Went here for the first time for a simple balance and rotation got here 30 min early before my appointment guy told me it’s about 30 min wait I agreed with no problem we’ll 2 hours later I’m still sitting here waiting for my car to be finished up just for this guy to try and charge me a half hour of labor work for a lug nut they could not get off this is completely frustrating. And I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone! Save your Time! And Money!

My wife took her car in for a tire. The tech claimed the car with 22k miles, was in need of alignment. $94.00 later and the alignment report shows all the wheel specs, within spec. I believe that Tire Kingdom took advantage of a single female.I would not recommend this shop.

Glad they had my tires in stock, after calling 3 other companies. They got me right in. A flat flat was not on my Hurricane Prep list. Thank you for excellent customer service!

Was looking forward to going here….I even arrived 20 minutes earlier than my SCHEDULED appointment. My time came around and they said it would be just a few minutes…waited an HOUR and still no service. Said it would be only a few more minutes. 10 minutes after I was told that decided to leave. What’s the point in making an appointment if you’re not going to get that time slot? I wasted my time going there and I’m a new resident of Florida. Very dissatisfied.

Came in for a flat repair and paid $32. Next day tire was flat again. Took it back and was told to make an appointment for 2 days later. How thoughtful of them to not fix it. Made the appointment, came in and was told there was an hour and a half wait time. Should have went to Walmart.

Absolutely great service and the employees are very courteous and respectful. I have been going there for several years now and will continue. And prices are very reasonable.

Made an appointment, I showed up 15 minutes early I was told they were running behind, I ask what time I should bring it back they told me I would have to wait I asked how long they said 3 to 4 hours. I told them I would not Wait 3 to 4 Hours in the hope they could work me in Especially when i had an appointment, They said i could make an appointment for the following Tuesday, I said why would i make another appointment when they don”t Honor them . I will never deal with this company in the future !

Went there for the usual oil change. In the process we had them take a look at our tires and brakes. They quoted us over $3000 for the projected repairs saying that they were necessary. Ended up going to George’s tire down the street it had the same work done for just over $500. Car runs and works perfect now. I would never use these crooks again.

Made an appointment online for for new tires; in which the TOTAL came out to $602.06 (tires,INSTALLATION,warranty) in the confirmation email. When I showed up they upped the price to $647. They were polite enough when I canceled.

Took 8 hours to do an oil change!!! dropped off my vehicle at 9 in the morning when i get there at 4pm they had not even touched my vehicle and employees where fighting amongst themselves no manager, total chaos !! will never take my car back there nor recommend to anyone !

I dont know who you people areThey are saying that this is the good placeI spent over $2,000 on tires and rimsFor my 2018 Honda Ridgeline to put 20in rims and tires took a four daysThree times they had to Dismount the tires because they made mistakes one they didnt put the spacer in that was the right size the tires wobble then they put it all together again and they forgot that the valve air pressure they had to take

Man lemme tell you something i spent 827$ on tires and the complete lifetime warranty which was almost 200$ i waited 2 hours in the hot sun for the guy to tell me another 2 hours just for them to tell me my rim was cracked which i dont think it was but if you wanna waste your money come here definitely i wont be coming back. Oh and guess what i had to pay another 28$ for the same tire to be put on a new rim.

They were honest and saved me thousands of dollars.

Brought my wifes car in the other day for a brake job, since it had been 4 years and over 35k miles since one had been done. The shop contacted me after taking a look at the vehicle to let me know that a brake job was not necessary, and that the brakes were only 50% worn. They easily could have done the brake job and charged me for it, and I would have been none the wiser. I appreciate the employees honesty, and I recommend this shop for those looking for a auto repair shop with integrity.

Sorry staff, tried selling me a battery, said mine might last another day or two, lasted till I sold the vehicle 8 months later, made appointment for a different vehicle online, called and told me they could not do my oil change that day, booked up. Why do they even have a website if they cant keep the appointments

My tire was taken care of promptly. They said !/@ hour but it wasnt even 20 min. until it was ready. Very pleased.

Horrible customer service, and overpriced. I went in to ask how much to fix a flat. Guy say wont do it for you today and is 32 dollars. 😱😱 my reaction to it since the time to close is 6pm and I went in at 5:15pm and it take 5 minute to plug a tire and fill it with air. And I didnt event ask for any other service

After a malfunctioning air machine at a gas station on Friday, we changed to our temp spare and took the tire to Tire Kingdom in Auburndale the next morning. They checked the tire (it was fine) refilled it with air, put it on the car, put the temporary back in the car for us and could not have been more kind, friendly and exceptionally helpful. We only go to Tire KIngdom Auburndale. Great workers, great service, great prices

I would give no stars if I could. I had a 9am appt. I got there at 8:45, they checked me in and I sat down. There was another lady sitting and a man outside at the picnic table. After an hour and people coming in and dropping off I heard the guy tell one that it would be at least three hours if he was going to wait. So in the end I sat for 2.5 hours, no one ever said anything to me, the other lady left and I got up and asked for me keys and out the door I went. I will not recommend nor will I return. This is the third time weve been at this place. The first time my husband waited over to hours. Ridiculous.

I got there five minutes before closing, and my tire is going flat pretty quick. The nice boy at the counter got me in, and got my tire fixed within 20 minutes. I know that they wanted to go home because it was the end of the day, but they stayed and took care of me. I really appreciate it

Had an appointment. When I arrived was told that it would be a two hour wait. This was the second time it happened. Im done.

Not good. 2.5 hours to change oil and came out to dirt and oil on why was a clean seat.

I SCHEDULED A10:30 appointment for leak in my tire, was told it would take 1 hour.... well here I am at 12:20 and still waiting. Where is the service??!! I am a regular customer of Tire Kingdom, or at least I WAS!

Orange tires to be brought in on Tuesday had an appointment for 10 on Wednesday they never got to my car on Wednesday for the tire install 10 Thursday they couldnt get me in until late afternoon need my vehicle for my job so I picked up my tires and brought them to someone else who would actually install them in order to get information from them I had to call them customer service is not something that I would ever recommend to anyone at this particular location

05/01 My family and I have been customers at this locations for years. Weve always had pretty good customer service. They even worked me in once. The last few visits havent been that way. 2 hours after our appointment times is not acceptable. Decided to try something new and ordered tires from Tire Rack and shipped to this location to have them put on by Tire Kingdom employees and the Tire Rack website has this as an option. I called to make an appointment and I called back today to see if I could get in earlier because yesterday I got tack in tire. Ron said it depends and Id have to wait until they were delivered. He then said if I had ordered from him he could have told me right then. He stated he could have given me a better deal. For what I paid I just dont think so. I saved over $100. Maybe Tire Rack needs to take them off their website as an installer since it sounds like they dont want customers buying from Tire Rack. I called back after the delivery of the tires and another guy answered and said they couldnt get me in until probably Tuesday. I do appreciate they are not overbooking like my past visits but what does it matter where I bought the tires?

Went in for an alignment they left everything loose and I slid into a ditch and they took more than a day to re align the car. Not recommended for their “specialty alignments”

I work here this place provides excellent and good quality service. Yes we do get busy but we try to always make things right. And fix what we can. Rest rooms are clean. The staff is an amazing friendly team. And all in all we do the best we can.

Cant even patch a tire, first time they stole cigarettes out of my truck so when I went back I put a dollar 50 in my console to see sure enough had it returned with 50 cents stupid theives

Nice Staff, but if they moved any slower they would be going backwards! Took them over an hour to mount and balance two tires! Make sure you have plenty of time.

They took good care of me when I had a flat in my tire from wal mart. I can’t believe that wal mart could sell me a tire and then refuse to fix it because their tire centers are all “closed” and they blame COVID. This is my new go to tire shop

Terrible service. I stopped in to have a tire repaired. They said come back tomorrow. I asked what a good time would be or if I needed an appointment. Gentlemen said come in after 12pm we have plenty of opening. I returned and was then told there was a 4 hour wait. I went to Callaghan tire instead and they fixed me up and had me on the road in 15 min.

Spent 3 1/2 hours there to get my tire patched. Was given an estimate of 2 hours. After it was all said, and done, while driving home, my sensors showed the 2 tires they touched we 4 to 10 pounds over inflated. Not sure Id return.

Update: i was driving to work on Monday (I only drive a few miles to get home Sunday) and my car was shaking and pulling to the right. I stopped to look at my tires, to make sure they arent falling off, and theyre is a huge, greasy gash on my rim! I didnt hit ANYTHING in the 10 miles I have driven it.I dropped my car off for new tires. I didnt have an appointment, so I was ok waiting until the next day to pick it up. My onstar diagnostics is telling me that all four tires are low. I stay in the lot for over 30 minutes after he told me that someone would check the pressure in all of my tires. Finally they checked because they needed to back another car out of the bay. The tech told me that they were all at 25. They need to be at 35. So he pumped them all up to way beyond the correct pressure. They are all between 47 and 52. I left at that point. Im going to have my son get the pressure correct. 700 dollars and they cant even put the correct pressure in. We will never return there.

I had a nail in my tire..they told me they couldnt fix it, tried selling me a tire, didnt even put my spare on. When I asked why they didnt put my spare on they told me that the model of my car (2012 RT challenger) didnt come with a spare and let me drive home without doing anything to my tire except over airing it so it would hopefully get me home
