Neele (or whatever her name is)was rude and unprofessional. She refused to help me with a pair of broken glasses. She lacks any decency and basic customer service skills.

Very impressed with both the product and service here. My glasses were ready in the 7 days stated; I was pleased with the range of eyewear available and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I called back today for a couple of minor adjustments that were done on the spot.First time Ive tried Walmart Vision rather than an independent optometrist. I would definitely do so again.Well done!

Very disappointed. They should know before they take someones money what they are not capable of making. Gave me my money back on the glasses but told me I couldnt come back to them!
