I had such a amazing experience shopping here today .The guys that work in this store gave me everything I wanted and including the price !!!!!!!Im very happy with my purchases that I made today I recommend anybody thats thinking about switching to cricket to go check these guys out they wont let you down!!

Not happy with cricket right now, a few days ago I switched to cricket..got charged for screen protectors that I dont even have. If you go to this cricket check your receipt before leaving. Would not recommend cricket will be switching as soon as I can

All I can say is Im not going to find the guys at fault in the store but when somebody tells you that you have a phone that youre going to get is better than the one that you had dont always believe that because my older phone was way better and 10 times less complicated and no problems nnew new phone has been nothing but trouble new phone has been nothing but problems

Ive been paying way too much with Verizon. Cricket has great prices and excellent service. Average plan for 2 is $90 a month all in. And phones crazy cheap.

Have been trying to contact customer service for 2 hrs and walk to this store and the associate greet me once I open the door, I explain her why I was there and she start helping me right away . She contacted customer service for me, she also wait about and hour for them to answer but once they answer she took care of everything for me and my problem was solve, highly recommend this place, they are very friendly and do their job right. Im very happy.

I work here. We have great deals for people that switch from another carrier. We also be doing events every month and who knows what we give out on those events. I am the Assistant Store Manager.

They are very nice and helpful to their customers we were switching from metro and my phone was having an issue with the playstore and they looked at it for at least an hour or two before finally giving up Im glad they are determined to help as much as they can,my phone is now workingbut im glad they were very patient and really determined to help me.
