This store is better than other Advance Autos Ive visited. The folks there will greet you and service your needs quickly. Same stock, different store. Just friendlier folks behind the counter.

Called the store. Rude girl answered and asked if I could hold. Said yes that’s fine. Next thing I know I’m hearing a dial tone.

Avoid this store entirely. I placed an online order for full synthetic oil and an oil filter. My fiance, who works at a dealership in the service department, had my car on the lift with the old oil drained out. He goes to put the new oil in only to find out its old oil in the jug. The manager didnt seem to care too much, and him and Josh, the associate, basically bragged about things like this happening all the time. We were told a story about someone who bought a 5 gallon jug of hydraulic fluid and then returned it strong he got the wrong stuff. The jug had been refilled with water. Ive never had any issues with any Advance Auto Parts Ive ever been to, except this one. Love the company, and their deals and savings, bit Im staying far away from this store in the future.

Older gentleman goes above and beyond in friendliness and knows his stuff. Ive dealt with him before. The lady this evening was not friendly or helpful until the gentleman came in from helping another customer. Better training of tools and friendly service for CSRs in auto parts store needed. My first negative visit at this location. I simply needed a headlight and to know what tool to move air hose..she did not look to know she told me to go ask the gentleman who was already assisting a customer outside. No problem waiting he came in shortly after but she just was visibly not in a good mood or helpful.

Excellent customer service. I purchased a new battery online, and had it installed at the store. The young man who took care of it did everything quickly and efficiently, even down to refunding the core charge.
