Great staff and they are super knowledgeable in Samsung phones

My first visit to purchase my phone was WONDERFUL ... that was on Sunday May 2nd... on the 3rd I returned... which is why my review is so-so... I would give Sunday 6 stars if I could... but the girl who waited on me left a great deal to be desired... she was condescending... rude... and although they were VERY busy... and I waited my turn when she got to me she took TWO personal calls and I had to wait longer while she had a really she said that... conversation with a friend... I left furious. My daughter in law in Wisconsin got a woman on the line who did a conference call with us and I got my number transferred while I was in the store and I made the mistake of pulling my mask under my chin while talking ... she ran up and loudly said they can hear you with the mask on and put a box of masks under my nose... I realize here that she was doing her job but it was said so rudely... If I need help again, I wont do it with her there... I will walk out... or go to a different store. OH and I purchased a Galaxy S21+ without a charger but when I tried to tell her she told me I was the second person that day who hadnt looked hard enough in their box... I had... I dont have one... I know this is a corporate store... and I would not publicly give her name but if you would like to know... I would be more than HAPPY to supply it....

Short manager Hispanic lady (Angelia?) was very sweet, patient & attentive to my needs. Will come back to her when I need anything more. Thank you

I had the best experience I have ever had in the 20 years Ive been with sprint. The sales woman was very helpful setting up a note 8 I purchased on EBay. Didnt cost me a thing service was set up quick and she gave me instructions on the features. I will return there the next time any need requires.

Went to a closer store to have our phones looked at, they were acting up. The other store we bought them at was always so kind but this one was haughty and stuck up. Acted like we werent good enough to be there or were over reacting women. The gentleman stared us down while we looked around as if we were going to rob them. I felt ashamed bc I am a poor person but would never do such a thing and I am a Sprint customer.

Great staff!! Helped me with all my questions I had with my new phone!Even paired my new phone to my car for me. Definitely above and beyond.

I visited this Sprint location for problems with my new iPhone X . From the moment I entered the door I was warmly greeted by Manny & Shay Thomas. They both were so very helpful and tentative to all of our needs. We even decided to renew our contract for 12 months because of these two. Throughout our visit they made my fiancé and I feel so comfortable also providing my 3 year old son with refreshments and a balloon to keep him occupied. We are from the Lakeland location but from now on we will be traveling to Aurbundale location for Excellent service!

WAY to pushy on the upsales! And dont expect to get ANYTHING fixed. Live 2 miles away and stopped here 3 times for THE SAME issue. The problem was fixed only after I drove to the one across from the mall. They had me up and out the door in 15 minutes...and get this, it had been fixed!
