This company was referred to me by my State Farm insurance company. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. The primary replacement part had a mfg delay so my car couldn’t be repaired when originally scheduled. They reinstalled my damaged so I could continue to use my car until the part came in. I was very pleased with how Crash Depot handled the situation. I will be bringing in a second car very shortly.

Chance and his team were extremely professional from start to finish. They did their best to meet my tight timeline to complete the vehicle and I really appreciated the fine work they did bringing my VW back to life. I felt like they dealt honestly and fairly with me and would do the same for any clients they work with.

From start to finish Crash Depot was so professional and made the entire process as effortless as possible! Everything was handled through an insurance claim but the customer service they provided during the initial appointment, drop off, updates throughout, and pick up was very appreciated! The facility itself is very clean as well. Looking at the costs of everything I would say the prices are well worth it too.

Crash depot is very professional. Had a fender bender and took car. From time we walked in we were taken care of by the receptionist and the gentleman who does all the paperwork. Repairs looked great when they were completed. They left some smears all on the dashboard and we had to wipe it all down again and the windows were all spotted. But everything else was handled professionally. Thanks crash depot for making a difficult situation much better.

I normally do not write a review about a company but I came across one that deserves it.To be honest I wasnt looking at Crash Depot to do the work on my truck. I was thinking about doing it my self or have having another shop do it.That was before my insurance company recommend them as one of there preferred shops. I know what you are thinking never use the preferred shops because they cut corners to save the insurance money NOT HERE.I looked at the reviews on line and at only 16 I was like I dont know about this. All were 5 and said good things. So i thought i can get the esestament there and see what also I could find. That all changed after I got there. A small business that was very clean and very respectful of the customer . I like small business.Chance the owner very convenient in explaining what needed to be done and how it needed to get done. With that I was going to take a chance no pun intended and let them do the job.After looking at the truck he dealt with the insurance, ordered parts, and did all the prep work before I dropped off my truck. Chance told me that he would need it for a day maybe two. I will tell you that communication is key in a business I deal with. Chance called well enough in the day that I knew he would need it for the second day. (Really like a half a day.)When I went to pick up my truck I checked from head to toe for any short cuts or sloppy work and could not find any. They even went above and beyond and cleaned up some small scratches on the front. I was very impressed with everything.I told you that they didnt cut corners and needed it for a second day let me explain that.After getting into to the repairs they found a bracket that was bent and need a new one. (now it may have been able to be straighten out and reused that is what taking a short cut is) That is doing there job taking care of you the customer. I have no doubt they did just that.Communication communication communication is the key to making a business work and you will find that here. I WILL be back and have started to spread the word.Give them a shot you wont regret it. I am glad I took a chance.Thanks to you and your team it is well deserved.

It’s unfortunate this is the shop State Farm recommends for vehicle repairs. They took in our truck April 19th and today is May 7 and it’s still not complete. They told my son they damaged his truck while it was there and now deny that claim since State Farm has called them. Too many collision repair centers to choose from to have such bad customer service.

I took my car to this ship with some minor scrapes, so I decided to pay thru my insurance. Crash Depots estimate was only $140 dollars above this, which was great. I took it in Monday and they had it finished Wednesday!!! Very fast, and my car looks as good as new. They originally said it may take 10 days, but they got it done around 3!

Staff was super nice. Work was done two days ahead of schedule. I have a weird smell in my car that wont seem to go away, but whatever... I dont think that merits losing a star. If I run over anymore protesters and need more body work, Ill definitely come back here for more weird smells!

If you need a place after a crash, this is it. I own a silver SUV. I know how silver looks once you try to match it after 4 years. Crash Depot was unreal. They matched my paint job as if the crash never happened. They updated me all along the way, and their professionalism is unmatched. If you need dent/crash repair you better find your way to Crash Depot. If not, youve gone to the wrong place. That said, I hope I never need to deal with them again, that would be bad news for me.

I was nervous when I walked into there shop. I didn’t know the first thing about quotes, estimates, nothing. Nathaniel helped me took pictures and did the estimate. I learned the next day the other parties insurance was covering the repair and he sent his photos and estimate to them and we set a time to fix my car. Lisa at the desk dealt with the Renatal and had it lined up for when I dropped my car off. I got notices via text or call twice a week. So friendly and amazing to work with. I could not have had a better shop. My CAR LOOKS BRAND NEW AGAIN. I can not thank you all enough for everything you did. You where a pleasure to do business with.

Best service around for body work. My Altima had a busted bumper and I thought I would be stuck paying outrageous amounts at the dealer. I brought it here and had it repaired very quickly and it came out looking brand new. Wouldnt trust my vehicle anywhere else!
