It was A very pleasant experience. I was anxious going in but felt comfortable immediately. The agent got right with us and all the stress of having to get a new phone faded away. He was very informative and answered all my questions.I left feeling good.
Visited the store last week. Although I didn’t purchase a plan because Verizon couldn’t match or beat my current provider... I do want to say the customer service and experience went well. I feel like Shirley was very kind and knowledgeable she did try her best to get us a plan through Verizon but prices were out of her control. I feel like she deserves a little shout out for going above and beyond for my husband and I. I will be back when we can afford more in our budget for a phone and phone service.
I went in the store to pay my bill, Shirley greeted me at the door and helped me with everything I needed and showed me I could save money by upgrading my phone!! A tall gentleman by the name of John I believe transferred all of my information very quickly. The whole transaction took less than an hour and I am very pleased. I highly recommend this store!!!

We went into the store asking about switching over from our current provider. The salesman worked with us and told us what our monthly bill would be but never specified what we would need upfront. He went through and got all of our phones changed over and set up our bill was over $1000. I understand some of that was accessories we got for our phones but that’s crazy. I wish he would have been upfront in the beginning and told us how much out of pocket we were going to have to pay before setting up our phones. We got charged a $35 set up fee for each phone and we got 3 watches and there was a setup fee for $35 and he did nothing to set the watches up. I believe good customer service is to let the customers know what is expected before going through with the transaction. When he got to the total and it popped up on the screen he quickly got up and walked away. Then came back after the sticker shock. Luckily we had a credit card we were able to put this on. If not he would have been giving us our old phones back which is what we should have told him to do. Now when our first bill comes we already paid a set up fee next we will be paying an activation fee. If anyone ask me I will make sure to tell them all the extra fees to expect when switching service to Verizon. I learned a valuable lesson. :(
I went to the Auburndale store to help my wife get a replacement phone for aged iPhone 7. We worked with John Nickell who was great. My wifes phone was about 7 years old and was being difficult to switch everything over to the new iPhone 12. He was very patient and was very friendly. I would highly recommend him

I was here in December and purchased 2 iPhone 12 Pro Max’s. I only purchased the second one because the salesman; Jason Merchant, said they were buy one get one free at the time. He informed me that the first bill would be a little higher but that the second device was free. It was not free. It was on my second bill and showed a device payment the same as the first. I tried contacting Jason to figure out what was going on with my bill, but he ignores all calls and text. I would not recommend buying a phone from this place, they are just salesmen trying to make as much money as possible and they do not care about your bill.

Went to upgrade my husbands phone. Was told our bill would be cheaper if we upgraded both phones. Cool. Lady had a number written down and when I questioned what it was, she said it was the payoff for my phone. I asked when that was due and was told it was due that day. I declined having my phone upgraded and was told that I couldn’t back out because the “payoff” had already been submitted. I was furious. Why payoff without confirming the price first!?!? Then we get home and my husbands phone wasn’t even activated. We had to call Verizon itself the next day to get things straightened out with the phone.
The people there were great to work with. I put my 86 year old mother-in-law on our plan. Chris made sure she was well taken care of. I really appreciate his efforts.

This store is a joke! Julieo is a liar. He told me the phones I purchased were on promotion and going to be cents on the dollar per month. Come to find out they are 28.66 per month each! I have tried to call and speak to the manager “Adam” who is never available! I’ve called 4 days in a row still waiting for a call back! Complete liars here!! Beware!!

I have had many bad experiences with cell phone stores but this time it was very different. In a positive way. I walked in knowing exactly what I needed/wanted and my man Julio took great care of me. I had damaged my iPhone in a pool over the weekend and I had insurance on my plan. However I was also nearly due for an upgrade. I explained all this to Julio and he did not hesitate. He didnt try to upset me on BS I didnt need. It was quick and painless. Id rate Julio 10/10 stars if I could. Thanks, Dan

They will smile you,but put additional charges on your credit card . They will only promice to investigate why you were, stripped off your money, but do nothing, because they will not investigate against themselves . They just give empty promises and keep procrastinating. You cant even talk to the manager,they do not have one.Never deal with aprivate Verizon shop, you can not trust them, its a team from hell. You will lose money and peace dealing with them.

Usually has a decent selection of phones and accessories. (Chargers, cases, and what not) Only held back on the last star because almost every time Im there I feel like theyre trying to push me into buying a LOT more than I went in looking for.

WARNING! This is NOT a Corporate Verizon Store. I have had multiple experiences with them trying to scam me. They will lie to you, mislead you and do whatever they can to get the sale. I had to spend an hour on the phone with Verizons fraud department to fix an unauthorized port they did to my elderly moms phone. When she wouldnt give in to their pressure tactics they chose to mess her account up which took time to fix. Not my first negative experience with them. Previously they lied to me about my Verizon Business Rep. They tried to con me into using them instead by saying Verizon did away with the business rep system. STAY AWAY FORM THIS STORE AND DEAL WITH CORPORATE STORES ONLY.
We had a great experience with Jason Thompson at the Verizon store. Buying new phone and resetting up the old phone for a family member and he walked us through the process! Jason really knows his job very well and made things very easy for us.
I had purchased my husbands phone here. I had good service so I came back. Jason T. helped and went over the phones I was interested in. I went home and thought about it. Decided to come back and get one of the phones. Jason T. was very helpful and I will come back in the future.

I stopped in at the Verizon store off of 98 today to see about changing my phone out I had an LG 7 that I just had nothing but problems with since since I got it dealt with Jason Thompson and he was very very helpful and getting me back onto a Motorola that I love and helping me get the hum hooked up to my van as well I have really enjoyed dealing with him and hope to have no further troubles but I appreciate you having people working for you that were as nice and friendly as he was in helpful today thank you
I love Verizon. I have been a customer for 30 years or so. There is no problem they havent fixed. So you know if I am still there, one of the reasons is the customer service. I would rather pay a little more and get customer service that goes above and beyond. My son owns his own business and used one of the cheaper carriers. He took his girls to Georgia to look at a job. Well they got lost. He could not get a signal for GPS. He ask my granddaughter to let him see if he can get a signal for GPS on her phone and he did. (granddaughters have Verizon with me). Now he is a happy Verizon customer. If only he would have listened to his mother. lol
I thought this was an actual Verizon but it was not. The representative did not properly transfer my contacts so I lost a majority of them. Then he charged me 70 dollars in fees to transfer phone information without telling me he was charging it. I had to call and get a refund. On the bright side it wasnt difficult to get a refund and they are very polite, but if I could do it over I would have just gone to an actual legitimate Verizon store.

I went to start a new account and buy a phone and it was very satisfactory. I worked with a woman by the name of Carly and she was extremely helpful with helping me out as I started everything. She explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything I was signing. She didnt take advantage of me being only 18, she was very nice and I appreciate her help so much. Definitely recommend this store.

Very Professional. Team Members were well trained and didnt need to ask for a manager every 30 seconds like the sprint store. The store was clean and peaceful... not loud music blaring. I dealt with Trevor. He patiently explained on paper, in detail the things that the online Verizon rep was totally confusing me on. Perhaps the fact that impressed me most was that he didnt have my phones available for sale.. the 2 in the store were held for a customer.. Now he couldve sold me those phones and just told that other customer they werent in yet... but his integrity was to say that they needed to go to the customer that ordered them. Mine will be in on Tuesday; which means I will be there too, to changeover all my lines from Sprint to Verizon...Im saving nearly $800 a year moving from Sprint. Can you hear that now?
This is NOT a corporate store. Would recommend going to the store in Winter Haven. New customer trying to bring my own phone which was unlocked. Salesperson (Ismari) had an attitude, lied and told me that Verizon is the only carrier that unlocks their phones. Told me to leave and contact my carrier to unlock phone. My phone was NEVER locked to begin with. Sorry, but my former carrier, Republic Wireless, also does NOT lock phones. She tried inserting a SIM card, but stated that it did not work. Went to Winter Haven store and they confirmed it was UNLOCKED. Inserted a SIM card and went into settings to reset and within 10 minutes it was working.

I was a AT&T customer for over 20 years and I wasnt even looking to change coverage.I visited this store just because it was new on the street.I was greeted by Josh L. who took the time to explain the advantages of switching to Verizon. He found the right plan and device that fit my needs. I ended up with a new phone and paid less monthly than I ever have with AT&T. Josh L. also followed up with me numerous times after my switch over.This level of customer service is second to none.I highly recommend Verizon service, this store and working with Josh L. you will not be disappointed.
Went to the store ..waited about 30 min..asked the 2 sales people how much longer on the wait..I was told we are closing now..What kind of service is that..?? Would have been nice if they gave me a heads up on the time frame...All for a quick fix on my mothers phone..She will be looking a new cell phone provider now...
I went to this store and was very impressed with the cleanliness and promptness of all the employees. They are the ultimate professionals. I was helped by Joe Sadosky and he was very thorough with all the pricing and promotions and I walked out with a new Motorola Z Force. They even gave me $200 towards the cost of my current phone! Will always come back!
I got my iPhone 6Plus S back in January of 2016. Miguel helped me, even though I had trouble finding the store, he waited for me until I got there to do my long awaited upgrade! Lol, hes a great worker and asset to Verizon and always helps me with my little iPhone issues. The store here is also a great store with great workers; my iPhone ended up needing a warranty replacement 5-6 months after I upgraded and the iPhone was in great condition. Because its been less than a year, Jamie offered to replace my screen protector for free for me because it couldnt be replaced or reused on another iPhone. Thats awesome customer service to keep my phone protected! Thanks everyone :)

Stopped by Verizon Store on US 92. Having issues with my LG5 phone. Not hooking up to Bluetooth correctly. Jason Thompson was able to set me up with a new LG7 phone. Very friendly, knowledgable and very patient. He was able to connect my phone to Bluetooth and Android Auto. Excellent salesperson.
I would recommend going to the Winter Haven Verizon store. This one is not a corporate store and it shows. I had a problem here with a contract that they said i signed but when corporate looked it up....it didnt match my signature. I went back to the store and asked a salesperson and was told that it is usual for them to not disclose everything even if asked just to make sales. I called the customer loyalty, the loyalty specialist called him and he then told her the same thing. she was so displeased that she hung up on him. She apologized for everything and told me not to ever use a store like this because Verizon has very little control. I really recommend going to Winter Haven because if there is a problem at least it will be easier to get fixed.

Trevor Kuchaes has won me over! I have been a Verizon customer for over 7 years and have been skeptical at times for my choice. I break phones, dont check bills for charges, overspend data...a cell providers dream. I needed a new phone and not only did Trevor take his time getting me exactly what I wanted, he spent time going through my bill meticulously and saved me $40 a month!!! He THEN after picking out a phone I wanted and starting the process (I went from an android to an iPhone) he ACTUALLY offered to stop the process because he wanted to let me know I would have a $200 credit I wouldnt have known about!! I stayed with the iPhone but what an amazingly refreshing REAL testimony to customer service go see Trevor! He is a true client first account manager!
Tommy did a great job of getting me the devices I wanted and set up the screen protectors so did not have to. He was very polite and knowledgeable.
Employee named Miguel sold a phone and then when we tried to return and get a different phone he said he had to order it only to find out he never ordered it and they had it in stock. He is tries to make us keep a phone we dont want by stalling past the return date. Then when we tried to return it again today the account was locked by him (who is off) and they cant do anything without him unlocking. He is a shady person and a liar. I have contacted the Verizon company and if he does not return the phone tomorrow they will handle the problem.
I will say Cole helped me out greatly he did a fantastic job. He even got me the tablet as well. He was explained everything to me very well. Cole even sold my friend. Definitely will recommend to more people to go to Verizon.
