I had purchased a vehicle and had an agreement and they backed out of deal and sold it to a different customer from under me. I drove an hour just to get there, got my hopes up, then find out that the vehicle had been sold when a down payment was supposed to be processed that day! It was a blessing in disguise as luckily I have found a new vehicle. Dont go here! You have been warned.

I brought a 2011 SUV with 125 thousand miles for $11,000, Mario told me that he needs with my credit in 725 a down payment of $2,500 so I give it to him, and after 3 years of payments of $363, I still owns $9,748 dollars, they want to repossess the car now.. They want you to pay 3 times what it cost with an interest of 28% thats what they gave me... Good job Mario .. I learned I was ignorant by then.. But I learned. Please people invest your money in another place buy a new car it will cost you the same or more cheaper.

They are trying to steal my friends Tahoe (Mario) Took, $995.00 form her saying it was pre-delivery service fee and the vehicle was at the dealership for a month if not longer, charged her $1,800.00 a lender processing fee which is unheard of and took her tag. This happened Friday February 15, 2019 and we tried to get this resolved and Mario pretended not to speak English about this horrible deal. We made multiple phone calls no one returned our calls and this place is past horrible and anyone thinking about making a purchase from here do your research.

Very friendly staff and the prices are reaonable. No sales pressure at all. Ive been a couple times but didnt buy, because the trucks never won me over. I know a couple people that have bought and they were happy with their purchase.

If I had an option to give no stars that’s what I would have given these people. I am currently 8 months pregnant with two young children and they are completely taking advantage of the fact that I was ignorant to the ways of buying a car. I gave them $3,000.00 on March 8th 2019 for a 2008 Subaru Forester with 150,000 miles on it and I was told that I wouldn’t owe another payment until May 23rd. They wanted $4,500.00 for the vehicle and my paperwork shows that I would be paying almost $9,000.00. 3 days after driving away with this vehicle it started making loud noises, leaking oil, coolant and power steering fluid. I attempted to call and tell them what was going on and their response was that they don’t think I should have any problems with this vehicle and that they would schedule for me to take it to “their mechanic”. Never heard back from them. It is now May 17th and they have sent people after me to repossess the vehicle with saying that I owe them almost $400.00 already. Again my next payment was suppose to be due May 23rd for $300.00. Every time I call I only get to talk to one woman.. April, and the owner, Mario.. is not available to handle these situations. Also if I ask to speak with David, who sold me the vehicle, he is always with a customer or not there and they will give him the message to call me back but I never receive that call. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!! This is not an attempt to bash anyone, this is an attempt to save someone from the horrible situation that these people are putting me through.

Absolutely a great place to buy a car, this was the third place I went to find a car I liked. They happen to have a car I was interested in, a 2003 jetta GLI VR6 24 valve 6 speed manual trans, cars in great condition shifts nicely and (no problems like oil leaks!) great paint, and most importantly, they were very friendly and professional. They made the process really easy and fast, didn’t pressure me to buying anything at all or harass me. Just nicely approached me and asked if I have any questions that they will be more than happy to help. Overall amazing service, I’d really would recommend this to anyone looking to a car with no hassle!

Ok so this was my first experience buying a car and Im glad I ran into these kind staff that explained the process clearly and stress-free. My advice would be to avoid peak hours because you might not get a hold of the staff. Totally recommended.

Came and test drove a vehicle, agreed upon a price. The next day got a hold of Dave a Salesman there trying to put a deposit down, called him twice and come to find out he sold it out from under me!!

Sadly we bought two cars over there the same day... the first one: the tires were in bad shape, they said they would change it and align them, we waited for it for hours.... days after a tire explode in the road, we almost crash... when we went to change it, the person that helped us said that it was not aligned. We told them, they do nothing... just told us that they were going to talk with the person that align it because they trust in him.The second with not even a month that we bought it wont started unexpectedly... what they said?? Thats strange, we dont have problems with that type of car.... not even a bit of care or solution... DONT EVER BUY A CAR THERE
