Dont buy from these people.. over $4000 for a Mercedes engine and they cut every single wire, plug and a one time use $450 pcv hose as seen in the 3rd picture.. if you cant take the time to properly disconnect an engine, then dont be in the parts or recycling business. This engine can literally be unplugged and taken out completely and with nothing broken or cut in 45 minutes. What a bunch of clowns.. picture 5 shows how the motor should come out. Yea I understand you dont sell it with accessories, but every hose and wire doesnt have to be cut either. The expensive parts like the high pressure fuel pump, coils and injectors they leave on the engine.. makes no sense at all..

The representative found one and went the extra mile to confirm the color code to see if it matched my vehicle. Once I placed the order, he told me it would be ready in 24 hours. All Pro used auto parts is a great company with integrity. And it shows in their employees also. I dealt with Mike at extension 206. I can tell he was busy at the time, but it did not hinder his customer service nor his kindness and attention to detail. This is an efficient company. In the future I will be using them for any used auto parts.

This is a review for the Auburndale location. I called last week on a Monday and waited to speak with someone for about 3 minutes, no answer(gave benefit of the doubt that they’re busy, no worries). Called just now 2-22-21 at 3:48pm waited about 5 minutes, someone picks up distracted. I tell him what car I’m looking for, without warning no hold on and I’m back on hold(automated hold message) 2 minutes go by on hold and call drops. 3:56pm I Call back, (sounds like the same guy picks up) he’s talking to someone in background, I say hello, back on hold(automated hold message) after another 2 minutes, call is dropped. I guess they have enough business and new customers. GREAT customer service demonstrated.

I was not refunded a deposit, I never gave a deposit. I didnt have my transmission rebuilt, I bought a used one from you guys.*If I could give this place no stars I would. Ive been waiting for a transmission that was in my price range. No rush. Spoke to Jacob, was quoted a price that fit in my budget. Gave my card over the phone. Transmission came a few days later. Next thing I know they are trying to invoice me $600 over what I was quoted weeks later. I had already paid a technician and installed the transmission in my truck. In my line of work, if someone makes a mistake and gives the wrong quote unfortunately, you have to bite the bullet and honor it. Its the employees fault for quoting wrong. Not to mention, they apparently were not able to process my payment, still dropped off the transmission with no payment received. You would think they would contact me prior to dropping off the transmission if the payment was not going through. I had no idea that the payment was not processed because I hadnt checked my account recently. I would have not gone through with the purchase because that amount of money was not something I was willing to pay, hence waiting for an affordable one. I am just disgusted with their customer service and would never recommend anyone order anything from them. I was scammed for a used 16 year old transmission.

Called on a gas tank for a tundra, Listed on car part.com for $79They said the listing was a mistake and the price was $720.Bait and switch.Would not honor the deal, and they knew about what it was listed forAfter agreeing it was messed up they said best they would do is $50 off the $720.And that they were a new company who just got bought out.Not a way to do business.

Bought a cheap mirror off eBay last week. Over such a small purchase, they sent additional photos after I requested them. Got the mirror today and couldnt be happier with the packaging and its condition was no surprise. Most salvage yards just toss them in a box and Ive gotten busted lights, missing parts, you name it. Great experience. My dad wasnt happy with the price, but once I was taken care of the rest went smoothly. Huge yard of cars and trucks there to get parts from. I was also pleased with the website they are well ran but customer friendly also. I chose to pull the part myself. Didnt take long for me to leave after I paid and the staff was very pleasant and nice.

Good luck if you need a part off a popular engine because most are pulled and if you need anything off a gm truck most are on the ground. Also there inventory doesnt get swap nearly quick enough. There are trucks in there that been there since the beginning of the year. Only good thing they have is their discount weekend every so often

They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I told him what I wanted and unfortunately they didnt have a car on their lot for me to pull parts from. My car is older than what they have on the lot, but without asking the gentleman he went and got me a copy of all the places I could get the piece that I needed. An experienced customer service representative knows that even though you might not buy something from them today, referrals or future business is a possibility when you go above and beyond.

Went to this salvage yard asked for older ford parts. Bronco to be specific. They said they had one. I asked if I can just look to see if it had seats he couldnt tell me. Not only they wanted $ 2:00 to Go in but he could not tell weather or not he had the parts. Not they are Veterans most junk yards have free admission for vets and veterans discount so if your a veteran your not getting any brakes. Just to ad to your reply Polk pick and pay I get in for free. And get veterans discount so that is not everyones policy. Its your policy not every pick and pay. Veterans are welcomed only if they pay like everyone else.

Ridiculous! My husband called on Friday, 10/9/2020, to find a steel rim for our 08 Scion XD. He spoke with Mike, and was told that he would be called back within 20 minutes, and was never called. I called later that afternoon and spoke with Joel. I was on the phone for 45 minutes, paid $50.00 towards a rim to be ordered that day, and was told it would arrive by 10:30 AM on Monday, 10/12/2020. When I didnt receive a call by 11:30 AM on Monday, 10/12/2020, I called myself. I first spoke with Mike, he advised me that the rim wasnt ordered. I then was placed on hold and was told that Joel advised that we (my husband or I) called back to cancel the order so my rim was never ordered. As this was not the case, I advised that I had already paid $50.00 for this rim to be ordered. I also discovered that the wrong rim would have been ordered anyway, they ordered a Scion XB rim instead of an XD rim, even though I explained several time it was X as in X Ray and D as in Dog. I was assured by Mike that I was not charged. I was very upset that the rim wasnt ordered because I had an appointment that afternoon to get new tires and that rim put on my car. Since I was not confident in what I was being told was the truth, and that I had not been charged $50.00 to order the rim, I called my bank. Naturally, they were wrong again. I was charged $50.00, so I called All Pro again and spoke to Mike again. I decided at that time to go ahead and order the rim again, and make another trip to the shop to have it put on. My husband went to pick up the rim on Wednesday, 10/14/2020, paid the remaining $67.00 and left. Now, to my horror, the rim ordered was WRONG! My rim has 6 lugs and the rim ordered had 5. I have never had a reason to do business with All Pro in the past and I will never in the future. I found a rim elsewhere. What should have been a 2 phone call and 1 trip there ordeal has turned into a 5-6 call ordeal and 2 trips. We were begrudgingly given a refund, but at least now this whole situation is over.

The worst customer service. The guy that helped me had smart remarks the entire time I was there. While checking out the lady at the front didn’t acknowledge me for about 5 mins. Once she did all she did was take my paper and cash me out. Never even said a word to me. If it wasn’t because I was in desperate need of my truck part I would have walked out.

Since February your yard has gone to the pits! 80% of your trucks are on the ground and have no parts left on them .The only thing you have going good for you is sherry. Her customer service is grand d. Please fix your uard.

Why put that you open at 9am when I passed by every half hour since 9am until 10:30am and nothing was open. Then I thought I’d call at that time and didn’t get a single person on the phone. Idk what time y’all open but it sure ain’t 9 am.

Doug was incredibly helpful in finding all the parts I needed for the driver side of my 2015 Toyota Corolla. The prices were amazing as well. Even for the seat which hasnt be shipped from Georgia. Also from the sound of some of the calls I overheard their u pull section offers even more savings if they have the vehicle you need. I highly recommend. Even if youre from Tampa like me. 100% worth the drive! Will definitely be back if I ever need anything else!

I was sent home by my boss cause a driver dropped a door on my foot causing my foot to be fractured while on the job. My boss sent me home cause he seen how swollen it was and told me to go get it looked at. So o did wh was asked of me. And my boss sends me a text doesnt even call me like a man to tell me that Im terminated all because I did what they told me to do. Nor did they do a incident report or drug test me at the job they just sent me home. Thats fine I done contacted an attorney....

Was not happy with the cost of it and they told me that the tailgate didnt have any damage to it and it had scares on it even the to part plastic was damaged

Would have rated it lower but I have had great experiences here in the past including a rear end for my 1994 Dodge ram 1500 that I bought about 13 odd years ago. This time around, the parts guy was more concerned with doing my job as the mechanic than his job as the parts guy. I get it, but some of us speak English and can do our jobs and I knew I needed a 4L60E-M30 and you had two of them, thanks.

If you want to feel welcomed and find everything you need for your car, you want to come to All Pro. The blond lady there is very friendly. The yard is so big I couldn’t find my car so she took me to it. She gave me a ride back with my parts and brought me water. What a great experience!

They lie to you. Someone there told me they had a rim for my car, drove all the way there to find out they didnt and they tried to sell me one for $125 more than what they originally told me over the phone. There was another customer that came in while i was there, and she had issues with them too not having her stuff ready stating she had been waiting for hours for her item. 19 workers and you mean you couldnt find out who told me you had a rim for 75 bucks!!!

Super cheap and competitive prices. Extremely organized employees and U-Pull-It yard. Everybody there is very knowledgeable. Organization is their key there. Ive never gone anywhere else but all pro. They have won me over as a regular customer.

Friendly and knowledge staff. Very helpful as well. They do offer warranties on the parts they sell and will give you store credit only for returns (which is fine by me for as often as I go).

Ive gone there a number of times to get parts for my Cherokee. I highly recommend this place as the prices are competitive, and the factory made parts are often more durable and better than the overseas manufactured stuff you get at the auto parts stores. Just clean any electrical parts with the appropriate electrical cleaners, or even let them sit in a bowl of it, and theyre good to go.

Always deal with Sherry there she always takes care of me. This is my Favorite you pull it yard. I have bought tons of stuff from here for good prices always go back for more and to see what they have. They will work with you and make sure you get a good deal.

Horrible customer service. Employees lie and managers fall in line with the lies all to keep a few extra bucks in their pockets. Con people out of money by using a “warranty” as their return policy but do not have this policy displayed anywhere except on receipt AFTER you’ve made your purchase. Manager basically told me, “You’re stuck with the part and it’s your fault that you didn’t know about the warranty.” Will never come here again.Edit: The Manager’s Name was Sherry. As soon as I spoke to her she basically called me a liar and told me that she knows her employees told me about the warranty, regardless of her not being present during the transaction and regardless of the fact that the acknowledgment of the warranty at the bottom of the receipt was not signed.

Aweful . I was quoted $275 plus 60 dollar core charge for a transmission which they took a $100 payment at the time. Said would be here in 2 days. It came in 5 days and i was not happy. Then they charged me $296.75 Plus tax and the expected core charge for the transmission when i showed up to get it. the Pull it yard is good. But if you have to order a part dont. The customer service is aweful. I will never go to them again. Over charged and unsatisfied.

I went to this place with the happiest attitude today and wen I get there I was treated as if they despised my skin color the guy told me to walk down and take a left I noticed the car wasn’t there so as I was leaving I seen the car that I was directed to in a different area so I went to pull the part off the car not knowing this was VIP area I proceeded to checkout then I get yelled at but the office workers telling me OHHH WHY DID U GO IN THERE YOU’RE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE NOTHING FROM THERE I responded telling them I wasn’t aware of that there wasn’t any signs posted and the area thru sent me to the car wasn’t there then they tell me OHHHH WELL YOU’RE GONNA HAVE TO PAY $50 FOR THESE I replied ok they tell me YOU CANT HAVE THEM THEY ARE VIP very frustrating situation when I waste time and my $2 entry fee after being told the vehicle was there bad business on your part and then she goes on to say I’m banned from the junkyard 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️ Ok it’s plenty junkyards around here!

Drove an hour to pick up a back window that was to also be installed same day just to be told they didnt have it pulled but we could come back in the morning. I took off work for this. They couldnt be bothered to call and save me a trip. The guy at the front desk was clueless. If you have a part to pick up triple check they have it.

Pretty Dirty, Dusty, and huge. This is a prime example have a great Parts Boneyard.You can get just about any part you need for common vehicles, just make sure to bring your own tools and know how to do the job in advance. They will pull a part for you, but there is a $75 minimum. $2 will get you an armband to let you browse the area, just be wary of lots of sharp corners, dangerous parts and doors hoods and Trunks that will close heavy due to various Springs, pulleys and other removals that can cause peril. As long as you use caution this is a great place to get parts cheap
