After leaving me standing 10 minutes at the counter, the tech refused to keep my appt because I didnt have one of a short list of diseases ( not the list from cdc website) it didnt matter that Im a massage therapist with a splenectomy. Very disappointed π meanwhile I sat in parking lot and made same day appt for CVS. So anyone looking for boosters try there

Do not even bother ordering online pick up from this store! They dont seem to know what they are doing at all. Somehow most of my items were out of stock, yet on the walgreens app it showed there was a lot of that item in the store.So before going to the cashier to pick my order up, I went around the store, browsing and what do you know, I found my items that were somehow out of stock. If you arent going to do your job, dont bother showing up. I dont understand how they missed these items and then claimed they were out of stock. Maybe just too lazy I guess?Dont worry, I wont ever be ordering online pick up from this store, nor will I shop here again.

They do not know what they are doing when it comes to online order pick up. They are not always logging the incoming online order deliveries at this store.Some of the goods receivables, (your order) they are just putting them on the rack in the photographic department and then they are just sitting there. You will not get an email confirmation of arrival if they are not entered into their system.You arrive and say where is my orders and they look in the computer for the order versus the order name they will say they can only locate partial shipment.If you order more than one package to be picked up and they state only partial shipment is available get them to look at the other packages on the shelf for your last name. They will find it. And then there will be a long long delay while they sort out their affairs. Which of course is not your problem as you ordered online to avoid this type of delay.If you are a busy bee and need to get on your way quick with the package that the store employees couldnt be bothered to originally process, open the box it came in, take your order out of the box, give them the box with the tracking id numbers on it and tell them to sort it out in their time, then walk out with your purchase.At the other end of this spectrum is the farce of when they tell you the item has already been picked up when really it has not. This of course results in a credit card charge back to the customer.

Awful customer service β¦This pharmacy never seems to have prescriptions that the doctor fax over.. this is happened multiple times. The pharmacy manager either doesnβt care and has one desire to help !

I do shopping every week at Walgreens. It is easier to get around that store than places like Walmart. The clerks are always helpful and friendly.
Had surgery left hospital and came here to have my prescriptions filled. I was told they would be ready in 1 hr. I received a phone call 1 hr later apx 8 15 PM saying that she did not have the appropriate verbiage on the prescription so she could dispense a few pills and I could forfeit the rest of the prescription. I said I didnt understand, she saw the script when we dropped it off but she said she didnt read it. I asked if she called the Dr and she said she called the office but it was closed. I asked if it would be okay to call the hospital so they could get the Dr and I could have my script tonight as I was in a great deal of pain from surgery and would she call to let me know script was ready and was told yes. I called the hospital and told them what was said. They asked me if she said what she was looking for and I said no, just that the verbiage was wrong. They said the Dr. left the hospital for the night but they would call the pharmacy, find out what they needed and then fix it. I never heard back from the pharmacy. I thought they had closed before the Dr got back to them. I had the worst night of pain I have had in a very long time. I was sick from how bad it was. The next morning we called the pharmacy and found that the script was able to be picked up. When we got to pharmacy and asked what had happened with the script the night before, the pharmacist looked at it and said nothing was wrong as far as he could see. When I got the bottle the script was filled the night before. The pharmacist had never contacted me. There was no reason for her to reject the initial script as the instructions are the same as the initial script for all 12 pills and there was no reason not to contact me to let me know it was ready. I will never do business at this pharmacy ever again. There was attitude when I dropped it off and then complete negligence.
I would rate it a 0. Three trips to pick up same prescription and still havenβt received the last one. My last trip. They need to hire some responsible people. Will try another pharmacy.
This walgreens use to be the best but in the last 3 weeks something has happened. Could be help shortage, Manager out of town....The main complaint is there Pharmacy Tech. You can call but it just rings..(worst its ever been in 40 yrs. I hope somebody in Walgreens is listening..I will not leave Walgreens been there to long..We all make mistakes?? Thanks..Go Walgreens
They sent me an email stating my prescription was ready today. When I went to pick it up, they told me that they could not give it to me until tomorrow. I have no problem with state regulations, but they should not have advised me that my prescription was ready to pick up today when, in fact, it wasnt. I wasted a trip. 2 trips, if you count the 1 Ill have to spend going back tomorrow. Dont waste your customers time.
Im very angry with this Walgreens. There is a huge pothole when pulling into the parking lot. I didnt see it because a lady was taking up the area to pull in and I hit it after she moved. I hope I do not have any issues with my jeep now because of this. A hole this large is uncalled for in such a popular chain store. Im sure it has messed up other cars by now. Ive been told this hole has been there over a week. I intend to write corporate about this and will be having my car inspected to see if any damage was done. Its Jan 3, 2019 and this happened around 12:20pm. If damage was done I will be seeking an attorney.
Thereβs like two employees and the night manager I think thatβs always very friendly and make my experience shopping here a perfect one. :)

If I could rate them a 0 I would! I have been extremely sick and my dr has been calling in medications for me. Well today I went on the app because I felt like not everything had been filled and I was right. Three of the main medications that I needed to get well werent filled, BUT they were automatically refilling meds that I didnt need right now. When I called there this evening to ask about this, (prescriptions were brought in 1/22 today is 2/12) I was told I am sorry maam I cannot see that information for each prescription that I asked about. When I asked if I could speak to someone who COULD give me that information, I was told I am sorry but no one here is able to see that. Are you kidding me? No one can tell me why they have had my prescriptions for two weeks and they havent been filled? And she didnt even offer to fill them now. I just switched to Walgreens last month because it is close to my job, but they are all going back to Walmart tonight. Do not waste your time here! They definitely need some training!
I came to this Walgreens pharmacy tonight after seeing urgent care for ear acheThis was the only pharmacy willing to have my prescriptions done asap the gentleman pharmacist there took my call got all insurance information over phone transfered my meds from another pharmacy that didnβt take my insurance and as i drive up to window i was greeted promptly from pharmacy tech and then came pharmacist with detailed information regarding my medications needed . he assured my medication will be ready in 10 min and they were indeed ready . And it really matters when the pharmacist himself comes to the window and thanks you wishing you a good night and hopes you feel better .( thatβs customer care)How much better can it get after going to 4 other pharmacys and was told my meds can br ready until next day after 10 am ! Like who wants to wait that long with an ear ache right ?But needless to say im grateful for the prompt and courteous customer care and service from this Walgreens:) Thank you ! ππ»

This specific Walgreens location is entirely way too busy and mismanaged. These are two TERRIBLE qualities for a business to have. The waits are terrible, several times my medications have not been available (which is understandable at times), but then this Walgreens fails repeatedly to contact me about such issues. Once I go to pick up my prescriptions is when they try to troubleshoot the issue but then they waste more of my time while they neglected the issue in the meantime. I have had good Walgreens experiences at other locations, but I DO NOT recommend this one.

Im the most distraught customer and husband of a former Walgreens employee my wife was taken into a room by the way shes five months pregnant and well know by the community and customers who frequent the store she began to record the conversation with her manager and store manager they proceed to snatch her phone and say its illegal to record there bullying meeting they as accused and fired my wife today due to the accusations of stealing a lunch able and bottled water the mangers already devised a plan to make sure she doesnt get maturity leave an rumors spewed abroad I will go to ever avenue to have theses lucrative business practices exposed I went to the store to discuss the matter and they wouldnt even give me there names or contact numbers to properly discuss the matter instead they said you and your thieving black wife can be gone and I ignored the racial slur because I know they didnt like the fact I cant to address them for outing their hands on my wife to get her phone to erase the recored content I will stop at nothing to make sure everyone knows how their employees are being treated its shameful and ridiculous store 0423 in auburndale Florida I will tell every customer that walks into my store to avoid that store at all cost especially minorities Maria Rivera and Lori was apart of the bullying the asset protection woman failed to state her name and seemed to be the most aggressive in me addressing the matter concerning my wife
They will never answer your calls after 10pm. They refuse to answer due to low staff being posted at night.
I was on the phone trying to get to talk to the pharmacy for three and a half hours. At closing time they hung up on me. They are not getting another nickel from me.
Pharmacy is just slow and unprofessional.

DO NOT SCHEDULE COVID TESTING HERE! Thereβs a reason for the poor reviews. I scheduled a COVID test for today. Waited behind 3 cars. When itβs finally my turn I pull up and hit the call button to ensure theyβre able to do my COVID test from the outside lane, since there are no signs to indicate that, nor did the email indicate that. The black pharmacist Nykegen? answers the call and says weβll be with you shortly and as I say I just have a quick question she hangs up on me. They come to the window about 10 minutes later and say I canβt do my test from the outside lane. In the meantime, 4 other cars had pulled up. They wanted me to pull around and wait again! At this point theyβve already wasted 45 minutes of my time so I go inside. The pharmacist says she didnβt hang up on me (she did) and continues to argue with me. There need to be signs that state no COVID testing in outside lane, instead of βboth lanes openβ. I bought a rapid test and administered it myself. I heard car after car unhappy with their experience at this Walgreens. Itβs a shame. I work in healthcare and would never treat people the way they do at this location.
This place is a joke. Unorganized, hot mess, no one knows what theyβre doing. Nkygen? The pharmacist is so rude. Hangs up on you then when sheβs confronted she stumbles over her words. Acts rude and disrespectful when weβre over the phone or through the glass, but come inside and confront her and she has no idea what sheβs talking about. Incompetent. How is this place still open? Embarrassing for Walgreens.

I put a star and I dont really give it my one, but so I could comment. The managers attitude is very negative, racist and unprofessional. I took our concern to him since he told us that this was his store and that at any time he could finish the transaction and we could leave if we did not like it. Just for using qualifying coupons and her cashier told her everything was fine, but she kept rejecting us. Im on vacation, but my sister has been treated badly twice. We are still waiting to be called back to find out what action they took. And to top it off I worked in Puerto Rico for 18 years and that conduct was never accepted. Now I can say that Walgreens is PR !! Our stores are always full and with sales very high and here you can count on the fingers of one hand and I have plenty, see them with customers. I feel hurt because now I see that so many demands with Puerto Ricans and here, not a single complaint is answered. Wheres the leadership? Where are the heads of these stores? I cant even believe it.
