Highly recommend. We had counter tops replaced. Took the time to walk me through every step, excellent customer service. Gave a quote quickly with a very fair price, installed quickly and did a fantastic job on install. (I did the tile work myself and cabinets were already there.)

My granite order was a little complicated, but they did a good job and worked with me so i could correct my cabinet issue. They have been burned so they do need there money up front, I was use to 50 % down 50% at completion. Thanks

The granite we picked out looks great. However this place is not looking for life customers. We placed 60% down to hold the slabs of granite. They installed it on a Wednesday and on Thursday there receptionist called demanding payment. I told her my husband would either call her back that day or the next and pay the balance due. On Friday morning the owner of the company decided to walk into our family business and demand to see my husband. My husband was on an appointment so he wasn’t there. He then preceded to tell our receptionist that if we didn’t pay by Monday he was going to drive to Bartow and put a lean on our house. And according to her he was extremely rude. Keep in mind it had been less than 36 hours since they installed. Needless to say we payed by noon that Friday. Also I want to point out they never emailed or gave me a bill with the remaining balance on it or even asked how we liked the job they did. We always try to support our local businesses but every once in a while we run in to people who truly don’t care about there customers and this was another example of one. If you want your business to be successful always be and kind and treat your customer with the upmost respect especially if you want them to return or give you referrals.

Nikki is really nice and knowledgeable and has the ability to design as you see it. Great selection of cabinets. Very easy process. I recommend checking them out.
