If you have curly hair, the fact that your hair looks like it was cut by a 2 year old probably wont be noticeable. 🤷‍♀️ But if you ever straighten that curly hair, do not come here! 😠 I dont think my hair has ever been cut this horribly before. 😭-one month later... and dont expect anyone to reach out to even attempt to make it right or even so much as apologize or offer ANY compensation. Heck, even offering a 10% off coupon to show they stand behind the business would have been HIGHLY appreciated, even if I wouldnt use it.

I have a stylist that I like,so I make a appointment. You can walk in, there is usually no waiting time, but be prepared to wait 30 minutes or more. The girls do a good job and they give you all of the time needed to do you hair right😊

Being new to the area I had read reviews and people had good things to say about Lysa so I made an appointment with her to get my haircut. I’m so glad I did. She is great. Does a fast job but does it exactly how I wanted it. Will be going back.

I wasnt going to leave a review but after two weeks Im still noticing things about my hair that are absolutely inexcusable.Ive used this location three times since the pandemic hit, and their quality has been steadily going downhill. During this last visit, the lady that cut my hair was obviously going for a speed record, because she definitely wasnt going for quality or accuracy. It was less than 10 minutes between sitting in the chair and being done. She barely asked me what I wanted, wasnt even looking at me most of the time, and missed a bunch of spots that I have had to trim at home. Maybe I got different service because Im a man, and wanted to get me out of the chair so she could move on to a more expensive sale. Either way, I wont be back to this location or this chain.

Zcame highly recommended. Saw her work and made an appointment with her. Came in and they tell me she left to go home ill. No call, nothing.Made another appointment with her this time online. No phone call, nothing. Im over it. I realize people get sick. But not to be notified? Unacceptable.

Firstly, this salon has some of the most humble and truly awesome people I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. Jennifer cut my sons hair for the very first time and did a wonderful job! I recommend Lysa as well if your looking for someone to do a wonderful job in half the time. She’s quick but she does a great job! Toni is also someone I trust with about anything! All talented stylist, and all kind people! I would recommend to anyone!!!!!

I was supposed to get a blonde frost with dark roots and ended up with very short hair with light highlights I’m in tears right now because there’s no fixing my hair. Of course that’s after I asked her to thin it out and she used a razor on the top part of my head

I usually cut my own hair because I have not found anyone to cut it like I want it in years since my beautician retired. If I did go get it cut, I usually came home and recut it. My experience with Fantastic Sams in Auburndale has always been great. The stylist there are always professional and friendly. I have been seeing Lysa the stylist for quite a while. She already knows what I want when I come in. I have recommend this establishment to all if my friends and family. I would not go anywhere else for a hair cut.

Worst hair set I ever got. Cryed all the way home. Will never go to Auburndale Fantastic Sams again. Look like a poodle. Waisted 20 dollars. I might see what Winter Haven is like but Auburndale will never see me again. Just thankful I didnt get my hair cut.

I went to get 5in of my long hair cut off. The lady cutting my hair got lazy and didn’t want to brush out a knot in my hair and instead cut through it. By doing so one side ends up 3-4inches shorter. I left with about 10 ins cut of my hair when I only asked for 5.

Lysa did an amazing job on my hair. She did a highlight and cut. They both turned out great!! I didnt have to wait at all and I was even walked to my car in the pouring down rain with an umbrella so my hair wouldnt get messed up after she blow dried and straightened it. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend!!
