My cousin & I stopped in here to search for some games on our systems recently. This was before the virus lock down changes. This review is based on the in-store experience as well as the no-contact ordering. Both visits were highly satisfied with excellent customer service.The in-store experience was superb with a lot of variety options on the different gaming systems. I was able to purchase 2 games for my Xbox One as my cousin found 4 games for her PS3. They were having exquisite sells on Used games. We did not need assistance, so we did not interact with an associate. The customer service at the register was excellent as the cashier checked-us out with ease.A few weeks ago I experienced the No-Contact pickup at the store. I purchased a game online and was told when to pick it up later that day. I called the store to ask how and when to pick it up since it was a few hours of waiting so far. The lady on the phone explained to me the process. I also asked her about another location that has not responded to my call. She explained to me that location has been closed due to not being an essential business in the city. I thanked her for the information since no one contacted me about the situation. I received a refund for my purchase at that location. I really appreciated her for researching the cause and informing me. Awesome customer service. The process to pick up the game at this location was convenient. The associate gave me the game I purchased with a positive attitude and it was efficient. Well done.I highly recommend this location to purchase a game either online or visit the store once the lock down is over. I would suggest calling the store before ordering online for pick up to ensure the store is still open.

Enjoyed the service, staff is always ready to help and the staff brings the games vibe so alive. Great place if your trying to get a new game for cheap price. Wouldnt recommend trying to sell your old games. But their warranty services for games are cheap and well worth.

They do have a friendly staff but never have what you want. They try to call Winter Haven store to see if they have it

My favorite location! Amazing service, super cool and friendly staff. I love this GameStop the most out of the area because they always are knowledgeable and helpful and always ensure that I have a great experience at their store.

Not bad but still a rip off on some things. You trade in a game (I dont do it) and they give you $10 if your lucky then sell it for $69...BS. They do have some pretty good preorder bonuses and collectors editions though. Well the ones that arent ridiculously priced (Mortal Kombat 11 comes to mind).

Its neither exciting or boring. The customer service is average. Some of the prices are good. I wish theyd carry more vintage games, but thats not the type of store they are, so... overall, its a store that serves its purpose.

Parker and JP in the Auburndale store are awesome down to earth respectful they are both very knowledgeable their customer service attitude is amazing i will now only shop at this gamestop for now on and the store is clean and well organized unlike other stores i have been in they are very dirty and very unorganized so i wish i had more stars not only for Parker and JP but also for the store it self i give it all 10 stars and i wish yall the happiest holidays Merry Christmas and Happy New year

Everybody is always friendly their very good to my son hes autistic and they answer all his questions and help us find the things we need or let them lets us know where we can find them I love this store they are just wonderful

GameStop used to be a spot you could go and get used games for a good price. Lately they have been raising their prices and ripping people off. Prime example, I went to GameStop because my son really wanted the plant vs zombie garden warfare 2 GameStop had a used one for $40 so I got it then come to find out everyone else was selling it for $20 or less 😱 I went to Walmart next door and paid only 17 bucks for the game. GameStop has officially lost a long time customer. Shame on them, they sold a used game for more than double the price of the new game.

Sometimes they talk too much while checking people out but I have a feeling its sales pressure from corporate. They are knowledgeable though and friendly.

This Gamestop is great!!! The employees here are super friendly and helpful. They have been everytime Ive been in this store. They can answer any question you have, and if they dont know they will find someone who does. If they dont have what you need, then they will find a Gamestop that does. Keep up the good work guys.

The customer service at this store is amazing.

The guy who claimed he was the manager from the moment we walked on was completely rude. Refused to let me speak or dea with anyone else in the store. Tried to tell my son that the preorder he ordered was not under his account. It was because he miraculously ga e a a refund for the game. They are always rude at this store. My son has been loyal to gamestop for years and this store makes me sick treating their customers like garbage. Do Not Shop here!!!!!!!!

Friendly and polite with alot of options to choose from

No problems honestly but they do pre open new games. Not sure if its for QC or because you cant return opened games.

Staff is always helpful and have plenty to choose from. But if you want a laugh go see what the trade in value for your games are.

Ive been here dozens of times, and have never had a problem. Yes, the price on trade-ins is never good, but at least you are getting something. Save up store credit, then by a new release.

Ive been to this location twice and both times Ive had a very unpleasant exchange with a bald man who seems to be the manager. First visit my son was looking at a display that was close to the register area and dropped a stuffed animal. When he bent down to pick it up, this apparent manager raised his voice to my son and said you cant be back here! When it was very clear he was picking something up that had fallen. I chalked it up to Black Friday stress and went on my way. I decided to visit again todayto finish up my Christmas shopping, I saw a table set up with a sign that said buy one, get one 50% so I browsed that area for a moment. I was greeted by a very nice young lady and asked if that sale applied to the items on the table, here comes the same man that yelled at my son now reacting very loudly to my question, rather rudely, uh, no! To which I replied well the sign is a bit misleading and he snapped well if you read the sign then youll know then walked away. I will never attempt to shop here or suggest anyone I know to shop here so long as hes employed at this location.
