker, then you have the pharmacist who is rude and gives excuses for the reason it takes 5 or more hours to verify a script that night owl said they never called the first time
For some reason I had to get a consent form from my daughters Dr for her script before I started using cvs. I did it a few months prior to this incident. Had cvs call my daughters doctor to get a refill on 8/9. Dr. Cleared the script on the 11th. Today is the 17th. I figured that they would have it ready since it has been 6 days!!! Somehow they said that every new refill you have to have a new consent form signed. Well no one called me to tell me this. No communication what so ever! My daughter is on a scheduled treatment plan well now my daughter is out of meds and I have to wait to get up to her Dr to get this form. Why CVS couldnt have requested it when they called in I dont understand. While the ladies dealing with me were being professional there only response was I dont know what happened and ill leave a note on the pharmacists desk meanwhile my child has to suffer the consequences because the adults working there dont know how to properly do there job! Wish I would have never switched from Walgreens! Absolutely disgusted with this whole ordeal!! Made a call to corporate immediately after, I am suppose to get a call with in 24 hours from the head supervisor! Will update when/if I do!
Prescriptions are never ready. Wait time in drive thru and lobby is unacceptable. Clearly not enough employees. If insurance companies knew how their insured are treated, they may be tempted to pull the contracts.

Staff is good nice and friendly. Not so nice coming to a place so dirty. The outside trash everywhere the windows. Cigarettes in the floor by the red box machine trash more trash. It looks horrible. Needs cleaning asap
