Was an amazing service have been dealing with Kevin and the team for years they are for sure my recommendation for boat repair wouldnt go anywhere else

Kevin had our boat from early October until late March when we had had enough and just went to pick it up. He never initiated communication to update us on progress and rarely responded to calls or texts. The first time he responded was the weekend before Christmas and he told us that ours was being pulled in next. Weeks then months went by with no communication or replies to messages, so my husband went to take it back and figure it out himself. Another mechanic stopped him, saying Kevin had been away and hadnt left details or a contact number for us but ensured him that hed call within 2 days with an update. Still nothing, so we pulled it out and took it to a friends mechanic who taught my husband how to fix it himself in case it happens again. That whole process took 20 minutes. Kevin left our boat exposed to the elements for 5+ months unprotected for what would have taken 20 minutes of his time. Stay far away from this place. There seems to be a desperate need for boat mechanics along the chain in case anyones looking to get into the business.

If you want the absolute worst service there is, this is your place. I was told multiple times Id receive a call back and never once did that happen. Always had to follow up. Gave a list of things to be addressed and after over a month only one was fixed.
