I just want to say thank you to Shane for being such a great help to us. With my iPad and my iPhone 11 he was able to get them done rather quickly and for a very nice price. I highly recommend them, and I wouldnt recommend going any where else. They are great guys here

Did they fix the phone yes. But the customer service aspect is not even worth 1star. We went there Saturday and they were closing up early even though they were to be open until 4. The guy did speak to my son and told him to bring it back on Monday would take about an hr to fix it. We dropped it off at around 11am. Went back at 2. And there was a sign that said “will be back” we sat in the parking lot for 2 hrs. Finally showed back up. Phone still not fixed had to wait longer to get it finished. Repair a phone great customer service not so much

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I brought my iphone 11 in to have the front and back glass changed. After they received my phone they stated they saw a tiny bit of water around the phone and sent me pictures to verify. There was no water inside the phone but some surrounding the case. My phone was fully functional apon bringing it in wth no issues what so ever other than the front and back glass being cracked. After the front and back glass was replaced I picked it up and noticed that I could not get it stay on for more than 5 minutes while off the charger. The phone could be completely dead and once you out the charger in it would say it was at 100%. If you let it charge for hours on end and take it off, after a few minutes the phone would enter a hard reset on its own. I have no idea how they did not notice this after repairing the front and rear glass. Not only that but then my face recognition did not work and my phone would also occasionally go completely black as if it were off yet you could hear feedback from the screen and buttons. I notified them about the issues that were now happening that were not present when I brought the phone in and instead of just telling me to bring the phone in so they could look over it again they instead tried to beat around the bush with excuses on how it was my fault and not theirs then offered to look over it. I then proceeded to bring it in for them to look over. They stated it was a battery issueand they would replace the battery that same day so I can pick it up. Some hours passed and I did not receive any message or call so I instead called. They told me they couldnt replace the battery because they dont have the part but that they would receive it the next day. I left the phone over night but when the following day came I had no messages from them so I called again and they said they hadnt received the battery because their parts guy didnt have them in stock when he went to restock. Instead if calling me to inform me of this I instead had to take the initiative to call and find out although they said they would update me. So, again I waited another day. The next day came and the same thing happened. I messaged them for an update and no response. It appeared my messages were now being blocked so I had a friend of mine message them right after I did and my friends message went through with no problems yet my messages would say not delivered. I decided to go in person. Aftwr going in person the lady behind the counter informed me the phone was still being worked on and wasnt at the shop so we decided to leave. After about 3 mins of driving off I decided to call so I could just pick the phone up and have another shop look at it to avoid the constant run around. After calling and asking if the phone could be brought to the shop ao I can pick it up the lady said Ok let me just put it back together so you can pick it up mind you she just stated it was not at the shop. I picked it up and brought it to the phone repair shop at OldTown and explained to them the situation. They did their diagnostic test on it and informed me that Ace Phone repair shop had damaged my motherboard while removing the back glass because in order to remove the back glass they use a laser machine. That explained the constant run around and ducking and dodging. Based off a few other reviews ive read on here its obvious Ace phone repair will also try to blame this on me although my phone was fully functional when brought in. I have pictures and vidoes of everything for reference and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau because this should NOT have to happen to any one else. This place has a history of unprofessionalism and repair mistakes. Not to mention when I first picked my phone up the guys that worked their were HIGH OFF THEIR A** and the place smelled like a smoke shop. I have no issues with weed but if you cant function high then dont do the job while youre baked. I later found out the owner himself was on vacation during this time so that explains a lot. The owner needs to consider rehiring staff.

The man that was working was very short with me and didnt seem interested in what I was there for. He also made a snide remark as to why I brought 2 phones with me if I only intended to sell 1. Very unprofessional.

Love this place and the ppl in it. Everyone is so friendly and funny. They look out for you, they make sure they give you good prices and they make sure that you are satisfied at the end of your visit. I got my phone fixed here a couple of times, different devices fixed a couple of times and each time I have not had any issues since then. I’ve even purchased a phone from here and was completely satisfied with my service they set me up with and I bought my daughter a phone and she was extremely happy because they had the phone that she wanted the iPhone 8. I would recommend this place to anyone any day. I live about 20 minutes away and I will drive the whole 20 minutes there just to get my device fixed or purchase another phone. I’ve also had the option of purchasing the headphones they had which I still have. If you want your phone fixed in a timely fashion, you want great customer service and you want to be around people who treat you like your family without all the sales tactics then Ace Wireless is the place to be.

I have been doing business with these guys for almost a decade! I can say that they always stand by their work and provide the highest quality repairs, quickly and at a reasonable price.

Went there to get my iPhone fix, they held my phone for 4 days and still had not fixed it. I asked for my phone back, so that I can take it somewhere else. Get to the other phone repair shop, and they told me, that they can tell I took it somewhere else, because wires on the inside had been pulled out. Did you do it out of spite. Itll be more to fix it, then to buy a new phone.

ACE was able to assist me when no one else would. They were friendly and had a quick turn around for my device when they promised it would be ready. Thank you so much! You have gained a repeat customer

Only phone repair shop I’ll go to. Having a teenage daughter that always seems to break her phone keeps me coming and every time the service is A1 and fast. I’ve also brought 4 iPhones from here and they all work great. I even sold him my phones I don’t use and made some extra cash. My go to place for anything that has to do with my phone!!!

My review comes from the customer service stand point. i wasnt getting anything but i was with my cousin who got her phone fixed done up. they quoted her 45 minutes, and they got done in 28 minutes. they were nice to her and fast. they were cheaper than best buy and the apple store and was done faster. i give them a 2 thumbs up. i thought we would have to make an appointment or drop it off and pick it up on another day but they were prepared and although the store was very busy, they were very professional, fast, and nice and joking the whole time with us. its a family friendly environment and the store has a no profanity sign which make me feel welcome if i had to bring my kids and family. overall my first time was a success here. thank you.

Went in to sell a phone, told them what I was asking for it, the guy behind the counter checked it out, he then went to the back room to ask his boss and then made a counter offer. Then another guy walks in who was a former employee and he then begins to check my phone. The first guy made the statement that he just checked all the same stuff. Then the boss comes out and lowers his offer even more after Id been there for 45 mins. I took my phone and left. Very unprofessional staff. Avoid this place.

I went to Ace Wireless about 2 months ago and got my phone fixed. At first, it was glitching, but I figured that was normal with a new screen. I also noticed, though, that the screen didnt seem to be sealed completely, but I wasnt too worried about it. My boyfriend got his phone fixed a month ago at Ace Wireless, and it glitched as well. He took it back and the guy fixed it, but it continues to glitch to this day. His was not sealed completely either. I dropped my phone the other day, and the screen popped out due to it not being properly sealed. I took it to Batteries and Bulbs on Cypress and he even agreed it wasnt sealed right. All in all, dont go here to get your phone fixed. They fix it, but not properly. Not to mention, batteries and bulbs charged $107 ($7 more than Ace Wireless), and the screen is much better quality AND it has a 6 month warranty.

I bought 2 phones on Monday from this store, The one I could not hook up with my company due to it being lost or stolen. It was on a blacklist and could not be used. They gave me a comparable phone and refunded some $. However they did not have another s4 which I bought a case for. They gave me an LG phone that will not charge. The charging pin is messed up. Careful buying used phones from them.
