Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I would rather have no call no shows vs what Ive experienced this week.I have an old muscle car and looking for a company to install the OEM glass that I have. I was told on Thursday that he could fit me in on Tuesday around 11am... 2pm Tuesday I call All County and he says he would be there within the hour. I get a phone call at 3:30 stating he had to go to Kissimmee for an insurance job and wont make it. (After building a 5 year project muscle car, i totally understand insurance work is always put ahead of cash jobs...so it is what it is). So we reschedule for tomorrow morning.Wednesday 11am still no All County. I text, and get nothing. Finally at 3:51pm I get a text saying its not looking good for today because he broke two windows and waiting on new glass to install them (Should have been a red flag there but I gave him the benefit of the doubt that things happen). I then plead my case and said I understand insurance is priority however how can I get on your calendar...Ill even pay you extra as I know this is a specialty service and odd job... win-win. Not a lot of companies are willing to put my glass in, or know how to install muscle car glass...So, I get a text back saying he would put me in Friday morning first call to take care of it...Friday morning 9:30 no show. I call All County and he said hes at a job and it would be before noon for sure.12:30 I call All County and ask if hes on his way...He says no but getting close. At this point Ive had it, hes screwed up my whole week. Ive made arrangements for 3 days to be home during these times, not to mention i had to reschedule my wiring technician and my AC guy (for the car) to charge the system.He actually tells me that I know what I told you but Im doing you a favor.Excuse me, I offered to pay you extra money, so how are you doing me a favor. It was convenient for someone to come to my house but All County definitely not doing me a favor. In fact, I lost time and money away from work so Ill send you a bill and you can owe me...Just be honest and up front is all people ask.So, after him telling me he broke two windows on Wednesday and the way I was treated I hope people seriously read this comment and use someone else. I am an extremely fair person and customer. This is just an unacceptable way to run a business.

My windshield needs to be repaired. I spoke with Steven at 10 a.m, he said he would be here at 3p.m to do my windshield. He never showed, called or messaged me to let me know he wasn’t coming. At 4:30 I called him and he said it will have to be sometime next week. A phone call or message to let me know he wasn’t coming would have been the professional and right thing to do.

Had a damaged windshield. Called my insurance company and they highly recommended All County Auto Glass. After they replaced the broken one that was installed by the factory the inside of the Honda Odyssey had no more wind noise. Which was always there and the dealership claimed to be normal. Would rate higher if I could. Give this company a try. You wont be sorry. Thanks for the great service.

I have a classic car 67 Dodge Dart & scheduled an off site glass removal at a body shop as I was having a complete stripping down car for a total restoration, after a couple of scheduling snafus, windows were replaced but had a couple leaks & scheduled 1 more apointment to seal windows, Im satisfied that leaks were sealed & price was great.

They have installed several windshields at the dealership. Very professional and A+ service. Will recomend.
